El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo. El personal es increíble y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Destacó sobre todo la amabilidad y atención de Eduardo. El restaurante es un imperdible ya que la comida está bien hecha y el desayuno vale la pena.

Leí muchos comentarios negativos del servicio, después de reservar, me lleve una grata sorpresa todo muy bien... Recibí una botella de vino de cortesía. Solo que el hielo a la habitación (lo venden en $10.000) así que lo compré en una tienda cercana ($1.000)

Não recomendo a hospedagem. I don’t recommend this hotel. Estou extremamente revoltado com o serviço lamentável que recebi durante minha estadia neste estabelecimento. Decidiram trocar o horário do café da manhã sem avisar aos hóspedes. Acontece que reservamos este hotel justamente pelo horário do café. Como é possível que decidam trocar o horário do café da manhã sem sequer avisar aos hóspedes? Esta é uma falta de respeito total com quem confiou na hospedagem. Mandamos mensagens ao hotel antes de iniciar a estadia para confirmar o horário do café que se iniciaria às 6h da manhã. O hotel confirmou. Chegando lá às 6h, o funcionário do restaurante nos informou que não poderíamos comer pois haviam trocado o horário. Resultado: ficamos um dia sem café da manhã e nos outros tivemos que comer correndo para dar tempo de sair para os passeios. O hotel criou um grande transtorno. Pedimos para falar com o gerente, que não estava e não tinha previsão de hora ou dia de aparecer. Um hotel sem gerente a postos!!! Esperava começar meu dia com uma refeição adequada, apenas para descobrir que o horário foi alterado arbitrariamente, deixando-me sem opções viáveis. Isso é inaceitável e mostra uma total falta de consideração pela experiência dos clientes. Claramente não valorizam a satisfação dos hóspedes e demonstraram uma falta gritante de profissionalismo. Pedimos o reembolso do 1 dia de café da manhã que não usufruimos e não nos reembolsaram Sinceramente decepcionado,

酒店的位置位於金融新區，是屬於安全的區域。交通也挺方便，下樓就有地鐵，從機場過去，出租車大概不到30分鐘。房間大小兩個人住很合適，有一個不小的陽台可以在外面看風景。樓上還有個洗衣房，也很方便，需要投幣或者是掃碼付款。樓下就有小超市，便利店，還有早餐廳，紅帽子披薩，總之很方便。唯一要説明的一點是前台非常不好找。在2樓出電梯右邊走廊的最端頭那個房間裏，注意房間的門還是關着的。我們是上下了幾次，最後請門房的人帶上去的。

Reuben was incredibly gracious and helpful during our stay. He went above and beyond any customer care service I have ever experienced in the hotel industry, or any industry for that matter. During my career over the past 30 years I have stayed no less than 150 nights a year in hotels. You need to clone Reuben, or at least use him to teach other managers how to emulate his professionalism.

The warmest of welcome from a great team at Ugo Hotel. The hotel is well placed in a nice area. It was modern, very light, airy and clean. Our room (334) was on the third floor facing towards what looked like residential apartments. Our only wish was that our view hadn’t been slightly obscured by a wall to another part of the hotel. The reception / lobby / bar was a good place to sit. The main light hanging above made a statement. The room itself whilst not the biggest had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (3 night) during our tour. There were two big, very comfortable beds. This combined with the pillows supplied led to 3 good nights sleep. The second bed was great for laying clothes out and packing ‘ unpacking. The WC / Shower were in the ensuite with the washbasin just outside in an area divided from the bed space by a divider and hanging space. The shower was very good although some might find the floor slippy. There wasn’t a plug in the sink (by design). This was the moment we remembered the travel plug had been left at home. This was an inconvenience when shaving and meant that more water was used than might have been had there been one. We pointed this out as a water saving idea at reception who welcomed the positive feedback. There was good air-conditioning but like most you need to leave one of the key cards in if you want it to continue working when you go out. That said from an energy saving point of view it didn’t take long to cool the room down once we returned. We did turn the AC down at night as like most installations the noise can be a bit of a pain when trying to sleep. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and a nice looking bar with a fantastic team. Not everyone spoke English but we didn’t speak any Spanish but we got by just fine. We had some great Chilean wine and loved the Pisco Sour. Thanks to Laos Silizar for giving me his recipe. There is an enclosed garden area at the back close to the bar with a variety of seating among greenery and to one end a pool. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. There were two ice cream shops within seconds of the main entrance and a number of nice restaurants. The tallest building in Latin America Sky Costanera was only about a 10 minute walk away. By virtue of its height it has the highest viewing platform in Santiago, from where the 360 degree panoramic view from the 61st and 62nd floors including The Andes is exceptional. Beneath this is a very big shopping centre containing many restaurants of all sorts. We went our for a walk each evening in the direction of the adjoining residential. There were some nice apartment blocks / homes. The area was well lit and felt safe. To summarise we enjoyed staying at Ugo Hotel very much. All of the staff were fantastic. Postscript: Having left Santiago to visit Atacama we returned to Santiago and had a night in an airport hotel before flying home. Rather than stay within the conf

Antes de llegar llamé al hotel para avisar que llegaría un poco antes, atendieron muy mal. Al llegar todo bien el conserje o guardia muy amable. Todo cambia cuando llegas a recepción y te das cuenta que la atención es nefasta (me he quedado en bastantes hoteles en Stgo y quede sorprendida). Hay algunos detalles cómo no hay room service y almuerzo día domingo, pero, con lo que me pasó, no es muy relevante. El día que tenía que irme por lo general pido que me dejen un rato más para poder descansar y alcanzar a almorzar temprano antes de emprender viaje al sur, por lo cual me acerco a recepción, donde estaba la misma persona que se identificó cómo Cristobal. En ningún hotel había tenido un problema por extender un rato mi estadía, ya que es comprensible. Le expliqué la situación a lo que me respondió del otro lado que no, de mala forma cómo me trató durante toda la estadía, quiero recalcar que yo soy muy amable y jamás he respondido ni solicitado nada de mala forma, y recibo ese trato en un hotel que estaba conociendo, y por el conocimiento que tengo en otros hoteles, las personas que trabajan en ello se destacan por la amabilidad y por buscar que tú estés lo más cómoda posible para volver. Sobre limpieza y el trato en el desayuno nada que decir todos muy amables, pero mi viaje se arruinó por la actitud de la persona que está en la recepción, ojalá puedan conversar con él y explicarle sobre el trato a los huéspedes que de verdad deja mucho que desear.

The hotel was cozy and has nice decoration. The room was clean and had all the required amenities. I absolutely loved the bed! It was super comfortable. The location is a residential area, we appreciated that because we did not want any city noise. They brought the breakfast to the room, it had variety and we liked it. The staff was friendly and helped us when we had some questions. Keep in mind that there are not a lot of restaurants, bars and such right nearby, but the area is nice to go for a walk. Overall, a good experience.

Interesting place. We booked the ”loft” apartment, got a kitchen, fridge, sitting area (convertible couch to bed), two balconies complete with pets (a couple of pigeons who visited us daily, and one got inside the apartment for a look around when I wasn't watching), and a bedroom loft. AC worked well, showerhead was weird, it was a detachable head, but the housing to hold it in place didn't work, so you kind of had to hose off. Fair price, great location. Quiet most of the time. They only give you one key to get in the building, so that would be a pain if you're a couple and want to do different things, but generally you can wait outside and go in when someone comes out. There is no daily maid service, you need to make your own bed, whatevs. I'd stay there again. Be careful with cab drivers at the airport, the one who took us to the hotel charged us twice what the airbnb driver charged us for the ride back.
