The seaview room is decent, though can be improved in the sense of room smell. The view is however amazing, and unobstructed. The bistro is disappointing. Order took too long to arrive. I specifically ordered a glass of mocktail and a chicken chop. Drink arrived after about 15 mins (acceptable) but the food did not arrive despite waiting for almost an hour. Since I had another plan to attend to, I called the waiter for my bill. Suddenly my chicken chop was said to be ready, and the bistro lady asked if I wanted to have it packed or dined there. Of course I asked her cancel my chicken chop. Guess what, it’s charged considering it’s cooked when I was about to leave. Funny right? I dont want a refund, but I hope the bistro learns the proper way on how to professionally manage an F&B business.

Secara peribadi, saya fikir bilik itu sangat bagus, tetapi tidak ada selipar pakai buang, jadi ingat untuk membawanya! Persekitaran keseluruhan juga sangat baik, Kemudahan: Semuanya lengkap Kebersihan: Bilik dibersihkan setiap hari Saya sangat suka buffet mereka, ada banyak gaya~ Saya rasa yang paling penting adalah kopi hitam hahahaha~ Sarapan pagi tidak lengkap tanpa kopi

We arrived with each of us with a big and a small backpack. First we had to take off our shoes to enter the reception. The hotel seemed not to have much guests but we were given a room in the second floor and there is no elevator. We had booked only one night to get the ferry at 7:30 am. Therefore we asked at the reception if Grab would be available early in the morning and as we could get no answer, we asked for a phone number for calling a taxi but received the reply that she does not know any number. In the morning no Grab was available and from three taxi numbers we found with Google, one replied that it was too far and the others did not pick up the phone. We had to walk with all our luggage about 30 minutes to the Jetty. Poor service, bad location for taking an early ferry. Room was very clean and spacious but air condition blasting directly to the bed and to cover yourself in the bed there is only the heavy bed day cover that we doubted to be washed after every guest, so we were happy to have brought our own sleeping bag. There is a list with rules including that not married couples and alcohol is not allowed. If you search for a hotel to get the ferry, better book one more far away from Jetty but closer to the Center of Kuah, so that you will be able to take a taxi.

Saya dan suami menghabiskan 4H3M di Sunset Villa ini untuk meraikan bulan hari lahir kami dan ia tidak mencukupi! Perkhidmatan butler sangat baik. Bilik itu sangat luas untuk kami 2 orang, bersih dan pemandangan dari bilik adalah luar biasa. Pilihan sarapan pagi adalah hebat, walaupun beberapa hidangan rasanya sedap manakala ada yang terlepas tetapi kami menikmatinya. Apa yang kami pesan untuk makan di dalam bilik juga hebat! Satu-satunya perkara yang mengecewakan adalah bahawa terdapat sesuatu yang tidak kena dengan tandas flush dan ia berlaku semasa 2 hari terakhir penginapan kami. Bagaimanapun, mereka datang untuk membetulkannya sebaik sahaja saya melaporkannya. Walaupun siram memberi kami masalah sekali lagi pada hari terakhir, saya masih ingin memuji perkhidmatan mereka yang cepat dan profesional dalam usaha membetulkannya. Semua kakitangan di sana mesra dari butler, pemandu kereta hingga kakitangan F&B. Kami sangat menikmati penginapan kami sehingga kami sudah merancang untuk menempah penginapan di sana lagi untuk ulang tahun kami pada Oktober ini!

Use waze and give full attention to the road entrance bacause it just a small village road. Maybe they should put signage next to the main road like the other motel did. The place has parking space, the reception were helpful. Its a two storey of motel. The room and surrounding were clean. No mini Market within walking distance but there is fridge selling mineral water and soda provided by the motel. The room were clean, small just nice for 2 persons. The provide only soap so bring your own toiletries. There are air conditioner and water heater. Great location near royal yacht cruise and kuah shopping town.
