The location is convenient to go to the town centre, it is around 15-20minutes by walking. The breakfast is really good and delicious. The receptionist is very friendly and polite and the staff member at the restaurant is very nice. It is a decent size of room but it is not very clean, we found rubbish on the floor and in the bathroom. Overall, I am quite happy with my stay so I will stay again if I go to Leeds again.

Stayed for one night in a private room mainly because of the cost & location. I’d read a few reviews prior to my visit so was reasonably prepared. The manager is ‘different’ - I found him okay but others may find his attitude & demeanour a bit intense. The room itself was okay, basic but reasonably clean. I found my bed comfortable & actually slept very well. The separate toilet (one floor up) didn’t flush properly & I decided not to use the shower in the morning. There was toast, cereal & hot drinks available in the morning. The place overall is fairly basic but the price compared to the cost of a hotel is good & the location excellent too. Having chatted to the manager I deemed him okay personally but others find him very different. He’s been there a long time & probably needs a change in his life direction.

I was in our hotel and I am very satisfied. clean rooms, very comfortable bed. I am also satisfied with the service of Agata Beata, who was very polite, told me what was in the area and suggested delicious dishes in your kitchen. Thank you for a nice time. I will definitely come back to you.

The check-in was smooth and the room was clean and comfortable. But there was a bit of noise outside maybe from an adjacent building. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and plenty of food was available. There was no bath soap in the container which means the cleaners were not checking. Apart from that my stay was excellent. I recommend the hotel.

Hotel is very nice, however there were some significant issues with this stay. I booked a king room yet it had two single beds, the coffee machine in the lobby was broken and there was a fire alarm at 2am! Everyone in the hotel was out in the street for an hour and it really disrupted my sleep and working day.

This was as our first time staying in Leeds, hotel was in a good place for us not far from the arena, where we booked tickets to see Lewis capaldi, very welcoming staff and very helpful for people not from the area, we didn't add breakfast to our booking but was glad we could still pay for it in the morning and was great price too, room was lovely and clean and perfect for our stay very pleased with everything would definitely recommend and would definitely be using again if we come back to Leeds again.

Perfectly adequate hotel placed between railway station and areana. Good quality room, no problems, great for a stopover for a concert etc. Room was well appointed with a decent sized bathroom, with corner shower. Returning late night is via a back entrance, if pub is closed. No problems.

The room is clean and neat, the best thing is pet friendly and location is very convenient, we definitely go back, Remember to bring your own toothbrush
