First night we stayed in a room with a garden view which was really only a car park view. Nothing much to write home about. Upgraded the second night to a room with a sea view and a balcony and the experience was much more enjoyable and the view much more beautiful. Service was great and the rooms were clean. Food in the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied and the sports bar had lovely food and drinks with a beautiful view of the ocean. The outdoor pool was also beautiful and great for children to play in as it isn’t very deep (about 4 foot deep the entire length of the pool)

Our family had a great time! The place is great, the people are great! We are certainly coming back and hope we still get to see Guilbert and Thea when we come back! They were the friendliest people I’ve met at Dusit Thani! The buffet was grand. I got to eat the Filipino food which I missed so much while I was living out of the country. Thank you Dusit Thani ♥️

Amazing spa service with amazing result for lobby. Look Sunset bar was strategically located next to the swimming pool and the infinity view of the ocean. Dinner buffet was surprisingly romantic, situated in the garden next to the bay front left the ambience however, they need to consider to pack their table and chair later not when the guest are still having their dinner so attitude was great everyone’s greeting you and treating you l with friendly and welcoming attitude:From the front doorman to the kitchen stuff you met at the corridor. Since Ball is the heart of energy after 8 pm with the set up of pool, table, darts and acoustic band at the night, the other part of the result were quiet and not so happening .. the room facing sea with amazing view come with the one chair balcony which supposed to be 2. there’s a tiny bit of smell on the right side bed if you’re sleeping there close to the wall of the bathroom.

We were looked after well. Greeted and accommodated throughout by everyone we met. The room was good. Be carefully with the shower as it will ‘leak’ across the whole bathroom. Breakfast was very good and there were plenty of eating options. Be aware that the location is not convenient if you want to see anything as you are at the far end of the island.

The rooms impress with their cleanliness, featuring cozy beds and a delightful atmosphere. The hotel's four restaurants provide diverse dining options, although prices are on the higher side due to its secluded location. The majority of the staff is friendly and supportive. The complimentary shuttle service to the city center, operating twice a day, adds a convenient touch. The breakfast buffet is extensive, offering a variety of choices. While the experience is satisfactory, it falls short of delivering a "wow" factor compared to other hotels of the same rating we've visited before.

Have an excellent stay in this hotel. Nice & clean facilities like their outdoor pool, restaurant, the room, etc. Breakfast is great. Location a bit far from the city, but no problem. Want to go back again..Overall great experience..,

Although the location is far from the city, the hotel had a nice atmosphere. I would like to visit again.

Hotel is nice and clean but unlike other 5-star hotels/resorts we’ve stayed in, everything is with additional cost even the use of floaters at the pool.

Good breakfast 😋

We enjoyed staying here! All staffs are really kind. Their amenities are great. But one thing I have problem, their bathrooms are always wet.

A very private place

The location of the hotel provides a good view of the beach. More so, the hotel room is very clean and the staff are very accommodating. There some restaurants within the hotel and the foods are very good. The downside for the location is that no convenience store nearby but the overall experience was fantastic. Will definitely book here again this month or Dec.
