"Clean and quiet room with comfable bed. Staff helpful and professional. The pool and Jacuzzi were fun in the evening with the other guests. A few women had been drinking so it was a fun evening and night. Plenty of parking for motorhomes, truck and trailers, and of course boats and water craft. Have to use boat ramp by Riverside casino for launch or AZ side ."

"I’m currently staying here on a business trip. While the hotel itself isn’t terrible, it is quite dated. I’m now on my seventh day, and my room has yet to be cleaned even once. Additionally, this is the second consecutive morning I’ve woken up to find there’s no hot water for a shower, which is rather frustrating. I did have a positive experience with Melanie—she was helpful and courteous. However, my interaction with another staff member was disappointing. When I inquired about a Walmart order that had been marked as delivered to the front desk, he simply asked, “Which room are you in?” and then said, “Well, maybe you should check there.” All things considered, this hasn’t been the most pleasant hotel experience."

"Staff provided wonderful service with a smile. We were offered a room with the best river view available. The room was clean and comfortable. The price rate of the room was less through Trip.com. We didn’t spend time in the casino, except to walk through it going to and from our room. The cigarette smoke smell was there but not the worst I’ve encountered. I was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. However, I would definitely stay at this hotel every time we come to Laughlin, as I believe that it is the best for the price we want to pay."

"The pools were nice and refreshing. One day we got a cabana and it was inexpensive. $25 perhaps off season. All of the ice machines are at the end of the hall. Not a big deal, but I asked, and had to tell another guy who was going to different floors to find one. Maybe a sign might help. Oh, yeah, they had a DJ so we could dance the night away. LOL Other than that, it was the perfect stay. Like that the gas station and liquor store are in the parking lot. Thank you, Michelle"
