Ulasan Henn na Hotel Kyoto Hachijoguchi

Amazing location! Right beside the Kyoto main train station. There is a convenient store right at the corner and a lot of food options are the train station as well. Clean and huge room.

Location is very close to Kyoto station. Excellent place to stay as it is very convenient for food and transportation. Will stay here again when I'm back next year.

Got shock by the reception, even though already knew there are dinosaurs. Self check in process is quite simple but kind of feeling insecure😆. The amenities are very basic. The room is consider spacious than other hotel. I like their individual shower room which separated from toilet and basin. The pillow is too flat and uncomfortable. I choose this hotel is because near to Avanti, where we can took the bus to Kansai airport without taking the train.

Room is clean and location is good. Just few minute to subway station

You are very good hotel, super location ! But we wasn't enough the water. We haven’t drink water in room, on flour.

The rooms were nice but no view at all, I loved the dinosaurs at the check-in counter. It's walkable from Kyoto Station and There are plenty food choices nearby the hotel.

The check-in system had a problem retrieving my booking but a staff came out to help me right away. The room is not big but it was cleverly designed to allow some flexibility in working with a big luggage. The coat hanger rack by the door was a smart touch. Also I appreciate they supplied a bath loofa towel and toothbrush at the lobby (for free). Good amount of USB outlets for charging our devices. Easy to reach from Kyoto station and close to Toyota rent a car shop if you need to pick up your car. The dinosaurs were cute!!

Love those cook dino hotel attendants at the counter and how staff would still be available to assist with check-in. It was a bummer that bottled water/refill stations were not provided and we had to get our own water. That said, location was awesome with two roads to Kyoto station, and the fuss free automated experiences made up for it. Also a plus point to have 7-11 just round the corner.

Ask for upper levels (＞ 2) if you want ot open window for a fresh air as on one side of the hotel there's a smoking area. Otherwise Hen na hotel is always great!

Great location, just a few minutes walking distance from Kyoto Station! There are no human staff at the front desk but dinosaurs

Location is good, a 3 min walk from the kyoto station. Got lost in the station again lol — when you exit from Kyoto station look out for the hachijoguchi sign, you should see the hachijoguchi EAST sign as you walk further. Exit from there as it’s the closest to the hotel. The shower water temperature is a little inconsistent, it may suddenly become hotter/colder as you adjust the water pressure but i guess it’s something bearable given the hotel’s location.

It is a comfortable hotel for tourists. But there is no check-in staff.

It's near to kyoto station which made travelling between places extremely convenient. Automated check-in and express check out quite efficiently, too.
