Ulasan Resi Stay the Kyoto

I had a pleasant stay at this "spacious" house, which comfortably accommodates five people. The male receptionist at the shuttle van spoke fluent English and provided excellent service. The location is convenient, just 1km with a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station, making it easy to explore the area. They offered a generous supply of 1.5L of drinking water, along with tea and coffee on the first day, which was a nice touch. The premises also include a lift with a camera, making it very convenient for those carrying luggage. The toiletries and laundry detergent provided were of good quality, and the bathroom dryer function was incredibly useful for drying washed clothes. However, I did notice a slight leak in the toilet, which kept the floor a bit damp, so be cautious. Overall, I would definitely choose to stay with Resi Stay again during my next visit!

Many restrictions were required and many CCTVs are always watching us at many points in the hotel. The reception was as if he got hired just one day before.

Do read up warning. Trip should not have such establishments work with them. I start to doubt trip.com working partners 😅 Need to be a lot more careful with booking as there is no way trip can do anything. The only thing I rate them badly was their inflexibility to provide cleaning services for 3 night stay ! I mean not even change your tower is way unacceptable Airbnb good host will provide extra towel if stay is longer than 2 days !

No staff at all for service on site. the location is pretty far from the center of the city, barely any choices of restaurant nearby

距離車站拖行李箱走15分鐘，不在主街上，很安靜，房間有點小，但是設施齊全，可以在附近的便利店買便當回去用微波加熱吃，可以妥妥的吃刺身壽司，煎和牛，就是四樓是頂樓有點熱。

Kuromi房間超棒，值得！everything was about kuromi ，雖然貴但是物有所值。裏面還有免費的kuromi周邊贈送哦，此外有洗衣機，乾衣房，真的超方便！前台小哥雖然有點社恐但是英文不錯，服務也很好的。

Check in要去另一個不近酒店的地方 很不方便，感覺要自助式，如有甚麼事情也沒有人可以幫你，連續住兩晚竟然只提供住一晚的配套給你，不會有人來清潔及補給，垃圾要自己帶出去棄掉，如遺留大件垃圾會徵收1萬日元，我還是第一次住到這種酒店，房間是沒有景觀的，房內設施超級污糟 布質梳化應該都沒有清潔？最滿意只有浴室 有暖氣設備 浸浴亦有保持水溫系統，如不是因為同行家庭朋友要住Hello Kitty主題房，我一定不會選這間酒店，主題房大又美，目前還算新淨乾淨，再久些就不敢說了⋯⋯😅 建議想住主題的只可住一晚，不建議連續住這間酒店2日以上🙈

The studio was perfect for one person. Everything was spotless clean and in great working order. The location in a quiet residential area worked for me and was just a walk from the JR station. There are 2 good grocery shops in the neighbourhood, so you can stock up on essentials.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con una prenotazione tramite bookingcom, loro si sono resi disponibili alle nostre richieste mentre l’hotel l’unica cosa che ha fatto è stata intascarsi i soldi e basta, senza provare un minimo ad aiutarci. Abbiamo scritto vari messaggi all’hotel ma le risposte sono sempre state un “copia e incolla” delle risposte precedenti, senza un minimo di disponibilità a trovare una soluzione. Anche con l’intervento di bookingcom l’unica cosa che hanno fatto è stata tenersi i soldi e basta. Lo sconsiglio vivamente, sono solo avidi di soldi
