👍 What works well •Location: It’s very conveniently located near Mactan‑Cebu International Airport (just a 5-10 minute drive) which makes it a good choice especially if you have a flight early or late. Staff & service: Many guests report friendly, helpful staff and good service. For example: “Staff was friendly, accommodations were clean and secure.”  👎 What could be better •Noise: A recurring complaint is that rooms facing the busy road are noisy, and the windows don’t always block out the sound sufficiently. •Room size & condition: Some rooms are small (especially the “studio” type) and furniture or fixtures are described as dated. Example: “rooms and bathrooms are tiny.” •Breakfast & food quality: While breakfast is included in many stays, some guests mention that the food quality is mediocre or basic.

I have never left a bad review about a hotel ever. But this is a literal ponzy scheme running in the name of hotel. You will not sleep at all at this place, and they won't care till you pay them more. I wish I hadn't booked three nights at this loud hell hole. I wasted 1200 rmbs at the place and got a small tiny room where its so loud,that forget sleeping. I couldn't even talk to my friend, or watch tv. I complained about the sound and asked them to canvel my booking. So that I can book another place. They denied. Their breakfast is okay, but maybe I was hallucinated from lack of sleep, anyways I left after having breakfast. didn't stay all three nights. Don't book here ever, it is a hell, and they will choose to hide that information... Chinese hotels are so much better.

Good food good rooms . We been to this hotel multiple times. The breakfast is great. The location is close to a lot of restaurants and a mall.

Decent hotel to stay in before a flight. Shuttle bus was very convenient and breakfast was good and had a good selection of food. Gym was basic but a nice amenity to have

I recently stayed at the Eloisa Royal Suites Hotel for two nights. Overall, the experience was okay but nothing particularly special. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were polite, although not overly friendly. My room was clean and had the basic amenities like a TV, air conditioning, and a small coffee maker. However, the furniture looked a bit dated and the mattress was too firm for my liking. One major downside was the noise. The hotel is located right next to a busy road, and the sound of vehicles passing by — especially at night — was really annoying and made it hard to sleep. The windows didn’t seem to block out much of the noise, which was disappointing. The location is convenient — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport — which was a big plus. I didn’t try the hotel restaurant, but the complimentary breakfast was quite basic: toast, eggs, and coffee. Wi-Fi was free but a bit slow during the evenings. In short, it's a decent place to stay if you're looking for something affordable and centrally located, but be prepared for noise and limited comfort.

very convenient hotel to spend some nights when arriving and departing from MACTAN airport. the free shiuttle to and from airport is a plus. the swimming pool is small, but i never saw anyone in it, i usualy have it for myself. don't book cheap rooms, they are on the main boulevard and you wont sleep, take the rooms with garden or pool view... nice coffee in the lobby, but the food comes from another place. you have factory outlets and SM mall 500m on the east.

It is good place location, The service is a good to guiding me that I asked him where is the pool? He guiding me to went to the pool. I felt like I was grateful to have you as well. I hope this place is really good and amazingly cool. There’s place is near to that airport, Mactan, Cebu City, Philippines. Thank you very much. I definitely recommend this place ever.

Close to the airport and the Nike factory outlet. Friendly places but very small rooms. Good for one night before flight.

Eloisa Royal Suites is ideal for travelers who need quick airport access but don't want to be isolated . The free airport shuttle is a huge perk. The building is older, but my room was clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The included breakfast is very basic. I would happily stay again for a short layover.

staff are very friendly, the bistro is soo clean and staff are friendly..

Room is spacious, has a mini fridge and hot water facilities. They have available parking, there's a cafe at the lobby where you can order. Location is great as it is beside The Outlets where there are dining options, grocery and shopping and it is along the natiinal highway. There is also free transport from and to airport.
