The hotel is new and easy to find. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean and also tidy. The hotel provided most of daily necessities, if they can provide one more towel for usage would be great. We enjoyed the spa and sauna. It is a must after a long trip in the daytime! We would like to stay there again in the future.

Design : Modern and hipster bar at Ground floor Location :6mins walk from Gojo station and 10mins walk to Shijo station but alot of convenience store and eatery along the way. The area is more business like so tend to be quieter on the weekend. stil manage to walk to Nishiki market coz the weather is pleasant. Service: Moderate but generous on giving out free water bottle. free one alcoholic beverage for guest at night from 19.00 to 20.00pm .Spacious and safe luggage storage area Hygiene: need to improve because there is alot of dust in the room

The room size is nice, only 5 minutes walk to the subway station

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was convenient and accessible. Our room and other shared spaces were clean and modern. The restaurant and bar service, as well as the options, were great. I definitely recommend it!

I like the vibe of the hotel, staff are helpful and friendly, location is great, room are modern, clean and big enough for opening 2 big luggages, the cloakroom for storing luggage is nice n organzied, will consider staying in Sequence again next time in Kyoto

Location is good. Nearby walking distance to an MRT. The Sauna and Steam is nice and enjoyable but the locker room’s floor is very smelly due to the wrong type of materials used for wet floors. Smells like decade of unwashed feet whenever passing the locker rooms. Overall hotel and rooms are very new and well designed for efficient use of space. They used great toilet sanitary wares like Toto etc. Super good value for money

The location was good. There are subways and bus stops within walking distance. About 15 minutes walk to Kyoto station. Convenience stalls and eateries are nearby too. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Walking distance from Metro to hotel, not much restaurant nearby

Check in was extremely late, at 5pm. Room was spacious and looked modern, also liked the fact it had smart tv which was good for our kids and late night watching. However, they do not clean the room unless you stay 3 nights or more. I am fine with this, but at least come in to change the bins, towels, refill water etc. we had bins full from the first day.

Close to the subway and convenience store

We had a wonderful 4 days stay. The staffs were super friendly and would highly recommend. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage in the self-cloakroom. The hotel is an excellent location. It is a short 20 minute walk from Kyoto station. We also had a pleasant early morning walk to Gion district and Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Our room of 3 was so spacious. We really enjoyed the public sauna and bath, the one free drink and 2 pm check-out. This is a great hotel and a worthwhile stay in Kyoto. Great hotel Good room and amenities Great tv with Netflix Would stay again. (Location is a bit out of Dion district but walking distance if you don’t mind walking) Close to underground but be wary if you have luggage you will struggle with the amount of steps no escalators
