Good stay, clean and nice. Perhaps if they can provide bottled water would be good.

Completely ran out of toilet paper and had to call several times to get basic supplies. Not very good service

The WiFi only got two access! Even if we book a room for 3 people, the internet access is only available for two devices. The bathroom has no door, the water will spill out every time you take a shower.

The room is cheap and clean, everything run pretty efficiently. Rooms are clearly greared to keep you in the ****** but lack of even a hot water kettle or fridge was pretty annoying. Everything at check-in was automated so service is kinda non-existent.

Overall, it was a good experience. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. However, I was a bit dissatisfied with the security, as anyone could access the room floors without needing to scan a key card. This could be improved to ensure better safety for guests.

Our room is standard but don’t hav a view; in the rooftop of hotel car park, you can see the sphere and high roller.

Front desk manager Hanock and Jenna are not nice at all. Apparently they haven't learned that in life it's not what you say but how you say it and these two are rude beyond measure.

Hotel with great locations. Very easy to get McDonald's for night food. And pretty close to Venetian hotel. Its good and convenient for visitirs. And quick check out saves time fir us. The only place to be improved is shower room. Weak water flow and this takes longer for showering.

Still a good location on the ***** with plenty of food and amenities close by. Rooms are spacious and the food court is worth a visit. Check in could be better as it’s a little chaotic

Perfect location to walk around the *****. Room condition was better than I expected. Should provide at least one "FREE" bottle of water. Every consumable items were priced VERY HIGH. Very limited # of staffs at the front desk were available. Check in time took at least 20 minutes. Check out was okay.

very good ! on the *****. check in and check out at the machine. I went in and out and didn't speak to nobody ! very practical. There's a wonderful pizzeria. Excellent value for money and no regrets.
