We came back exactly 10 years after we first visited. And I am so glad we did. Cocotier Du Rocher is located in a tropical garden that makes you relax and enjoy from the first moment. We felt like coming back to old friends we hadn't seen in a long time. The location consists of small houses that are fully equipped for self-catering, complete with kitchen, a big fridge, and all you need. Traveling with two small children, sometimes the rooms in normal hotels feel a bit small when needing extra beds. Not here, we had a king-size and two normal beds for the kids, and the big veranda including two sunbeds is perfect for a family. The nice bathroom including a walk-in shower, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and an additional outdoor shower completed the beautiful and clean house we stayed in. The location on the island is actually a secret plus. Essentially, you can get everywhere on the West Coast within 15 minutes by bike. So getting around is easy and quick, but at the same time, you might want to avoid the day tourist stream that moves from the port down to Anse Source d'Argent and back. If you stay a couple of days on La Digue, you might want to go to Anse Severe for the sunset, down to Grand Anse, Petite Anse, and Anse Coco, or go up the hill to Nid d'Aigle or the Veuve Nature Reserve and other locations. Cocotier du Rocher is almost perfectly located to get quickly to all these locations. Finally, Stephan and his team are always helpful and provide tips and suggestions to further enjoy this dream island. Stephan and his team are part of the island's community, and we felt that more than once when we ran into some small unplanned things while exploring the island. When people asked us where we were staying, they went above and beyond immediately to help us. We can absolutely recommend it.

Me and my wife stayed in Cocotier Du Rocher three times, always in different room. All of them were beautiful. We were always very satisfied and would never consider different choice on La Digue. Stephan is extremely supportive and friendly host, the rooms are clean and all works as it should.

As a local with got a warm welcome by the host with some lovely fresh passion fruit juice, The locate really remind and feel like my home. The room was neat and tidy, The kitchen was fully equipped and the bath room was very spacious, I really love the coral frame with mirror.😃 The bed i very comfortable , both AC and fan are available in the room. Our room was refresh daily. On the lovely veranda with enjoy our own drink and snack. Also there is mosquito net around the bed which great for the evening. The only things which was missing was TV , but that did not bother us too much we were mostly spend our day out except for the evening. But i will recommend to have tv place for other guest , especially with kids. And just a few Maintenance need to be done. I will highly recommend regular fogging as the villa is surrounded with beautiful garden which attracts bugs. Overall a wonderful stay all the staff was very helpful and kind, Thank you Stephan and team.

So you arrive at cocotier du rocher and are met with Stefan. Proper nice guy. He sits u down and tells you everything u need to know about La Digue. So he writes it all down on a map for you….best restaurants, take aways, shops, beaches, snorkelling sites, sunsets, hikes, the time it takes to get to all locations. Then he will sort u out some bikes and then off u go!!! The Apartment is perfect surrounded by stunning tropical gardens giving a sense of privacy. I want to go back!!

Quelques petites maisons dans un jardin tropical arboré et bien entretenu. Grande chambre meublée simplement, petite cuisine bien équipée et grande salle de bain. La terrasse comprend transats, table et chaise. Ménage quotidien. A 5 mn du port en taxi (150 SCR) ou 20 mn à pieds. L’établissement n’est pas en bord de mer mais sur la petite route intérieure. Les vélos (100 SCR/jour) sont indispensables pour rejoindre en 10 mn commerces et restaurants. Pour déjeuner, un bon Takeaway (Rey & Josh Cafe) en 5 mn à vélo. Pour le diner, restaurant Le Repaire, à 10 mn en vélo, réservation recommandée. Accueil francophone et chaleureux de Stefan. Un endroit bien situé pour rayonner à La Digue, à vélo bien sur !

Nous venons de passer 3 nuits à Cocotiers du Rocher dans un magnifique bungalow au coeur d'un splendide jardin luxuriant. Un véritable havre de paix verdoyant uniquement troublé par le chant des oiseaux de la jungle et autres creatures tropicales. Petit déjeuner copieux et agréable ! Une magnifique expérience que j'espère renouveler un jour. Merci à Stephan pour son accueil chaleureux et amical. Ce fût une parenthèse magique.

De ravissants bungalow dispersés dans un fabuleux jardin tropical avec terrasse, fauteuils et chaises longues. Un petit dej préparé et servi sur la terrasse à l’heure souhaitée ! Personnel adorable et Stéphane est un hôte attentionné et charmant ! Les vélos sont fournis sur demande. Des vélos électriques pourraient être utiles. Très bien situé proche des take away et des plages. Par contre ça monte et ça descend !! Faites la sortie à Anse Marron avec Gérard ou Stenio c est génial. Possibilité de laverie très utile. Geckos et autres chants d oiseaux à profusion. Un incontournable dans cette île merveilleuse !! Merci !

Super schöne ruhige Bungalows in einem tropischen Garten. Wir waren eine Woche dort und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und bietet außerdem viel Privatsphäre. Das Highlight war die Außendusche, diese war nach jeder anstrengenden Fahrradtour immer eine tolle Abkühlung. Der Inhaber Stephan war so super freundlich und hat einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Transfer und Fahrräder wurden super schnell organisiert. Auch das Frühstück, welches wir für einen Morgen gebucht hatten, wurde frisch zubereitet und war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Zwischendurch wurden uns auch frische Bananen aus dem eigenen Garten gebracht, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und können das Cocotier du Rocher sehr empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Notre séjour dans ce somptueux établissement au cœur de la jungle a été une expérience inoubliable, partagée avec ma bien-aimée. L'accueil exceptionnel dont nous avons bénéficié s'est avéré être l'un des plus mémorables de mon existence. La chambre, d'une élégance spacieuse, alliait propreté et esthétique raffinée, ajoutant une dimension distinctive à notre escapade romantique. La présence d'une douche extérieure a constitué une touche de luxe authentique. En toute confiance, je recommande vivement cet endroit enchanteur pour ceux en quête d'une expérience hôtelière distinguée au sein d'une nature exubérante.

Bellissimo appartamentino con:una bellissima stanza da letto molto spaziosa, una piccola cucina con tutto l'occorrente, un patio spazioso e un bagno con uno specchio con intorno delle conchiglie. Con la cura di Stefan che rende tutto più bello. Stefan è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile, si è messo a spiegarci tutto quel che potevano fare nei 3 giorni e ci ha fatto portare i cocchi da bere appena arrivati. Dopo ci hanno portato le biciclette. Vicino c'è un parco delle tartarughe dove si possono dare da mangiare le foglie. La posizione della struttura è comoda ed il contesto molto suggestivo.

Jardin magnifique, bungalow très bien agencé et décoré, confort impeccable, accueil aimable et attentionné. Emplacement calme, suffisamment à l'écart mais néanmoins proche de tout (tout est proche ici).

Au coeur de l’ile de la digue, nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Stephane qui nous a fait parvenir un taxi pour notre arrivée au port de la Digue. Les cottages sont propres, joliement decores, bien équipé pour la cuisine et disposent d’un jardin fleuri ce qui apporte une certaine intimité. Stephane a été réactif a chacune de nos demandes: mise à disposition de velo, service de machine a laver, quelques conseils utiles pour parcourir l’ile… cela a rendu notre experience facile pour decouvrir cette ile avec un si grand charme ! Je recommande le cocotier du rocher pour ceux qui souhaitent decouvrir la digue, et merci a Stephane pour son accueil

Удивительное место в которое хочется возвращаться неоднократно ( есть с чем сравнить-мы 5 раз на Сейшелах ) . Были в разных отелях и на разных островах. Хочется отметить - зеленая ухоженная территория , абсолютная безопасность, удобная кровать , тишина и умиротворение. Отель расположен очень удобно , как и в сторону Grand Anse так и в сторону Grand Severe. 50 шагов рядом магазин, 2 минуты на велике и рядом Take away ). И огромное спасибо Стефану ( менеджер отеля ) - всегда рядом для решения любых вопросов и помощи. Будем скучать по этому месту и людям что делают этот отель волшебным и домашним .
