The room was very spacious and clean. The metro is close enough for airport. Breakfast and dinner was good.

Excellent place. Very elegant and new. We loved our room and very comfortable bed and pillows. Well situated with easy access to the centre. Beautiful view! Service was also very good. Great room service and tasty food. Restaurant was also nice but we preferred the room service. Breakfast was also very nice and enough options to choose from. I will definitely come back

Near a metro station which was handy. Quiet location which was good for a peaceful sleep but not so good for stuff to do. Pool area was nice, room was good, other than having two si goes instead of a double. Breakfast was nice with a lot of variety but ended very abruptly at the cut off time. Overall would recommend for good value.

Enjoyed that it was a close walk to subway station, the hotel was appealing, room was great with good shower and beds but the AC was terrible. Room was very hot & uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was great 👍🏼

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in my entire life!!!! Horrible Horrible Horrible Service, Staff are soooo rude! It was literally a place to lay my head for the night as I was out in the day, but even with minimal interaction it was appalling! Don’t even go here if you are black! It’s like they are angry I’m here! I’ve never felt so unwanted in my life. The key cards don’t work and every time I had to go to reception they would literally ignore me tell me to stand on the side and attend to natives who are new checkins that would take 20/30mins, I waited for almost an hour just to go back to my room than just validate my key card in 1 min as a paying guest. I was close to tears as Raphael at the desk literally screamed at me ask he asked my why I came back to the hotel late in the first place, my only words were, I’m sorry is there a curfew? This is at 11pm meanwhile he had put me on the side and attended to new walk ins for almost an hour! I was silent Cus in the moment I was afraid if I reacted he knew my room number and I could only imagine the worst! I had maybe 2 hours sleep as every sound gave me a panic. Breakfast is garbage so after day 1, I decide not to go until day 3 to just get a fruit on my way out, it finishes at 10am I was at the door at 9:47, staff stopped from entering the hall saying it finishes at 10, I explain i understand and just want to get a fruit, she refused entry, on breakfast that I paid for? I turned around without argument. At that point I figured this was my fault for booking such, I’ve taken my L on this, but please I beg you, don’t let this be you.

Good hotel, shame the swimming pool was not in use, however I’m a whole the hotel was very clean and modern. Will deffo return for stay 😎

Good as per price. Better connected with direct connection to airport. A bit far from city but have connections to city. No critics the people at reception was really friendly and it went smooth the stay.

The front desk staff were lovely and let me check in early. The location is a bit weird, it's close to the airport but not much else. There is a metro station close enough though, so it's easy to get around.

The food was a little over priced it was pretty far from everything as well but the room was nice and staff was friendly

Everything was great.

Location is far from center for tourists Service was perfect. Everything was clean but the blankets. Staff was friendly and helpful. Internet was good. There are many plugs for UsB type c which was helpful and useful. Bed was so comfortable and pillows. You can easily sleep it’s very calm in the surrounding.

The hotel was located far from the city center, but the quality was acceptable
