Very nice stay, perfect location near the train station to go to cinque terre.

Basic of what you need - location superb and great for one or two days.

It's comfortable location. Close to train station. I only didn't like that manager was difficult to find in time of my arrival which wasn't at late period. I was knocking at a door for several minutes until she arrived by a car luckily for me.

The hotel is at a very good location. The room is clean and functional. We had a good stay and enjoyed cinque terre a lot .

Everything is great! Staffs are very helpful, they even sent an informative email before my arrival, regarding how to locate the place and to facilitate check in. Room is amazing, clean, big and comfy beds. Quiet at night and great location. The free breakfast is also nice, the breakfast place just 1 mins away.

The room was clean and comfortable, located on La spezia train station but no elevator. The caretaker, Mr. Paolo, helped us carry our luggage up to the room and took good care of us.

Very knid staff at reception, she sent me messages before arriving there. That made me feel good impression:)

Took me 15-20 minutes to find the guest house. It’s NOT at the train station. You need to walk 5 mins with your heavy luggage and carry it to the first floor. The room is very small but overall clean.

Location is the best

Great hotel location and friendly staff! I reached earlier than my expected time and the lady rushed over to open the door for me. And she was nice enough to help carry my friend's luggage up the stairs as she had injured wrist. She shared all the information about the villages and breakfast choices with me. Breakfast was a voucher that can be used at the cafe downstairs. The room was clean and spacious, with adequate amenities. The location is unbeatable. Even tho it is above the railway, you can barely hear any noise. Heading to the villages was easy from the accomodation.

千萬別定這家！臟亂差態度好及其惡劣！ 我們到了是晚上六七點，想辦理入住、結果需要打電話房東過來開門，他們的英語也不好，辦理完房間被房東全賣出去了，把我們帶到了另外一個周圍的旅店，需要爬4層搬着行李箱！ 很小的一個屋子！洗手間我一個女生洗臉需要弓着腰側着站才能用！特別小！衣櫃很破，底部還有發黴的痕跡！這些也就算了 想着湊合一晚 結果，我們的中國插座轉換頭落在了房間，大概在下午我想起來馬上發郵件，和讓朋友打電話，因為這個轉換頭很重要，這邊也不好買，結果房東一聽是昨晚的客人就直接掛斷電話！我很生氣 我又給攜程客服叫他們幫我聯繫，房東也回覆沒有找到！我明確的落在了床頭的插座上！結果房東不幫不説，還看都不看就説沒有！太差太差了！ 這一晚我們是湊合一晚，不然絕對不會住這！大家也別選他家！避雷
