Really enjoyed this stay! View was beautiful and matched the pictures. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Service was friendly and helpful. They can help you book a morning bus to and from Xianggong Mountain to see the sunrise. Would book again!

The location is great - near the shopping malls, sanjieliangxiang and the metro. The rooms are pretty worn though it is acceptable given the price point. The first room assigned to me, on the corner of the 6th floor, was very rundown (like 15years of wear and tear - hole in the floor, water marks, rusty pipes, cigarette smell lingering all the time) but the reception kindly changed the room for me. The room I stayed in on the 10th floor was much better (see photo) but when you look closer you can see 5 years of wear and tear. Occasionally there are whiffs of cigarette smell in the room though hotel is officially non-smoking - I suspect through the ventilation system as there’s a mahjong club on the 3rd floor.

WOW !! We were absolutely blown away by this amazing Hotel. We couldn't believe that everything looks just as good in real life as you see in the photos. We booked the room which we believe looks the best and has the best view (located on the top floor) and were so happy we chose it. Staying here was such an amazing and unique experience that we can't wait to stay here again for our next trip to China. Here are the highlights of our time here: 1) As mentioned before, our suite has 100% the best views of any Hotel in Yangshuo. It really does have a 270 Degree view and you can also see the sky thanks to partial glass roof. 2) The whole area is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for a getaway from the busy life in the city 3) The Hotel's staff are very friendly and helpful, ready to assist you with any request at any hour. One of the best customer service experiences we ever had! 4) The entire building and our room was very well maintained and clean 5) There is also a lovely swimming pool which we did not have the chance to use but it looks very nice 6) The location is simply perfect for what we wanted. And considering how cheap the taxis are (less than 10 Yuan to get to the city centre) it's well worth staying here. You can also walk for about 20 minutes to get in the city. 7) Although it is not technically a full service hotel, we really appreciated all the services provided, especially the daily housekeeping when they replaced our towels, etc 8) The video projector is a nice touch, and so is the HUGE bathtub which can probably fit 4 adults 9) As Westerners we also really appreciated the electronic / japanese-style toilet with automated flushing and all the functions 10) The air conditioner is surprisingly powerful and can easily keep up with very hot weather even if you open all the curtains Things worth noting: 1) The mattress was a bit firm for us and the pillows a bit too thin for our liking 2) The projector is set up for Chinese users and, unless you cast from your phone or mirror the screen, you won't have much luck 3) The bathtub would have been even better if it were jetted (like a jacuzzi), but this is not really an issue Overall this is certainly one of the best hotels you can choose in Yangshuo and we can 100% recommend staying here.

We had a good stay in this hotel. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located to many attractions, train stations, and many eateries. We got a room upgrade. It is spacious and fully stocked with all the daily necessities. My husband and I really love their hot ginger drink provided to their customers in the lobby for free. It is really a nice gesture, especially in this cold winter time. Highly recommend this hotel to others.

A delightful and charming bistro hotel, perfectly situated for exploring nearby scenic areas and major sites. Staff are among the nicest and most helpful we’ve encountered thus far, going out of their way to arrange trips and follow up with any problems. Our room was attractive in zen style with a tatami looking down on a canal where fisherman sat with their lines. The in house cafe supplied a range of coffees and juices for guests and nearby eateries, shops and a bakery adequately provided for our dining needs. We highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice place. Hotel was clean no issues. Very nice view from my hotel room and also nearby the Reed Flute Cave so you can just go to the place whenever. It should only take you like an hour to explore the cave. I personally took 2 hours since I spent a lot of time taking pictures. More importantly, the receptionist is very hospitable. I had nothing booked and planned and she helped me out with booking everything needed.

Very nice. We especially liked the seating area in the curved window looking out over the Li River, Revolution Bridge and the Opera House. The friendly staff checked in with us via WeChat and gave us a nice gift as we were leaving. Do note that they have a guest laundry that washes clothes well but no drier.

Location is about 500m from Nanning Railway Station. Very close the Railway MRT station. Walking distance to malls and pedestrian street. Hotel building is shared by many other tenants. I understand the hotel rooms are from 10th floor upwards.It may not look grand due to ageing structure and slow elevator. The rooms are however, new clean and bright and spacious. Aircon and wifi is excellent. Highly recommend for the price.

I would recommend this hotel to any foreigners who are not too good at speaking Chinese. Most of the staff speak English very fluently. They taught us tourist information such as where to visit with one and half-year-old baby. The view of the Yulong River rafting from our room balcony was spectacular. The location was good. Easy to access Yulong river rafting spot. The hotel restaurant has Chinese food and Western food, which we enjoy a lot. My husband said their sweet sour pork was one of the best. He sometimes had two sweet sour pork a day. They put mosquito cents on at night so we didn't get any mosquito bites. We would like to visit again if we have a chance.

HOW TO REACH: The local name of this hotel is “Wang Jiang” tower or building. This helps if you are traveling from Yangshuo Railway Station by taxi. I traveled with my friends – 3 families (with kids), and we are non-Chinese. Typically, several taxis are available at the exit of Yangshuo Railway station. Someone approached me who can speak English – so took a 10-seater. The cost is about RMB 20~25/person & takes about 40 minutes. ROOM: Spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The balcony view helps, depending on which side the room is located on. I chose the front side view, which has both a river view and a mountain view. HOTEL: Although the hotel doesn’t have a lift, the staff delivered the luggage to the room. If you need help at the time of checkout, they may help. But I did it on my own at the time of check-out. It is conveniently located close to West Street (10 min walk). HOTEL-RESTAURANT: very good restaurant in 1F (vegetarian options as well!). It is very popular among the locals & we liked it too. But it gets very busy during the weekends. So, if the room is close to 1F, it will be loud till ~ 22:00. HOTEL STAFF: All are very friendly and do their best to help foreigners. Many staff can speak English. In my case, YAWEN is worth mentioning, as she helped us a lot in planning our local trips. Even before arriving at the hotel, we had a plan. But our interactions with YAWEN (& her feedback) made it very convenient & time-effective for us. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: It is possible to book tickets for the Ruyi scenic spot, Silver Cave, Hot air balloon, Li-river cruise (from Yangshuo), Xinping (hot air balloon), Bus-trip to Longji Ricefields, & many more at the hotel.

The hotel room is clean, spacious, and quiet. They offer to clean the room each day if needed. It is in a good location. However the reception area is very dirty. The staff members and guests smoke cigarettes a lot. The hallway carpet is disgusting. We do not smoke so find it disgusting that we smell of smoke when we walk through the reception. We didn’t make use of the free breakfast because the area is dirty.

Our stay in Yangshuo is so memorable and wonderful . The hotel is located in the back street and walkable to Yitian west street about 6 mins.We love 老闆娘 who provides excellent service and make wonderful recommendations for our stay there. The rooms are beautiful and well designed . But the mattress is little hard,otherwise, overall we are very happy and pleased with our stay. Everything is excellent and a wonderful experience. Definitely will be back to stay.

Great value hotel. A quick drive to West Street or other tourist attractions. Plenty of eating options in walking distance. The staff was very friendly, gave us good advice on where to visit, helped us book tickets, and even helped us get parking on a crowded street. The room had an amazing view! Spectacular view of a karst limestone hill with a small lake. The bed was comfy. It seemed the room went under recent renovation, with some modern touches. The aspect that was difficult for me was the smell of cigarette smoke all throughout the hotel. Indoor smoking is a cultural part of China. I don't smoke and the smell was hard for me to withstand. Once you enter the hotel it smells like smoke. Our room also smelled like smoke, which was sad, but what could we do? If you don't mind the smell of cigarette smoke, this hotel is a wonderful value with friendly staff.

Stayed in Zen VIP room on the 6th floor. It was exactly how it was described and we loved it! None of the receptionists speaks English but one of them in particular is extremely kind and helpful. Use your translation app to converse and communicate unless one of your people speaks Chinese. We are American/Japanese mixed family and our daughter assisted us as a translator (she takes Chinese at school). For Guilin and Yangshuo, it’s not easy without Chinese. I highly recommend staying at a hotel with English speaking receptionists unless you or someone in your group speaks Chinese to maximize the stay (or hire a guide). The breakfast is only 15 RMB and it’s super simple Chinese food. If you want western style, you must stay at a different hotel. They have rental bikes but they run out fast Overall, this hotel was amazing for us. The room, location, kind receptionist and room cleaning lady. The pictures are taken from our room. Highly recommend this for the right people. .

THE best hotel room I've ever stayed in in my life. Whether in France, Italy, Denmark, Canada, China or any country I've visited, the hotel room I had in this hotel is the BEST. It's brand new and just perfect, I don't even have anything else to say 😅 Staff was overall great and it's only 10RMB to go to the Xingping by Didi (the room will be worth it trust me). 10/10 would recommend I'd live there if I could. I quite literally took pictures and videos as reference for my house 😂

Pros: - good location in the heart of the xinping tourist street amidst preserved shophouses etc. - quiet and peaceful, well managed by the team - nice amenities and toiletries provided - room is clean tidy and well designed - water pressure of shower was amazing - cute dog and cats on site. Friendly and don’t make a commotion. - lady boss is helpful and ready with advice etc Cons: - view wasn’t greater & not like the pictures online.There was a giant white rectangle block of hotel(?) in the middle of our window view. - wifi is non-existent at our top floor room - breakfast was western style with congee. While not bad tasting, was average and frankly disappointing. Chinese breakfast would have been nice.

Staff were pretty patient, hotel room was huge and clean. Had some hiccups with the TV but staff were very efficient in helping us on it. Location is at the chaoyang street with lots of food and activities below, it is however not noisy despite being so centrally located. Will definitely stay here again. Only downside is that there isnt a fridge in the hotel.

The hotel is right next to the train station and subway, very convenient for traveling but because of this, the train vibration noise can be a problem for sensitive sleepers. The room is clean and well equipped for our needs and the Aircon works well, but the shower tray drains really slowly and you literally stand in your own shower puddle. Breakfast is minimal, all in a bag with bread, a boiled egg and cartoon milk. Also the hotel has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Overall we had a good stay in Nanning at this hotel.

I loved this hotel, modern and with the AI Xiao du's help, it will to close Windows curtains, turn on and off your room lighting, air conditioning, and play your favourite music 😀. I requested for my idol Zhou Shen songs, we were there for his concert. And with wexin message you can request for toiletries and amenities and a cute robot will arrive within minutes. This hotel is also walking distance to the night market and train station. Highly recommended.

Convenient location, few steps to MRT and Nanning station. Very worth staying. One point to note is that the receptionist cannot speak English

It's not easy to find this hotel, but once you do, it's a great place to stay. It's very convenient for the train and subway stations. The rooms are immaculate, the bed and pillows are comfortable by Western standards, the showers are terrific, there's a fancy lighting and sound system in each room, and overall it's just a nice hotel. Plus the staff is friendly and helpful. It was my first day in China, and everything was complicated by not having the mobile payment apps set up yet. The front desk staff guided me through the hassle, and made a tough situation much easier.

酒店在夢之島水晶城附近，交通方便、周圍美食很多，有免費的停車場。服務人員都很熱情、親切，退房時遺漏了一個專用充電器過了兩天才想起來，打電話到前台很快就幫找到了，感謝！

Squeaky clean room and facilities. Very cozy. As a birdwatcher returning from the wilderness to conclude my journey in China, I love every Vienna Hotel for the fact that they provide a washing machine for guests to use at every one of its hotels.
