Ulasan Comfort Inn & Suites Irvine Spectrum

Very nice rooms. Very spacious. Beautiful decorations. Not a very quiet environment though. They have mandatory room cleanings and they make you leave the room. They were in my room for 1.5 hours and I come back and they had only made the bed. Did not mop, sweep, take the trash out, OR leave towels… it was very odd. But overall, it was a 6/10 experience.

Attentive housekeeping

Water heater does not work and water pressure is too weak it will take you an hour to get a bath. Worse, front desk and manager gave no option other than cancel the booking and change hotel. Worst customer service.

Clean and tidy, breakfast is good, parking is free, very helpful, except that the air conditioner is slightly loud

The room I got was newly remodeled but so much is missing: 1. Ironing board 2.Towel Hangers in the bathroom 3. Extra pillows for the sofa bed 4. A blanket for the sofa bed 5. There was only one caffeinated Keurig cup snd 3 decaf. I drink caffeinated so one was not enough 6. Balcony door could not lock

I did not stay here these nights but was charged I called to talk to them but they were so rude and did not help at all fraud is coming for them

Bad experience

設施：設施設備比較齊全 衞生：整體酒店都是比較衞生乾淨的。地面乾淨，桌面整潔 環境：環境也是不錯的。 服務：因為在國外入住，所以語言溝通起來還是有點差異，但是服務人員很快就解決了我嫩的問題。不錯的服務態度。

第一次碰上刷開房間門，裏面沒有打掃過…，酒店可能是新裝修的還有一些味道，挨着路邊有點吵，停車免費

酒店在十字路口，位置方便，但是有點吵，房間乾淨整潔，早餐簡單。隔音不好，住的房間牆上有道門，可能和另一間房間相通，有點不舒服。

酒店位於森林湖，早餐是我吃過美早中比較不錯的
