This place is fabulous. Staff is top notch, very friendly and helpful. Some of the best food I’ve had in the Philippines. Lovely place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or your favorite drink. Clean swimming pool with seating around. Library with plenty of reading material. Large ceiling fans and standing fans to keep you cool in the garden room while you eat or sit at the bar. Easy to get a grab ride to airport or shopping malls.
Looking forward to my next stay.

The room is enormous, and also the bathroom. There’s a kitchen inside and 2 tables to work. Definitely, is one of the best places where we stayed in Southeast Asia. The staff is helpful. There’s an Italian restaurant in the round floor, and also a store and a laundry (they wash and dry everything in hours). The grab to airport is cheaper than the service offered by the hotel.

시트랑 수건자체가 깨끗하지가 않았어요 얼룩도 많고 그리고 숙소 바로옆이 무슨 연회장인거같은데 행사를 많이하더라구요 겹치면 시끄러울수도 잇을것같습니다. 조식은 그냥 저냥 이었고 메뉴는 다 똑같았어요 !! 선택지가 있었는데 선택해도 그냥 준비된데로만 나오는것같앗어요 기대는 안하시는게 좋습니다
근처에 한식집이있는데 생각보다 너무 맛잇어서 좋앗습니다

Приятный бюджетный отельчик. У нас было позднее заселение, после полуночи, но встретили нас радушно и оперативно заселили. Приятным дополнением является завтрак и бассейн на третьем этаже. Лучшее соотношение цена = качество 🫶🏼

Its nice to stay the matress and blanket its looks dirty not washed we use the pool during that night they enjoyed it but the pool is not availble during monday because it is their clening day of the pool the beach is good clean and nice white sand but you need to walk it just in 10-15mins or ride if you have your car you can park you can enjoy your day with the nice beach.
You can cooked and bring your own food beacuse it is a condotel we will stay again soon

DD.We spent 8 days at the resort, our first ever stay at the resort. Although it is by the sea, beach area is very small. You cannot go for a stroll on the sea…which kinda beats the purpose of being by the sea. Still, view from the Azure restaurant - where we used to sit most of the day- was nice. It’s supposed to be ‘garden resort’! With rooms on the ground level in a hut kinda setup. Very very few villas if they have beach view.
It was quite relaxing with fresh air though. Pool is nice. Very well maintained property.
Food at the breakfast was fantastic. And the staff even more so. Very helpful and caring. They looked after us extremely well. Special thank you to dear Jana who prepared special food for us everyday. Generally everyone at the hotel were top class!
Spa was nice too. Dimi who helped me there was excellent at her job.

I recently stayed at Belmont Hotel in Cebu, and it was an incredible experience! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options that cater to different tastes.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. A special shoutout to Beverly – she was incredibly nice, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Her warm and friendly attitude made a significant difference, and I can't thank her enough.
Additionally, staying at the hotel gave us free access to Mactan Newtown Beach, which was fantastic! The beach area had a beautiful swimming pool, and there were plenty of other activities to enjoy. It made the stay even more enjoyable and relaxing.
I highly recommend Belmont Hotel for anyone visiting Cebu. With great food, comfortable rooms, exceptional service, and access to the beach, it’s a fantastic choice!

NNana97recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The service was outstanding from the moment I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to be allowed an early check-in, which made my trip so much more comfortable.
The hotel’s environment is beautiful and well-maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What truly stood out was the staff—they were incredibly polite and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile whenever I passed by. Their attention to detail and warmth made my stay feel extra special.
I highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a delightful experience!

YYkhca_TravelsMy children had a fantastic time at this place! They enjoyed the waterpark so much that they spent the entire day there. Pororo Land was also a fun experience, although I felt that the two hours allotted wasn't quite enough and seemed a bit pricey. Nevertheless, we all really enjoyed the various activities my partner and the kids participated in. Overall, it was a memorable day!

PPengguna TetamuGreat hotel with its own beach! We booked 2 deluxe pool side rooms at Costabella and we were very happy with the rooms. They were very spacious and the views from our rooms were fabulous! We really enjoyed our stay here, there were heaps of beautiful lounger around the pool and at the beach. Free use of paddle board and canoes.
We stayed at the Costabella for 3 nights and it was a very relaxing stay. The property is old but very well maintained and all staff were so helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, food at restaurant was scrumptious, drinks at Luna bar great and there is a free pool table to play on.
The only negative we found about Costabella was that you can’t just walk out the property to go to a convenience store or another restaurant. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle then this is the place to stay. Yes, we would come back again to Costabella but next time we will bring our own snacks and drinks.

PPengguna TetamuGood value for money. Nice pool and beach area, and the location is good for Mactan beach resorts and small restaurants and eateries nearby. It is away from the noise and dust of the main roads. Not that convenient for Cebu City but very convenient for the airport which is 20 minutes away. Breakfast and buffet meals are nice and sufficiently varied. Rooms and beds are comfortable. The partnership with the neighboring Belmont works well for the beach resort. Staff generally helpful and very courteous. I would certainly stay there again for activities in the Mactan area.

JJKim BI and my husband decided to have a short 1 day break away from the busy city life of Cebu and tried Palmbeach. We found it very old resort yet it offered playhouse for kids and game room for adult. There was a small pool jacuzzi-size with 2feet as its height to which not harder to watch kids went swimming. The beach flooring was slimy as there were alot of greens thus not too enticing to swim. We were set to stay at the 4th floor to which my husband commented like a hospital in the hallway 😅 There was a connecting door to another room were the guests were so loud and made us not safe. Going home, it was so hard to find taxi and you have to add P200 just to provide you one. The service was ok and it was a good stay overall.

RReggieCayacapA lot has changed since our 2020 visit at the start of pandemic outbreak. Some structures are taken down resulting to a more spacious looking resort.
They need to improve breakfast from plated to buffet considering that the resort is fully booked. Resort can increase breakfast price from 400Php(plated) to 600Php (buffet) per person if needed. A very good breakfast with family is a must for a family outing and bonding where we can stay longer and share stories.
Improve the communication between 3rd party booking site and hotel. We had some issues on number breakfast allocated which will surely affect mood and mind of vacationeers.

PPengguna TetamuThe resort was hit and miss and left me with mixed emotions. Starting with having to fill out a form while still sitting in the taxi at the entrance gate and having to walk with my bags From the road to the front entrance of the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities were quite nice with three pools and beautiful views. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the hot water was on demand. There was limited staff. In a three night stay I never saw any maid service servicing any rooms on my floor and had to go looking for supply replacements. The food in the restaurant was hit and miss - good salmon, good tuna sandwiches, stay away from any salad and the club sandwich - and quite pricey. P420 for a basket of french fries. If you were sitting at a poolside table the view was great but you had to get up and go looking for the wait staff every time you wanted anything. No one ever came and checked on you. Everything, including the front desk, closed up at 9:30, lights off doors locked, so you couldn’t sit by the infinity pool in the evening and enjoy a beer and the night sky over the sea. it’s in a gated community and taxis struggle to find it. If you arrive after maybe 9 PM you can find the gates to the community closed and you may be walking the streets with your bags, not particularly comfortable nor safe. The facilities were well-maintained but the resort does not seem to be focused on the individual or small group spending a weekend and appears to be more interested in large functions.
