Very dirty and smelly, I had to change room 3 times, the shower didn’t work in the first one, the second one had a smell, and the third one the door lock had a malfunction, the overnight receptionist were amazing 5 stars for them, but the infrastructure it’s terrible.

Definitely reserve your room now. Best location easy walking distance

Literally after being turned away by another hotel thinking they don’t have to follow federal law this was a last minute book and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. Deff coming back to this location

Worst experience room was beyond dirty, dirty sheets, crumbs under the blankets, blood in the sink, hair in the bathtub. They did absolutely nothing but to fix the problem both trip.com and the hotel. Staff was beyond rude was told if I didn’t like the room to leave. Instead of replacing my room for a clean one or putting me up in another hotel was just given a run around for my whole trip me and my wife had no choice but to sleep in the dirty room. Do not book this hotel you will deeply regret it

This is a good option for transit passengers in Las Vegas. The price is fair, and I believe it's an honest deal.

I will not recommend this place. Room i was in, was very dirty. Almost very thing including bed was broken.

Perfect place to stay!

while we were lining up to check into the hotel, some angry customers stormed out of the reception saying that there were roach-infested rooms, which the hotel offered a $10 discount for staying in those rooms without any other compensation. our wait was approximately 45 minutes, probably because there were only 2 receptionists. the room was okay, but there was a pungent cigarette smell. we tried spraying body mist/perfume to cover it, but every time when we went back to our room the smell was there. the room we were offered had no hangers, a cranky door, and burnt out bathroom lights. we had someone come and fix the bathroom lights the next morning. on our second night, one of our room keys stopped working and on the third, both. it was just annoying because opening the door was already a nuisance but we had to go to the reception to fix our keys. breakfast wasn’t offered during our stay but the pool was open. overall would rate it meh, and wouldn’t have stayed here if other hotel rates weren’t so expensive over the weekend. stayed at the STRAT prior to this for a similar price.

Do not book this hotel if you're allergic or have breathing issues, this is by far the nastiest place I stay ever, the only thing that was done was the bed, everything else looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The dust left in this room comes from several months or years of accumulation. The health department should shut down this place.

I wasn’t satisfied with the service I booked a room and couldn’t check in because I didn’t have a deposit I wasn’t previously notified to pay

The wlan was always disconnected. Room was okay for the price.

It said we would get 2 free breakfasts & we didn’t ! Had to pay 85$ for our dog & there was nothing stating there was an extra charge! That’s the first motel I’ve ever been in without a fridge & most of the ice machines were out of order ? Never cleaned our room in 3 days ! Location was epic !
