I was very satisfied with the service, the facilities, the comfort of the room, the view, everything.

This is a beautiful hotel. A good one with local culture! I think it's the best in Nairobi! Mr Liu

號稱內羅畢最好的酒店，央企中航國際是業主，必須支持。感覺客人不多，對面是裙樓的一部分，有家樂福精品超市，有餐廳，還算方便。但是內羅畢治安不好，沒出去街道逛，，，除了一晚在內羅畢轉機外，其它時間都在保護區，治安還好。

這個評價寫的有點遲，但是還是必須要狠狠誇誇內羅畢萬豪酒店！！！因為內羅畢的JW酒店讓我愛上了這個城市！！！ 這個評價沒有任何誇張的成分，作為一個一年要住200天酒店的人，我對住酒店還是有一點點心得。 首先我遊歷了大半個非洲，踩坑無數，非洲整體的住宿體驗確實有點兒酸爽😜。JW在非洲絕對是足夠有性價比！非洲雖然不缺老牌豪奢酒店（價格也高到瞠目🤐）。 但是JW絕對可以稱為非洲高端酒店的新秀，酒店的建築是雙子座玻璃玻璃幕牆，現代建築風格，也是現在內羅畢的新地標（而且可以自豪的説這個酒店是我們中國公司建滴）！！！😁😁😁。 裝修和硬件保持了JW一貫的高水準高品位，同時還融入了非洲風格，工藝品售賣區具有非洲特色的禮品也是良心價出售，據説是大咖專門在非洲各國精挑細選回來的，價格非常親民，如果想買工藝品、禮品建議真的先從JW選，逛了N個傳説中的工藝品市場跳蚤市場真的覺得是在浪費時間，跟JW的完全沒法比，最重要的是貨真價實根本不用擔心買貴了或者買到假貨！！！（我直懷疑JW是不是因為擔心自己的客人被騙，所以才特意幫客人提前篩選了那麼多好東西），因為價格真的太感動了，幾次都以為是自己聽錯了，因為比市場都便宜！！！ 早餐十分國際化，基本可以滿足各國客人的不同口味需求。建議早點去，因為種類確實太多了，時間短了嘗不過來……😅😅😅。 正餐有幾個不同國家的特色餐廳，美式牛排館，亞洲融合菜，菜品優秀的同時，裝修設計也很有新意！ spa館和酒店對面的肯尼亞傳統的筋絡按摩真的是太愛了，連續按摩三天依然戀戀不捨…強烈建議體驗一下，旅途中難得的放鬆，按完之後絕對可以滿血復活！！！ 金鑰匙幫我們訂製了完美的旅遊線路，原本可以去馬賽馬拉追着非洲五霸馳騁在廣袤的非洲大草原……（童年的夢想）遺憾的是趕上肯尼亞百年一遇的洪水，所以也就沒有坐上JW那帥氣的機甲戰車😂😂😂。 因為酒店剛剛開業，布草都嘎嘎新，床墊也很舒適。 樓下的咖啡是肯尼亞咖啡，喝過之後感覺之前喝的所謂肯尼亞咖啡是不是都是拼豆的呢？花果香氣十足，都有點不太像咖啡的口感了。甜品必須吃！！！精緻又好吃！ 最後放一個大大的驚喜：這個酒店的經理Jacky是中國人！！！ 辦理入住或者有什麼需要協助的需求直接找Jacky！！！千萬別不好意思找他，jacky太靠譜太專業了！！！酒店專業知識超強，沒有能問倒的問題，同時他居然知道所有各行業所有的知名公司和品牌！！！萬豪的酒店培訓體系做的好是常識，但是高級管理層的知識容量也太可怕了！！！如果對酒店行業感興趣的小夥伴有機會一定要找這個大神聊聊天！難得的學習機會！！！ 很遺憾忘記多拍點酒店內部的照片了，就拍了些早餐廳的照片所以可能體現不出來JW的優秀，下次去了多拍些再補上😄還請各位看官別介意！ 感謝您的耐心閲讀🙏🙏🙏 強烈推薦！強烈推薦！強烈推薦！ PS：內羅畢的同級別酒店我都特意體驗了一下🤭🤭🤭

酒店很新很漂亮，房間清潔舒適，早餐及晚餐食物可口，員工熱情周到。酒店位置很好，距離肯尼亞國家博物館步行十分鐘左右，距離焦墨肯雅塔機場走高速車行不到半小時，去長頸鹿保護中心和凱倫故居打車也很方便。我們此次非洲之行進出都走內羅畢，兩次都選擇住在JW萬豪。安全舒適。推薦。

內羅畢萬豪酒店是今年剛開業的，設施很新，住起來舒適。房間插頭眾多，國內帶去的各種充電器都能用，根本不用帶轉換器。機場打Uber過來很方便，半小時以內可到，價格衹要10美元左右。在酒店出行也超級方便，Uber幾分鐘就到，司機都能講英語。

環境：旁邊有商場，飯店，超市，很便利 設施：設施很新，剛開業不到3個月 衞生：乾淨整潔 服務：員工很熱情，主動協助我們 整體情況很不錯

Stayed here for a couple nights in September on a stop over from our safari trip. We used the airport transport which was punctual, stylish and personal. Upon arrival at the hotel the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Excellent service for our entire stay! The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is superb to see all the sights Nairobi has to offer!

Brand new high end hotel, one of the highest buildings in Nairobi. The hotel is stunning, tastefully decorated . Wonderful spa and swimming pool. This is our second visit, and I can highly recommend it. Service is impeccable. This is a JW Marriott with Four Seasons standards. High security at the entrance. Wonderful restaurants. Bathrooms are stunning. I would come back to Nairobi just for the hotel. The first stay we had a regular room and second time a junior suite. In my opinion this is the top hotel in Nairobi

I had the pleasure of dining at Mughal for our 6-year wedding anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience, We started with drinks The Dragon Paradise was fantastic, The food was absolutely exceptional — bursting with authentic Indian flavours, we had The Mushroom Kebab which was great! We then had the Butter Chicken, Paneer Tikka Masala and the dal Mughal With garlic Naan and each dish had its own unique and delightful taste, The dal was recommended by head chef Mr. Vinay Jamal, and it was unlike any dal I had previously had, it had been slow cooked for 24 hours. Lastly for dessert we had coconut rice kheer which was also delicious with different textures and flavours The service was impeccable, Our server Sheliah was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, she was also very efficient. I also loved the presentation of the dishes — you can tell that a lot of care goes into both the preparation and the presentation. The Head Chef Mr. Vinay Jamal, was very welcoming and passionate about the food. I Highly recommend Mughal Restaurant for anyone who loves Indian food or wants to try it for the first time.

Had my birthday dinner at Mughal Restaurant yesterday (5/9/24). The food was great and I loved the ambience. Also we had excellent service from Janet. She made the experience worthwhile for us. I'd definitely visit again. Loved every minute of it.
