Good spot close to old and new town 10 minute walk each way. There is a short cut to the ***** if you don’t like the hills. Close to Lidl and spar. Food reasonably priced the staff very welcoming Quiet at night, good vibe. Pool clean regularly cleaners in regular Kids had a ball. No complaints 👍

Booked this place as a last resort and that’s all it is. Billy’s bar has now changed to Kathy’s bar and that’s the best part of here. The place is just for a sleep head down etc. but not when theirs Ants running about everywhere you look plus number 21 decided to do a refurb 3 days out our 7 days they where smashing up the bathroom. Woke us at 8am and it lasted the full day. Around the corner there is some nice wee bars and shops are local plus the Lidl is beside it also. Kathy’s bar food is superb

lovely quiet apartments.Nice pool bar run by extremely friendly staff and very reasonable prices. We felt very safe throughout our stay. A 15 minute walk to the beach and all restaurants and shops. We would stay here again! Apartment was basic but everything you need for self catering. Would have liked a later check out 10 am a bit to early especially when your flight is 12 hours later.

Firstly I want to say kathys pool bar is brilliant as well as the friendly and helpful staff who work the bar. They are wonderful and really made our stay. Good food and drink at great prices and a very fun and social atmosphere. I also found hotel reception pleasant when I had to communicate with them too. This is the most basic accommodation I have stayed in and I don't mind basic but do like my apartment to be cleaned and it wasn't serviced and for this reason and the attitude of cleaning staff I wouldn't be coming back again or recommending this place to others. I come to lanzarote regularly and there are better basic places to stay even though I think these apartments are in a decent location and have really good things available in walking distance for any of your needs. Unfortunately you will end up spending money and time on cleaning the apartment so that its comfortable for you and family. On arrival we got into our room earlier than expected around 12.30 apposed to 14.00 which was great. Unfortunately the room hadn't enough beds for our party and the sofa isn't a bed. I went to reception and highlighted this and the issue was addressed no problem which was great. The beds are camp style beds there not really proper beds. The beds feel very unstable, I am 9 stone I was afraid to turn in my sleep incase it collapsed. Extremely uncomfortable alongside the pillows. Unfortunately we arrived during a rainy few days. Because its an apartment it was absolutely freezing inside and no heating. There where some thick blankets but really wasn't enough to stop you feeling cold in the night. Because of the down pour our towels had no where to dry off after we showered and because of the lack of sunshine we couldn't hang these outside. The room hadn't been serviced during our stay. I bought a range of cleaning products and cloths and air fresher and cleaned the rooms and bathroom as well as living room. I asked for bedding and towels to be changed and the reception was very pleasant and said they would send someone. Cleaner arrived very aggressively moving around our apartment making lots of noise and speaking to us in Spanish complaining about having to change the bedding and replace towels. It was very uncomfortable to the degree we left the room and left her to it. I had already kindly stripped bedding and set all wet towels to one side.She was holding up wet towels and saying no! and looking at us. When we came she had replaced towels and bedding but done but nothing else was cleaned. I didn't ask for cleaning after this experience and had taken my towels to the landary across the way it's 5 to 7 euro for a wash and 5 euro for dryers. I really didn't want to put my family through the experience of a rude lady in our room so I never went back to reception about this. We found the apartment quiet when we arrived which was nice however half way through our stay a large party 2 parents and 4 teens came and stayed in the apartment next

Lovely, clean apartments, fantastic pool bar run by, friendly, lovely girls, Maureen and Ellen, not.forgetting Kathy. Best breakfast we had and very reasonably priced. Not crowded at all, sunbeds available. Hoping to go back later in the year to see everyone

Decent lcentral location .Good sized apartment with great sunny balcony.very clean ,comfortable beds front door not great.Kathys bar great food ,can't do enough for you Maureen's got great crac .we will be back .great resort plenty to do.
