Run down hotel, room had no clock, no bed comforter, blow dryer was not functioning, a/c kept turning off/on every 5mns, room smelled horrible!!

Toilet was loud and I had to keep adjusting the the knob. The shower leak out on the floor when finished I had to put towels to dry the floor. Other than that it wasn’t bad

The room’s carpet flooring was dusty, visible spots on the carpet and on the towels. Don’t expect much from the room. Service at check in was good and there were food options in the hotel.

Pas d'eau dans la Sdb. Sanitaires inutilisables toute la matinée sans information concrète quant au rétablissement.
Chambre spacieuse et lit très confortable.
Parking gratuit.
Je recommande pour un arrêt sur la route.

We love coming to the Laughlin area and have stayed at the Tropicana a number of times, we have noticed that the property is in need of some updated and renovations to keep attracting people to this site.

Outlets in the bathroom did not work. I could not blow dry my hair. When I tried to use the phone in the room to call the front desk, the phone also did not work. There was also a hole in the bathroom where the sprinkler was. It made me feel like there was a peeping Tom. I was in room 898.

Pool area was nice however rules about food and alcohol were not enforced! Hours for. Access to dining facilities were poor! Food in cafe not great! No entertainment in lounge on weekdays! This property has gone downhill since my previous stays!

Nice staff, but room was shabby. Chair was severely stained. Other chair had visible dirt that could have easily been cleaned. Heater smelled like cigarette smoke. General cleanliness was icky, but at least the bed was comfortable and clean. Room phone was broken. Iron was broken.

In our room our mattress was terrible, we could feel and hear the springs, the mattress was the worst we have ever slept on. When we checked out I mentioned to the receptionist at the front desk how bad the mattress was, she wrote a note, not sure if anything will be done about it, the only thing we can do is not stay at the Tropicana again.
