Siena Suites Hotel

This place isn’t for luxury nor middle class vacations, very low income place to stay- you will see roaches, you will have and see drugs/dealers in and out constantly in these apartments. Cops always driving thru and messing w people for many reasons. The staff don’t care (it is what it is attitude), it’s just a save your money and be in Vegas for a week place, and good luck even trying to get a room here if you’re immune to all this stuff cause they are completely booked for their low price but the care is a zero. 1 week is $500 and I’m sure you can find many other places w waayyyy better of everything.

I don’t recommend, the manger was so rude , the security were awful , this place is just a no go they called the police on me and my family for nothing I don’t tolerate disrespect but this place is a no no if your looking for a hotel or weekly don’t now go here

God this place was awful had so many roaches didnt know until we moved in and they all came out. We had out window broken by some random guy walking by threatening us and we had to move out because HE BROKE IT NOT EVEN US .... unless you want ***** and constant fighting dont move here 10/10 WILL NEVER RECOMMEND

Absolutely the worst place to stay or live at temporarily. DO NOT choose here! Big problem STILL. And the people are absolutely disrespectful. You pay for no amenities here at all. It’s absolutely terrible here.

Second day here and the room is infested with roaches. The Key Lock Pad is broken & I have to wait 10 to15 minutes to get someone to open the door for me. The other day I was on the phone for 10 minutes & no one answered. Went to the office to find the staff ignoring the phone completely. The staff is rude and unprofessional & management won't do anything to fix it..

first day, key didn’t work lock out for 3 hours could not find property security, charge cleaning fee was not clean had to re clean it myself, with in 6 hours I’ve seen at least 6 roaches, this is breathing hazard & unsanitary

We have been residents at Siena Suites for over four years. Yesterday I saw the Maintenance Supervisor "Mike" and the GM Penny Batsford working together to clean a stairwell! Yes a Maintenance Supervisor and GM working in 100° degree heat to clean a stairwell. This is why we live here! The Staff takes great pride in keeping the property clean and safe! I am a full-time Lyft driver and have been to every weekly property in town. Siena Suites is the cleanest and best maintained property period! The staff is friendly and dedicated. Thank you Penny and Mike for going above and beyond! ❤️

u cant go to sleep because little kids throw rock at Ur window thinking there funny and u cant have Ur chill time at 12:00 through 3:16 like u will think every kid will be in school absolute horrible experience the connection the bugs the maintenance is also horrible the maintenance came to my room and put the sink handle in upside down. car been broken into 5 times and u will honestly be better off homeless
