Location was ok if you are driving as it required a long steep ramp to access. No lift and needed to carry the luggage by stairs. Room is spacious enough and was clean. Only downside is no gym facilities.

Very good experience and the hotel allowed us to park for an extra 1 day after check-out FOC.

Hotel is clean and nice. It looks quite new. We park our car in front of the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Easy to find. Very comfy. Room view is excellent.  Everything is very neat. Few minutes drive to centre.

We enjoyed our two-night stay at the hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly accommodating, offering us a ground floor room without even needing to be asked. This was especially helpful given my husband's mobility limitations. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a queen-sized bed that was perfectly fine for us. The location was excellent, with numerous restaurants nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary bottled water in the room. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning sunset views from our room, which made for a truly memorable experience.

Clean and warm room with limited parking. We were late checking in but staffs are nice to help us.

1. The location is more suitable for younger people (need to go through a steep slope), better to drive there 2. Service is great 3. The room is in an English style 4. Rooms are clean and tidy

The hotel customer service was warm and thoughtful. They contacted us in advance to arrange check-in and helped us upgrade our room. The only downside was that the mattress was a bit soft

Stayed in everything working,very simple room There is a pack of milk for customers in the fridge, which has frozen to the point of freezing. The shower shower is not very powerful The hotel is located on a hillside. If you have limited mobility, do not choose this hotel
