A centrally located hotel (within walking distance of the train station and city center) that is ideal for city breaks. Cleanliness, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast complete the package. Highly recommended.

Everything was great, the only thing I didn't like was that we went for a walk and when we returned we had to wait a long time with other guests for them to open the door for us because the receptionist was doing his rounds, and it was winter and nighttime

Some things need work. The key coin was difficult to get into the room and was outdated. The shower sprayed everywhere and needed to be replaced. The TV remote was also difficult to operate. Otherwise, it was okay. Breakfast was decent.

I don't know why the front desk lady said that she couldn't see the payment information and insisted that I use my credit card as a guarantee. I firmly disagreed. The room was booked two weeks ago. How could the store not have the payment information? If I pay twice, do I have to come again to solve the refund. Moreover, this lady's attitude is rather speechless. She kept saying one sentence over and over again, leaving a credit card 😨 I would like to thank Ctrip customer service for actively helping and assisting at more than five o'clock on Sunday afternoon. Awesome! If this problem persists, I suggest that everyone take a detour. There are actually many choices of hotels around. It will be very troublesome if you encounter such a front desk. I showed her the confirmation number of Ctrip, and she said she couldn't read Chinese. Ctrip customer service emailed and called them, and the front desk said that they didn't receive it and didn't call. Fortunately, I can speak German and resolutely refused to give her a credit card, which made the rest of them come out to solve the problem.
