Hotel 3-Bintang di Taiwan, China

The location of the hotel is convenient, directly in front of Taipei Main Station. Many stores and restaurants nearby. The front desks were friendly and nice. We booked 2 rooms. However, one of the bathroom had moulds on the walls and floors. There was a stench too. The bed linens appeared clean, but woke up with bed bug bites. The staff were helpful to assist us to clean and sanitize the rooms. Both rooms had the same issue with bed bugs. They changes the linens, but we still get new bites the next morning.

I had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and offered a lovely view from the 13th floor. The hotel's location is just a 5-minute walk to the metro, making it super convenient for exploring the area. There are also two handy convenience stores nearby, which made grabbing snacks and essentials a breeze. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were attentive. Highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and prime location!

We love that the hotel is clean n near Family Mart n 7-11 and is within walking distance to Taipei Main and the High Speed Rail. Raohe night market is just a few stops away. The staffs are friendly and courteuous. We had the family room with 2 double beds. Price was really affordable. We felt safe as only guests istaying in are required to scan their key card to get to their rooms at the lift. Hotel was quiet n peaceful. We were really satisfied with what we have decided on. It was a perfect place for us to stay in for 4 nights in Taipei. No regrets n no complains. It has certainly been a pleasure staying here.

Hotel and building was a little dated. Our room was overly basic in a state or repair. There was a terrible mould smell in the room which we did not like. The bathroom was nice and clean though. The location was pretty good too. Not too far from the station, close to the night market, and close to subways and bus routes. Definitely wouldn’t stay again and would look at paying a little more for a nicer hotel.

I wanted to test the famous mud springs. This hotel reportedly has one of the best spas. Tips: - I decided to stay overnight in the hotel (2 spa entry tickets with a double room + bfast for $2800) instead of using a day ticket to the spa (400$). The village is far from the city, so staying overnight may cost slightly more than a cheap city hotel, but you're not in a rush and looking for buses etc. - Each spa ticket is basically 2x tickets (1 for the normal spa, and 1 for the naked single-sex spa), so if there are 2 of you, you could go to the naked spa one day and the main spa the next. - The spa has about 15 different hot spring pools, of different temperatures + ingredients, some clear and some ”mud”. There's also mud facials and fish-cleaning for your feet. The electric pools send electric shocks through your body too. There's a swimming pool. - They speak English (basic but enough). - You need a swimming hat and a towel. I took mine but the spa front desk also offered them to borrow. - Plan on spending 3 hours. I'm not a spa lover, but even i found myself taking long. - I went in May and the weather is not at all hot at that height. - Most ********* take their instant noodles in, so that they can eat inside and stay all day. - The hotel is quite beautiful, made from wood (on the face of it). It's got lovely seating areas and they put nice fairy lights everywhere at night. - The hotel room is comparatively expensive for Taiwan at $2800 for 3* (minus the 2x spa tickets of $400 each), but the cheapest ”no window” room (it has 2 windows, but no view) is big and has 2 large concrete baths in (1 for hot mud water + 1 for cold water to dip in and out). Therefore, given that it is a beautiful location too, I do think it's very reasonable. - The breakfast is mostly chinese but there's some western bits. It's standard for 3* but the location of the eating area has beautiful views of the jungle. - It's a 15 minute nice walk to lots of restaurants and a convenience shop.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it was outside Ximending Shopping district hence it was not so crowded. However, XMD is just a 5 minutes walk away from the hotel and the Ximen MRT entrance is just in front of the hotel. To top it off, there is a Hello Kitty 7-11 right below the hotel!

1. 🕰️ Was asked to be seated while the reception prepared my check in (note that check in is at 5pm, I arrived around 315pm so I asked if they could let me check in slightly earlier). After about 45 mins, I went to check on the status and the reception has clearly forgotten about my check in. 2. 🪳Probably the most turned off thing of the stay. Opened the door and was greeted by a cockroach and a rubbish tissue (see photo). Live cockroach… 3. 🧹 No daily housekeeping. No bottled water provided. No hand soap so just got to make do with shower gel. The good part about this hotel is probably the location and the size of the room is pretty decent.

The hotel's location is convenient, train station and bus station are nearby. However, the breakfast provided by the hotel was fairly poor and it's not vegetarian friendly. Also, the portion was not sufficient to offer to all customers during the breakfast hours, such as the juice and the dishes were not fill in. Some dishes were not clean enough as well because two of my family members were stomached and even vomit for a few times right after having the breakfast. 

Very nice room and good service from the cleaning auntie and the counter receptionist. My first room has a sewage smell and after the first night, told the receptionist and they immediately let me change to another room.

Location is ok as we just took Uber to navigate around Taichung. Room is generally ok, toilet quite spacious but hardly any space to put personal belongings. Walls are pretty thin not very soundproof.

Lokasinya sangat mudah, betul-betul di daerah perniagaan Ximending. Ia mengambil masa 3-5 minit berjalan kaki ke Stesen MRT Ximen. Bilik ini bersaiz sederhana dan mempunyai balkoni. Ia boleh memuatkan 4 orang tanpa sebarang masalah. Mungkin tidak ramai pelancong yang mendaftar masuk sepanjang saya menginap. Sangat sunyi pada waktu malam. Disyorkan.

I always book here in this hotel when there's available room for my travel dates when I have business trip to Taipei. I love the location for its accessibility.

Sangat bagus, mudah untuk perjalanan, berhampiran Stesen Utama Taipei kakitangan yang cantik Terdapat banyak restoran di sekeliling, semuanya lazat, bilik padat. Sesuai untuk orang yang tak fokus tidur, fokus travel, jawab banyak soalan, pasti akan kembali menginap lagi.

Hotel is very old. Room is big but walls are very very thin. You can hear the pipes draining out at night, room doors being slammed and opened, and if you get a room close to the lifts, then it’s even worse. Room had a musky smell after a while and the toilet couldn’t flush properly at one point, has to do it multiple times.

Location is good. Walk straight from Ximen MRT station exit 6(ximending pedestrian) or exit 1 (the red house, need to cross the road for exit 1). They provide drinking water, hairdryer, clean towel, slippers, toothbrush(receptionist will give during checkin). Minor: They still have the same problem with the payment machine. My money was deducted from my account but they didn’t receive according to them. I notice that the same complain was made before but the same problem still re-occurring. That cause the checkin process became slow, we have to leave first before they can solve it because the management don’t pick up the phone when the receptionist called them. Yet they still asked for preauthorised during hotel booking. Dear hotel management, if you want the guest to pay at the hotel, stop asking for preauthorisation. Better ask for prepay online for smooth checkin process! BTW, the bathroom is dirty with old stains. The AC is not cold enough, i was sweating the whole night.

The hotel location is very central next to Taroko Shopping Mall and very close to the Taichung TRA station. The service is exceptional. Room size is great. Need to specifically ask for a non-smoking room.

room looked better on pictures, for sleeping I liked how dark I was able to get the room, service was kind, breakfast was decent.

Hotel dan perabot adalah serba baru, tidak ada bau busuk, dan ruang yang besar dan tinggi, yang membuatkan orang ramai berasa sangat selesa hebat. Di dalam bilik Tiada bekalan, hanya 2 botol air, dan tiada uncang teh atau uncang kopi. Kakitangan perkhidmatan kelihatan tidak biasa, sejuk, dan tidak pandai menangani keadaan Tempat letak kereta mudah untuk diparkir dan ia mudah untuk datang dan pergi dengan bebas Kawasan kejiranan yang tenang dan agak tenang Lebih mudah untuk mempunyai lebih banyak pilihan tempat makan sarapan pagi tak banyak dan rasa sedap tapi porsinya sangat kecil dan tiada highlight jika dibandingkan dengan harga bilik biasa, nilai cpnya memang tinggi dan sesuai untuk orang yang memandu, tetapi kadar percutian kadang-kadang. menakjubkan

The room is nice... Has a small fridge.. the room is clean.. free mineral water, coffee and tea... Internet wifi is fast.. This hotel only has 1 iron.. and you need to put 500twd as deposit to borrow from the front desk... Eventually I have no chance,coz 1 customer has it and I am wondering why they don't know who borrows the iron if they put a deposit and they don't know the room. Close to the main station...only 300m by walk.

Good location in Taichung and easy to travel from there. However, the accommodation is really dirty and smells like you are going to be ******* by ghosts. To be honest, it was a scary moment living in this property. Just enough staying their for 2 nights. The facilities is too old and it is not about the vintage culture you wanted to preserve but this hotel doesn’t have capabilities for doing renovation. Even the AC was dusty and just like breathing dust and smoke. Overall, it is definitely not recommended for renting there.

Room I booked is considered good for the price it charges. The lobby of the hotel is clean and has a hot water dispenser to make coffee or tea.

Stayed there for two nights and it was a great time. The hotel is very nice with a good location. Very close to a great night market.

Relaxing ambiance of the pool and i love the breakfast they serve.. Location near night market just how many minutes of walk away..

一開始選飯店真的有點難度，第一次來高雄也不算很有概念，但綜合了一下跟朋友的需求跟一點對周邊的了解後，覺得這家飯店都很符合，照片看起來也很不錯，環境整潔，光線也很足。後來下飛機到了飯店一開門也是在期待以內，進門後的感覺是很舒服，沒有特別的味道。位置方面也挺不錯，離捷運站三多商圈站很近，走路5、6分鐘就到，而且附近也有超商，幾家很不錯的早餐店，包括很有名的永和豆漿店，很讚。隔音對我來說也很OK，基本聽不到其他聲音。清潔房間方面還可以，不過其中有一天裡面兩個垃圾桶忘記套上垃圾袋，有一點不足。其它方面都還可以，推薦～

地方很整潔， 有洗衣機服務， Receptionists 也是很友善對待。 I can get my trip off to a great start with a stay at this property, which offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms with our room no. Strategically situated in allowing you access and proximity to local attractions and sights - 夜市， shopping centre. Don't leave before paying a visit to the famous 台南。 We have free breakfast in the morning. The features restaurant to make our stay more indulgent and memorable.

It was a nice experienced. It's just 5 mins walk from the KRT station. Very convenient to the mall and other convenience store and other restaurants nearby.

Friendly and helpful service from staff, 24hrs laundry + dryer room! Close distance walk to night market and railway station! Comfortable and definitely will book again

The place is ok. The staff is just ok, I can't say they are too good either. They have a non-sense pedantic rule that you must collect your dishes and put them in a tray place. I felt like I am in McDonalds or in a trashy human factory. Meanwhile the staff are sitting doing nothing. As a guest, when I go to a hotel I want to relax, I have enough with tidying up and cleaning things at home, the least thing I want at a hotel is doing the same. Breakfast itself is ok but milk tea is EXTREMELY sweet and no milk tea option without sugar so if you do not wanna get diabetes type B you won't be able to enjoy breakfast. The rest is mostly very high carbs suggary or fried fatty stuff except a small salad buffet and scrambled eggs. There was no coffee during my stay as coffee machine was broken so cannot rate it. Checkin should be conveniently done with a kiosk downstairs but when I came it was broken too. The place feels comfortable and private. Water has only BOILING HOT water. So it does not have a mixer so you can shower for the first minute, then water is boiling super hot and there is no way to mix it up with cold water or make temperature cold down. It is funny cause travelling around the world I found some countries where it is difficult to get hot water but first time in my life finding a hotel where it is difficult to get cold water. Location is just ok, it is a bit far from MRT but most staff is nearby.

Nice staff, good service Spacious room, excellent amenities e.g. - instant coffee, tea bag, bottles of water in room (can be refilled) - 24hrs of coffee (americano, latte and mocha etc) and ice cream available in common area - tiny gym room - outdoor garden with washing machine and drying machine at the corner (TWD30 for each, ~1hr for washing and ~0.5hr for drying)

Жили в отеле два дня. При заселении не могли понять, почему нам надо платить второй раз. Оказывается при бронировании на Букинге, наши деньги заблокировали, но в квитанции об оплате это не было отражено. После повторной оплаты нас заселили в номер. Отель чистый, уютный, находится рядом с ночным и вещевым рынками - 5 минут пешком. Отель бесплатно предоставляет вечером легкий ужин - булочки, пирожные, мороженое, чай, кофе, напитки. Рядом много магазинов, кафе, станция метро и автобусные остановки. Остались довольны этим отелем, если будет возможность, приедем еще раз.

didnt know its a motel style hotel. awkward when its with friends/families as toilet is see thru. booked cos most hotel already fully booked. breakfast provided and quite a gd spread. service also good.
