"I’m currently staying here on a business trip. While the hotel itself isn’t terrible, it is quite dated. I’m now on my seventh day, and my room has yet to be cleaned even once. Additionally, this is the second consecutive morning I’ve woken up to find there’s no hot water for a shower, which is rather frustrating. I did have a positive experience with Melanie—she was helpful and courteous. However, my interaction with another staff member was disappointing. When I inquired about a Walmart order that had been marked as delivered to the front desk, he simply asked, “Which room are you in?” and then said, “Well, maybe you should check there.” All things considered, this hasn’t been the most pleasant hotel experience."

"First of all, the room price was very good! The place was easy to find, but the front desk was not. It was inconspicuous in the casino, and I thought it was the place where the casino settled accounts. Then the female receptionist didn't talk much, but fortunately the communication was smooth. But when I walked to the room, I couldn't open the door. The staff who passed by also helped but still couldn't open it. It was far from the front desk. The staff said through the intercom that after confirming the passport, he couldn't open it with his card. The strange thing was that the air conditioner in the room was rumbling, and then the security guard came and asked him if someone had moved in. After confirming again, the engineer was called again, but it still couldn't be opened. In the end, it actually said that the computer was wrong, and then said to change the room, but no one came for a long time, so I had to drive to the front desk again. I saw the engineer and the front desk were chatting all the time, and then the engineer accompanied the key and couldn't open the new room. The interesting thing was that the security guard in front rushed over and opened the room door again! This tossing took a full hour and a half from 22:30 to find the front desk and finally enter the room door. It was midnight the next day! No one helped when moving the luggage. I guess the staff felt incredible. Maybe they thought that even if they helped, they probably wouldn't give tips! Originally, I drove to check in at night, and I was exhausted. When I returned the key at check-out, they said it was a mistake. I had to explain it again. The management is really chaotic and inefficient! There is no refrigerator, microwave or hair dryer in the room. I saw that the price is almost doubled now, which is funny! The 2 points for service are for the security guard. It is already a very objective evaluation, otherwise I would not give a single point! Forget about the pictures!"

"This casino hotel truly amazed me! From the bustling casino to the luxurious guest rooms, every aspect exuded luxury and comfort. The friendly and welcoming staff made us feel incredibly cared for. The restaurant's cuisine was truly unforgettable, with every dish, from authentic local dishes to international favorites, mouth-watering. The casino was a fantastic place to spend the evening, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We will definitely be back; this has become our top vacation destination!"

"The pools were nice and refreshing. One day we got a cabana and it was inexpensive. $25 perhaps off season. All of the ice machines are at the end of the hall. Not a big deal, but I asked, and had to tell another guy who was going to different floors to find one. Maybe a sign might help. Oh, yeah, they had a DJ so we could dance the night away. LOL Other than that, it was the perfect stay. Like that the gas station and liquor store are in the parking lot. Thank you, Michelle"
