Ulasan C Suites at Mactan Newtown

very well located! helpful and polite staff, cleanliness is also a positive factor of this hotel! very good!!!

C Suites is located near the Mactan Newton Beach which is a private beach you get free access to when you stay with them. You have to request for the beach access daily before going to the beach though! The room itself is nice but the toilet is meh. We had issues with the water (temperature & pressure) but the maintenance team got it fixed for us within the same day! The receptionists are always super friendly and we could also keep our luggages with the front desk after checkout! Overall I would recommend if you’re on a budget and want a good stay!

We were just looking forward for staying sometimes again but they to sorting the bugs/tanga crawling around from the rubbish disposal going to our room. Thank you.

The room we had was the best, so far. I like that it has a living room with TV and sofa, kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom, as well as bedroom. When we were about to cook, we found out there was a problem with the drainage. Surprisingly, they were quick to fix the problem. Worth coming back!

The house keeping in-charge vv was very polite,kind and respectful. He had very accomodating smile on his face. Reception desk were polite and understanding. I like how the employees treat their customers so no matter what the little problems or unsatisfactory upon checking in was ok because of the people working behind k. I would love and maybe book for next if Netflix will be available since we usually want to have movie night during family vacation. This is my 2nd time at Csuites, would definitely book again if movie options ammenities will improved.

It was ok to stay for one night. AC was working well. This location was convenient to explore Mactan. Nearby there’s a language school, supermarket, cafe, but, it is no easy access of any beach…

all good but problem when thers brown out no chanve for you to cook..

The staff are overall friendly and helpful. We are able to try the local food which is within walking distance from the hotel, nice 😋 . Just next to the hotel, we can get items from the hypermarket. Just a bit disappointed with the nearby beach, having to walk for 15 mins, as both ends are currently blocked due to construction.

Was amazing location and helpful staff

Receptionists are accomodating. We check out late because our flight is late evening & they helped us to arrange to extend our stay. Room is clean. Near to grocery store, walking distance only.

Nice and accommodating but we saw an insect crawling in the lobby.

The room is good and spacious . The location is great near convenience store ,fastfoods and restaurants.It is located at MACTAN NEWTOWN.The staff are nice and accomodating.But Im a bit disappointed of the amenities .The pool is under maintenance...This is like a condotel.

Really Bad. Cockroaches in the room. Lobby and walkway aircon not working. Only has 2 lift and 1 isnt working. Customer Service lady insisted on checking in Only at 2pm despite of the room being ready. Ask me for 200 pesos if i want a "early check in" at 1pm. Unbeliveable servicing.
