The staff is very rude, hates peoples We arrived to the hotel (45 past the checkin at 20h45) and even though we we’re in contact with the staff through booking during the day; they never said anything about the time of arrival ( bad intentions) , we were late for them and didn’t want to listen. Everyone was sold out, we had to drive one hour to Genoa for a Hotel. RUN AWAY. But we’re gonna take legal actions.

Hi I stayed in this hotel from 1st Aug till 3rd Aug. I want to write my feed back just to make everyone aware about the hotel. Honestly i have travel lot of places in different country but this is the worst place to sary. your holidays will be depressing. The owner is so rude, no manners at all, only word he has is you can go go from here and shut up. one of the arrogant person in world, and at the end he was requesting me not to write bad review for him. but during my stay it was experience of many guest. breakfast is worst, fruits from one table is being served on next table if left. Air condition does not work all the time, doors are jammed so it makes noise. water from bathroom going in the room as its only tiled with out shower tray. i have all the images. you can not complaint because he will just to tell you to leave the hotel. I am regular travel and I just don't want anyone else holidays to get spoiled like me. The worst owner i have ever seened. same day 3 other guest had problem, and all had complain but no solution, I can write all, but no use. My details are with *********** and I can explain better if you want. but JUST BE CAREFULL MY SINCERE REQUEST PLEASE DONT GET SWAYED BY REVIEWS.

Stayed at the Albergo delle Spezie for nine nights to explore the Cinque Terre and surrounding coastline We were made very welcome by the owner / manager and assigned to a spacious and comfortable room with the suggestion to relocate FoC to an even better room after the busy weekend, an offer that we accepted Breakfast was served in a quirky inside or outside area, depending on the weather and personal preference, and was a good mix of cereal, fruit, breads and a toastie, plus tea / coffee of course, see attached picture The 'Inn' doesn't serve other meals but there is a wealth of choice literally on the doorstep. Its location is a few steps away from the bus stops along the front and around fifteen minutes walk up to Centrale station, so handy for both the Cinque Terre rail line and Portvenere / Lerici / etc. bus routes The room move (bar the contents of the safe of course) - managed by the hotel, despite our assurance that we could do it - was waiting for us when we got back on the Monday and everything was sorted. Our rooms were serviced perfectly and there were no oversights In addition, I have to say that the hotel management went out of their way on two or three occasions to make our stay memorable and, not least, to rescue what may have turned out to be a mess up on our part in re: the bus routes and timetables. We were very impressed and grateful for that extra kilometre Net-net, an excellent and memorable stay; thanks to all :)

Si tiene alma joven y aventurera este hotel es para usted! pero si lo que espera es la comodidad y el servicio de un hotel tradicional después de un largo día recorriendo Cinqueterre, no lo recomiendo . Para empezar,ubicación 5/10, a pesar de que queda cerca de una calle peatonal con mucha vida de noche, no queda cerca de la estación de trenes, entonces, cuando uno llega luego de estar todo el día caminando por Cinqueterre se encuentra con que tiene que caminar 10 cuadras mas hacia su hospedaje. Los cuartos 6/10 no son muy grandes, en un cuarto con 3 camas la puerta del baño no podía abrir bien y la iluminación muy pobre. Sin embargo, no nos podemos quejar de la limpieza, todo muy limpio y cambian las toallas diariamente. Atención 8/10, el Albergo está atendido por sus dueños quienes son muy gentiles y atentos. Desayuno, 7/10 abundante y con opcion sin gluten, pero debes apegarte a los horarios de los dueños, que pueden ser cambiantes.

situato in un appartamento all'interno di un palazzo del centro storico, posizione comodissima, ma con almeno 50 m da percorrere in zona pedonale. Particolari soluzioni di arredamento con materiali di recupero, comunque spartano ma accogliente, da provare (è un primo piano le finestre non sono molto luminose...)

A due passi dal centro, situato in una via poco trafficata e quindi silenziosa, proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, stanza ampia e pulitissima. Si entra da un portoncino e da li si apre l'inaspettato e meraviglioso albergo, colazione soddisfacente. Buon punto di partenza per visitare il territorio.

Piccolo bed and breakfast (di hotel non ha molto) in centro a La Spezia, la posizione è sicuramente il punto forte di questo alloggio, insieme alla colazione offerta che è abbastanza completa (anche se sarebbe più apprezzata una colazione a buffet). Per quanto riguarda la camera invece, era molto piccola, con una finestra inutilizzabile in quanto dava su altre case, arredi minimi (armadio minuscolo, sedia per scrivania di legno tutta rovinata che rischiava di rovinare i vestiti se appoggiati sopra, di fianco al letto c’erano due lampade a muro senza lampadina…) il bagno risultava sporco, come del resto anche la camera, c’era polvere sulla maggior parte delle superfici. Io oltre faceva parecchio freddo in stanza e non c’era modo di controllare la temperatura; Ulteriore pecca è la completa non insonorizzazione delle camere, sentivamo tutti i suoni provenienti dalle altre camere e dalla reception (compreso il campanello, lo scarico dell’acqua ecc…) ci siamo svegliati alle 7.00 di domenica mattina con il campanello… Personalmente penso che i prezzi proposti siano troppo alti per i servizi e gli spazi offerti. Il personale invece è stato molto cordiale, sopratutto la ragazza con cui abbiamo effettuato il check in. Consiglio di migliorare l’arredamento rovinato (tavoletta del wc e sedia), di offrire almeno uno shampoo (in doccia c’era un dispenser senza etichette) e di offrire anche una bottiglietta d’acqua al check in (pratica che viene eseguita in tutti gli hotel in cui sono stata).

La mia permanenza in questo hotel è stata molto serena grazie alla gentilezza del proprietario e dei suoi collaboratori, dall’accoglienza e dal fatto che le camere sono comode e moderne e ti fanno sentire a casa ma anche grazie al cibo con una colazione dop

Hotel situato nel centro di La Spezia a 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Proprietario disponibile e attento a tutte le esigenze dei proprio ospiti. La colazione (no buffet) viene servita in terrazza durante la bella stagione! Molto carino anche tutto l’arredamento. Stanze e spazi in comune puliti
