Hotel berhampiran Kuala Muda, Langkawi

Ia cukup mudah untuk memberi anda rasa resort, jadi ia mungkin agak tidak memuaskan. Tiada masalah dengan fungsi bilik dan anda boleh menikmati kolam renang. Dari bilik pemandangan laut, anda boleh melihat matahari terbenam di depan mata anda, dan jika anda keluar ke pantai dari belakang hotel, anda akan temui dataran pasang surut di mana anda boleh melihat mudskippers dan ketam. Selain itu, berjalan kaki melalui kampung berhampiran adalah indah dan menyeronokkan. Sarapan pagi hotel sedap. Lawatan bakau yang kami pesan dari hotel juga bagus.

Check in & check out tak amik masa yg lama..suka stay kat sini sebab suasana tenang with nice sunset view..parking pun luas..buggy service cepat & sentiasa ada. Location tak jauh dari airport & tak brp jauh dgn pantai chenang utk sesape yg ada transport. Bilik luas..aminities complete for 3 persons..and the most important..bilik bersih.

The trip was with elderly and kids. This place is more like an apartment than a hotel/resort, maybe they should improve on the outlook of the building, it looks kinda old compared to the resort next to it. Overall my stay here was quite pleasant and the unit I booked was spacious, it came with two bedrooms with separate toilets. There's only air conditioning in the bedroom, common areas such as the living room and kitchen are only ceiling fans, but this was fine as we spent most of the time outside. I think minor improvements on the furniture would be added value. The sound proof needs to be improved too as we could awake without alarm easily in the early morning, maybe due to it facing the main road. The staff were friendly and provided all the information to us. Location is just 10 minutes away from the airport, I would suggest renting a car for easy travel around because the tourist spots like Tanjung Rhu, Cenang Beach, Kuah Town, Cable Car, Skybridge are more than 30mins away from this resort.

We were notified that there are some issues with the Guesthouse and an alternative place of stay was arranged for us. Totally appreciate the staff from trip to contact us via phone as well as email if not we would have missed the notification.

The villa is in a quiet kampung place beside Rice field. I have a great time at Jebat room. Recomended for family fatgering with pools and bbq pit.

Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel ini. Mereka menaik taraf bilik pemandangan laut. Walaupun kemudahannya agak lama, infinity pool dan pantai persendirian berbaloi dengan harga. Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik. Hotel ini dahulunya adalah sebuah Sheraton dan baru sahaja memulakan perniagaan. Sarapan pagi adalah set hidangan, tetapi ia cukup mengenyangkan. Ia berdekatan dengan lapangan terbang, jadi pilihan yang baik untuk menginap satu malam dan menaiki penerbangan anda pada awal pagi.

I really don't know where to begin. I booked this hotel because this was our first vacation post covid and also to celebrate a milestone wedding anniversary. The hotel is looks very dated. The reality do not match the pics. At check in, we were told that there is no wifi in the room, and that we would need to pay a deposit for a router. There is no restaurant at the hotel. if we needed breakfast we needed to place an order for the brekkie the night before (before 8 pm), and the food would be served to us in our room. We were given the option of going to the next hotel to use their restaurant if we wanted. As we entered our room it smelled very musty. The bathroom had a very bad smell (urine). There was a pair of used/dirty socks drying the the bathroom (possibly of the previous guest). The shower area had a part of the wall which had some stones/rocks on it. There were droppings of some creature nestled in the crevices between the stones/rocks. On day 2 in the morning, I found a bat flying around in the bathroom. I have concluded that the bad smell and the dropping could’ve been bats who frequent that area in numbers. The mirror meant for shaving had only the stand, no mirror. The rubbish bin in the bathroom was cracked at the bottom. On a couple of days, housekeeping didn’t leave any face towels (day 1) and bath mats (day 4) in the bathroom after they cleaned up. There were cobwebs in the bathroom & behind the curtains in the room. The rollout bed for the kids didn’t have a mattress that fit the size of the rollout bed. It was a smaller one and seemed like it was from a baby’s cot and was just made to fit in there. The room doesn’t have a phone to call the reception. The only way to communicate is through WhatsApp. There are no staff in sight for the most part. Every time we passed by the reception, there was no one at the counter. We saw some staff around the property over the last 2 days of our stay. The resort doesn’t have a spa as well. The structure seemed to be in a dilapidated condition and in high need of repairs and refurbishments. While it was visible that some rooms were getting renovated, I couldn’t fathom why we were given this dilapidated room. All in all, we paid for our room and for the use of a swimming pool. This is not a resort if you have no amenities, it’s as good as a BnB. I would pay the amount I did for a BnB. If I had known that this “resort” doesn’t offer any of these facilities, I wouldn’t have booked this place at all. This experience ruined a bit of our holiday.

Hotel yang ke15 di langkawi untuk review Trip bersama family selepas raya Booking 4 bilik superior double bed Mcm selalu sebelum check in saya akan call dulu hotel untuk confirmation dan status bilik supaya bila sampai xada masalah. Bila call ternyata ada masalah, bilik yg di book katanya sudah habis. Saya senyum lebar sbb kesalahan hotel adalah kelebihan customer. Dia offer bilik twin bed dengan harga beza rm20. Walaupun rm20 tu hak penguna.
