Good location and the hotel is very clean, staff are friendly. Coffee was very nice.

This hotel amazes me. I love everything they have from rooms to service to cleanliness. They have amenities that is absolutely free for you on the check-in area to take from ear plugs. Hair oil, shavers, twinings tea bags, coffee bags, lotions and kids amenities. The toilet is fantastic with many functions and they have separate bath tub and shower area. Even the shower foam and shampoo feels.very top notch. Bonus, they are walking distance to the train stations using the underground shopping.

We love staying here so much. The hotel is closed to everything: 3 mins walk to Kyoto station, next to Yodobashi dep. which you can do shopping and find so many restaurants on 6 floor. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The hotel room is so clean, wide and hygienic. You can pick hotel amenities by yourself next to the receptionist counter. I’ll come back staying here again for sure.

From the Kyoto station just walk straight and buses to places of interest l, eatery, shopping places are just short walking distance. Front desk staff speak good English. There are staff who can speak Chinese. Highly recommended!

Comfortable room, Conveniently located you can walk to local temple, train, supermarket.

Everything was perfect. Location, spacey and clean room, breakfast, very nice staffs and reasonable price. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Great location, I love that it is near Kyoto station and the bus terminal. The room was clean, toilet is big and spacious for Japan standards. Had a very comfortable time taking a shower. Hair dryer was strong as well. Amenities provided was good and sufficient. This was the 3rd Daiwa that we stayed in Japan and if we ever return, we would choose Daiwa Roynet Premier again.

Seamless check-in..the hotel was linked to the train station underground so in winter it was nice to walk in shelter..amenities were fantastic..constant supply of toiletries available at front desk..friendly front desk staff..

Location is great with direct underpass from train station to hotel. There is a mall just beside the hotel to shop and eat. Facilities is great and room is clean and big (for Japan standard). Totally recommend for families and any types of traveler.

The hotel is near kyoto Station, with underground pass directly link from the train station to the hotel. Very clean room and accessible to many restaurants nearby. Would recommend this hotel for everyone.
