bilik kemas dan bersih. bilik di tingkat bawah sesuai bagi yang membawa warga emas kerana tak perlu naik tangga. cuma 5 minit sahaja jalan kaki ke Pantai Cenang. berdekatan Amani Cafeteria yang menjual nasi lemak dan cendol yang sedap

Kawasan di mana hotel ini terletak seperti kawasan luar bandar, dengan sawah padi di kedua-dua belah, jauh dari pusat bandar. Membeli-belah tidak begitu mudah, tiada kedai serbaneka di sebelahnya. Bilik ini cukup besar dan mempunyai bilik mandi yang berasingan. Jika anda ingin merasa baring di atas katil dan mendengar hujan melanda bumbung, ia seperti kembali ke masa lalu. Kemudian anda masih boleh mengalaminya. Senyap!

Location not bad, being at the quieter end yet still within walking distance to the F&B and shops. Beam scooters avaliable in about 2 minites walking. Free parking space available but they might need to repaint the lines. No visible security measures and no gate at the entrance/exit. Haven't seen any security guard around and the guard house been empty whenever I passed by. The whole premise is open to access even at the back. The room door only has a door knob lock (latch), a safety concern since anyone could break in easily or duplicate the key. No lift, by the way, for people with heavy or bulky luggage. Room has a lot of space for luggage and circulation. Table and wardrobe are big enough for use. Small TV screen with limited channels. Has both ceiling fan and wall-mount air-con but the air-con takes very long to cool the room. For light-sleepers, the air-con, mini fridge and ceiling fan can be noisy for you but was ok for me. Bathroom sapce is decent. No shelf for toiletries at the shower area though. Biggest problem for me would be the water pressure too small for showering. Spent more than double the usual time showering because of very little water from the showerhead. Good that the ventilation window has mosquito net. There are 2 power points in the bathroom for use. Room cleaning everyday around noon, but you have to be in to reject it if you don't wish them to enter as there is no Do Not Disturb signage. So far all staff I encountered were very friendly and easy to communicate. Overall fine. Hope to see more improvement.

3 minutes walk to the beach. A duty-free shop is a 1-minute walk away. The location is perfect if you want to enjoy the beach. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to the center of Pantai Cenang, but you can enjoy it because you can walk while looking at various shops. The shower does not have hot water. However, there is no problem in keeping the body clean. All the staff greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable.

It’s difficult to recognize the hotel at first until Google maps points it out to you. The hotel is quite old & shabby. The corridors are dull. The lobby is shabby. Although it’s a budget hotel but the condition is quite poor. The room was spacious & the bathroom was good too in my room. But the windows are tinted so in spite of having a sea-view room I could hardly enjoy the view. The TV connection was pathetic - has only 4 channels that too all in local Malay language. The picture quality was disgusting. My room had a connecting door to the other room. Although it was locked but the occupants in the other room continuously tried opening their side of the connecting door which was quite a disturbance to me & made me feel unsafe continuously.

If you lived in a black and white house in Singapore or any of the pre war heritage houses, you would love this resort. Located only 10 minutes drive from the airport and 30 mins from Kuah and the Cemang beach a 20 mins walk away. Shout out to Resort Manager Irene Vairo, she is a friendly and cat lover manager who is always around to help, as the houses are heritage, dont expect everything to work perfectly. The restaurant is also excellent with live bands every Monday.
