It was our first time in Northern Cyprus and we stayed at the Topset hotel which has just been re-opened after two years of being closed due to the Pandemic. The hotel is run by the loveliest family, all of whom made my partner and I feel so incredibly welcomed and relaxed during our stay. Our room was really nice and comfortable and in traditional Cypriot style, with stunning views of the sea from our balcony. The Cypriot breakfast was absolutely FABULOUS! Every morning we were given amazing organic fruit and vegetables/salad grown from the garden on the hotel grounds. The produce just could not have been better. We also thoroughly enjoyed the homemade bread and cakes and flat bread every morning and of course, some strong Turkish coffee! The hotel is situated in a perfect location, we didn't even end up hiring a car as we just used the Dolmous on the main road to get to Kyrenia and other places. The dolmous was extremely cheap and took no longer than 20 minutes to get to places like Kyrenia. We have decided we will definitely be coming back to Topset hotel in the future and we would love to take our family and friends with us next time too. We feel the level of care and kindness from everyone working at Topset Hotel made us feel completely at home and we couldn't recommend it enough!

My family and I stayed at the hotel for a week. We felt like home. We would recommend it to everyone. The staff is very friendly and helps to solve any question or problem. Breakfast is simple, a little boring after a week. There are good restaurants nearby for dinner. Conveniently, there is an outside bar open all day serving drinks and food. The prices are not very high. The rooms are neat, have a refrigerator, air conditioner. Some bathrooms are newly renovated. Pools with sunbeds are comfortable, a beautiful oasis of plants has been created outside, so you don't feel like the street is nearby. The only thing to keep in mind is that the sea is quite far away, so it is more convenient to have a rented car or go with a taxi (depending on the beach, the price is about 10 EUR one way).

After 2 long years away we were glad to be back at Sammys hotel. All the staff had changed but the new staff were lovely, especially Tara, Ali, Jony, Dior, Aziz. Our room lady and the young man who worked alongside her, kept our room spotless, with clean towels and clean bedding everyday. There had been a few new changes since we were last there but all for the good. See you later in the year

Ben Bedensel Engelli olduğumdan burada konaklamak isteyecek Engelliler için düşüncelerimi paylaşmak istedim. Hafta sonu tatili için kardeşimle birlikte kaldım. Hafif Engelli olduğum için zorluk yaşamadım, fakat Tekerlekli Sandalye kullananlar refakatçi olmadan rampaları kullanamaz (biraz dik yapılmış) Tesis şehir merkezinde olduğu için bir çok konuma yakın (Örn. Girne Kalesi 2 dk'lık yürüme mesafesinde) Tesisin bir çok yerinde rampalar var, havuza inişler kolay Engelli lavabo ve odaları henüz mevcut değildi, hazırlık aşamasında olduğu söyledi sanırım 2024 yazına yetişecek. Gitmeden mutlaka bilgi alın. Odaları temiz düzenli (Yanınıza mutlaka prizler için dönüştürücü alın, biz akıl edemedik ama resepsiyon bize temin etti sağolsunlar) Yemek çeşitliliği fazla değil ama az da değildi ve lezzetliydi, çalışanlar çok ilgili hepsine Türkiye'den Teşekkürlerimi gönderiyorum. Tek memnun olmadığım tarafı yarım pansiyon olmasından mı bilemem ama akşam yemeğinde en azından bir ayran, kola gibi sıradan içeceklerin ücretli değil de yemeğe dahil olmasını isterdim fazla bir masrafı olacağını düşünmüyorum. Yine gelir miyim? Neden olmasın?

Temiz ve sıcak kanlı bir işletme. Güler yüzlü oluşlarından ve imkanlarından çok memnun kaldım. Oda ve banyo çok temizdi. Kahvaltı güzeldi fakat daha gazla kızartma çeşidi olsa sevinirdim :). Duvarlarda asılı olan tablolar harikaydı, konaklama yaparken mutlaka göz gezdirmenizi tavsiye ederim. Konaklama yaptığımız günler içerisinde piyano dinletisine denk geldik ve çok güzeldi. Otel her yere çok yakın. Kaybolmadan istediğiniz her noktaya çıkabiliyorsunuz :)

18.08.2023'de eşim ve kızımla birlikte Girne'ye tatile gittik. Daha önceden kalmayı planladığımız otel rezervasyonu ile ilgili sorun çıkınca, 2 günlüğüne geçici olarak kalmak üzere Girne limanında bulunan ”White Pearl” isimli otelde yer bulduk. 1 Geceliği için de 2.100 ₺ para verdim! Ama odası, banyosu her yer pis ve bakımsızdı. Mini dolabında boş kutu kola çöpü vardı. Otel değil, sanki terk edilmiş köhne bir apartman dairesi gibiydi. Mecbur olduğumuzdan 2 gün kalmak durumundaydık. Ancak ilk gece böcek ısırmalarından dolayı ertesi gün kalacak yer aramak üzere oteli terk ettik. 1 gün sonra eşimin tüm vücudunda oluşan böcek ısırığı yaraları 2. Gün 2,5 yaşında ki kızımda ve bende de başladı. Tüm vücudumuz yoğun bir şekilde kaşınıyordu. Bir başka otelde yer bulduk. Eşim 2 gece yoğun kaşıntıdan uyuyamadı. Hafta sonu olduğundan nöbetçi bir eczane buldum, eczacıya yaraları gösterdiğimde bize uyuz olduğumuzu söyleyip uyuz kremi verdi, kremi kullandık ancak ızdırap gibi kaşıntılarımız devam etti. Pazartesi günü Girne'de ki devlet hastanesinin aciline gittik. Doktor uyuz olmadığımızı böcek ısırığı olduğunu söyledi ve üçümüze de alerjik ve rahatlatıcı iğne yaptılar. Ailemle birlikte mutlu bir tatil hayaliyle geldiğimiz Girne'de tatilimiz bu otel yüzünden zehir oldu. Tüm vücudumuz yara bere içinde. Kızımın çektiği ızdırabı asla unutmayacağım. Otelin sahibi olan b*** bey 'in telefonunu buldum ve olayın 2. Günü arayıp vücudumuzdaki yaraların resmini attım ve durumu belirttim. Bana sadece; kusura bakmamamı ama böyle bir şeyin mümkün olmadığını, ilk kez bir şikayet aldıklarını söyledi. Ben kendisine şikayetlerimi belirtmeye devam ettikçe bana ”şikayet edin beyefendi, şikayet edin” diyerek konuyu kapattı. Burada yaşayan tanıdığım bir kişi aracılığı ile tanıştığım bir başka kişiye bu olayları anlattığımda bana; ”bu oteli bildiğini, sorunlu ve bakımsız bir mekan olduğunu benzer şikayetleri daha önce de duyduğunu söyledi.Bu otelde kalıp sağlığınızı riske atacağınıza parktaki bankta yatın daha güvende olursunuz.

CCruiser31583904858Pros - Location - Spa - Roof top pool - Food Hotel within easy distance to harbour, bars,shops, and local transport. Rooms spacious and very clean. Cons - busy road opposite two petrol stations and traffic heavy all day. Staff on reception not helpful or accommodating. There is no air conditioning and our room on arrival at midnight was 26.5°. We couldn't believe it and had to insist on two fans that we left on permanently all night and the day when we were in the room. Some of the electric sockets and plugs had loose wiring so we had to keep reporting faults. Our main complaint was the heavy smell of petrol that we assumed came from the petrol station. When we phoned reception to request a move to another room we were told there were no more twin bedded rooms available but for what is classified as a five star hotel, I'm sure they could have accommodated us. The stench was overwhelming. Finally after calling in one of the cleaners she indicated it wasn't the petrol stations but the drain in the shower that she would clean out. That evening on returning to the room, the smell had gone. However next morning it started to seep in again. We called in another cleaner and pointed out the stench and showed her the sockets that didn't work. She said leave it to me and that night everything was fixed but we only had two nights left of our holiday. The cleaner's name was Hava and I would like to commend her to the hotel management. Our conversation was done though my translation app and sign language. In spite of everything we enjoyed our stay as the pros outweighed the cons. Would not stay at this hotel again until it is modernised. The summer months must be unbearable.

PPengguna TetamuJust got back from a week long stay at the hotel and it was great. There were 3 of us, myself my mum and my 15 year old son, so we booked a family room with 2 bedrooms. The room was fine with plenty of space and a decent bathroom with big shower. There was a small fridge in one of the rooms and the only thing we felt it missed was a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. It was my sons birthday while we were there and the staff arranged a cake for us and sang happy birthday to him which was lovely. We stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice of continental, fruit, bread and pastries, cereal and a hot selection with made to order fried eggs and omelettes. Would definitely recommend for families as the pools are ideal for kids and is very family friendly

PPengguna TetamuBize ayrılan oda tadilatta olduğu için bir iki denemeden sonra rastgele bir odaya yerleştirildik. Odanın temizliği kötüydü. Özellikle koltukların üstü berbat durumda idi. Tuvalette aynı şekilde istenilen temizlik seviyesinde değildi. Otel genel olarak eski ve tadilat istiyor.
