Ulasan Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda Airport

This is my second time to stay at this hotel. We had a early flight on the next day at Haneda so we decided to leave Ginza and came here for a night. It has an onsen and i enjoyed so much. It didnt have many people and maybe it was low season. Everything was great and the service was excellent. I think paying USD 150 for a bigger room and better quality does worth it.

Very comfortable 1 night stay. Booked a night here as our flight arrived at 9.30pm. Our stay came with onsen tickets and breakfast. Service was excellent from all staff. There is nothing to fault for the room. Stayed at sister hotel Grand last year and could really feel the difference. Do go for Premier if you dont mind paying more for more privacy, bigger room (especially shower).

The spa area has a lot people - it seems like they are spending the night there as there are many people resting/sleeping.  The massage services is limited as it closes at 11pm.  The reception desk speaks little english, only the assistant manager can speak English which is interesting as it’s a hotel located at international airport

The hotel is a bit old and not that clean, definitely not a 5 stars experience. The hot spring is shared with guests of Villa Fontaine Grand so its rather over crowded. Service is normal when you requested but they wont offer you in the first place. It's alright overall, dont expect something fancy.

The hotel is conveniently located at the airport, making it a great choice if you have an early flight. The hotel staff provided excellent service, promptly assisting us with our luggage and guiding us to the lobby for check-in. Upon check-in, we received coupons for the onsen and bar, although we didn't have time to use them. The hotel room, while relatively small, is still very good for Tokyo standards. The bathroom is relatively spacious and well-equipped. Plus, there's a bustling shopping street right downstairs from the hotel, making it super convenient for shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. All in all, our experience was really positive, and I'd definitely consider staying at this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo!

Nothing to fault. Everything was prefect for a short stay.

Location was so convenient and easy to find after a long flight. The hotel has a modern and sleek look. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the shower stall. The breakfast at the hotel is a must...try Japanese breakfast it was so delicious. We will be coming back.

The service was good! The front desk tried to assist us with travel. Printed out step by step instructions to caught a train with the destinations stops included. The japanese breakfast was best. Loved the entry to the hot springs , using your hotel room pj's and house shoes. Great location. The Grand Hotel is right in front across the hall, so you can choose either hotel.

I think this hotel is overpriced. The room very small so not suitable for family.Its near to airport but far from city. So if you want to go city, better choose other hotel. Otherwise, if you just want to hang around airport area, it is perfect
