In general a decent hotel, however our AC was not working in the room and given our late checkin (11:30pm) nobody answered the phone when calling reception multiple times, which was very disappointing. We could occasionally also smell cigarettes from the ventilation system. Breakfast was alright. Without the issues it’s a quite decent hotel.

Hinweis - Erfahrung - Bewertung von 2013 Wir waren Ende Mai im Suite Hotel und haben das Zoo-Paket gebucht. Der Aufenthalt war echt super, das Zimmer sehr groß u. geräumig und sehr leise, das Bad war ebenso sehr geräumig - eine Suite zum Wohlfühlen und Längerbleiben. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und die Verkostung war auch bestens. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, wir hatten alles, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Bei Ankunft war für unsere Kleine die Überraschung bereits im Zimmer, was nach der langen Autofahrt natürlich ein kleiner Ausgleich war :) Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter und werden, falls wir wieder Urlaub in Leipzig machen, auch sehr gerne dort nach einem Zimmer anfragen.

Einfache Pension, ich habe mich hier für eine Nacht sehr wohl gefühlt. Mein Einzelzimmer hatte alles, was man braucht: Schrank, kleiner TV, Föhn, Duschgel/Handseife. Habe hier auch zu Abend gegessen, es hat gut geschmeckt :-) Frühstück war auch mehr als ausreichend. Es gab neben Kaffee verschiedene Sorten Käse, Salami, S*****en, Geflügelaufschnitt, gekochtes Ei, Marmeladen, Nuss-Nugat-Creme, verschiedenes Obst, Joghurt, Schokoriegel, Brot und Brötchen. Die Damen waren alle sehr freundlich. Leider nicht barrierefrei, aber für mich war das kein Problem. S-Bahn direkt an der Pension, der normale Bahnhof ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ich habe bei geschlossenem Fenster geschlafen, da waren die Züge nicht zu laut. Wenn es mich wieder in diesen Ortsteil verschlägt, würde ich wieder hier nächtigen.

Wir hatten ein Appartement mit eigener Sauna im Bad = das ist schon toll. Allerdings muß man bei Benutzung der Sauna unbedingt das Licht im Bad ausschalten = denn sonst kommt wegen der Lüftung ständig kalte Luft in die Sauna, so daß es einen echt friert! Nettes Personal an der Rezeption; aber man muss schon genau sagen was man möchte = dann bekommt man zB auch einen ausgedruckten Plan mit Wegbeschreibung zum Supermarkt. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und sauber; allerdings haben wir einen Backofen vermisst. Die Pflegeprodukte haben sich als Restbestände der Vorgänger erwiesen (siehe Foto). Und das Kabel vom Fön über der Klobürste ist nicht mal mehr unhygienisch sondern nur noch ekelhaft (siehe Foto) Und im Garten hinter dem Haus haben wir am zweiten Tag eine Ratte gesehen und am dritten Tag 2. Keine Ahnung was passiert, wenn man 5 Tage dort ist… Ernsthaft: da sollte der Besitzer des Hotels der Rattenplage schnellstens Herr werden; noch zumal viele Gäste die Tür vom Treppenhaus zum Garten offen lassen und die Viecher gehen ja auch ins Haus…

Das Hotel ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen in Leipzig. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist gut und das Ticket dafür ist im Preis inbegriffen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sauber und ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Allerdings ging es am Buffet sehr beengt zu. Beim Abendessen hatte unsere Gruppe verschiedene Gerichte bestellt, welche alle sehr gut schmeckten und gut angerichtet waren. Hervorzuheben ist der außerordentliche Service. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bei Fragen und Problemen kompetent und lösungsorientiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Wenn ich aus familiären Gründen nach Leipig komme, fühle ich mich hier immer herzlich aufgenommen, willkommen, gerade das familiäre Ambiente, die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter, das Frühstück, die Lage mit den Anbindungen und Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen, der Innenhof,dass dort auch noch Raucher willkommen sind, der Kühlschrank zur vertrauensvollen Selbstbedienung und ein Frühstück im Innenhof in der Sommerzeit genieße ich. Die Betten sind gut, die Matratzen auch ( für mich) Für 1 Woche Unterkunft kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen.Die neueren Hotels haben sicherlich moderne Ausstattungen, sind vielleicht aber auch anonymer geführt. Deshalb entscheide ich mich gerne für dieses Hotel. Das Hotel ist sauber wie auch die Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind für mich gut ausgestattet. Ich persönlich fühle mich bis hierhin gut aufgehoben und wohl, das Hotel ist seht zu empfehlen, wenn man es gemütlich und ruhig haben möchte. Danke an das Hotel Berlin- Team, die es möglich machen PS.: auf meine nächste Reise Richtung Leipzig freue ich mich schon

Has been several years since last visit. Pretty decent, ...fitness room available 24 hours, - adequate with free weights, treadmills and a couple of cycles. Weight machine available as well. Pool, though was only open till 9pm. Water dispenser could do with more accessible paper cups.

The Townhouse Leipzig was one of our favorite hotels on our recent Germany and Austria vacation. Set in the heart of Leipzig within one of the oldest Rennaissance buildings in the city, the Townhouse is next door to the Bach Museum and steps away from Thomaskirche and the iconic statue of the great composer. Our top-floor room looked directly out on Thomaskirche and the Bach statue. Upon entering the hotel for the first time, we were impressed by the beautiful style and creativity of the unique decor and lighting, the charming furnishings, and the friendliness of the staff. Our spacious suite was spotless, had a kitchenette, comfortable couches, a nice flat-screen television, a large modern bathroom, quality linens and pillows, and a warm, welcoming message from the staff. Above the king bed was a large reproduction of one of Bach's cantata manuscripts. The windows opened up onto a stunning view of Thomaskirche and the surrounding city. The Townhouse Leipzig offers free high-speed Wi-Fi, a laundry service, a fitness area with workout equipment, a sauna, and a library! The restaurant provides excellent buffet breakfasts. We found several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance, including Johann S Restaurant & Bar a few steps from the hotel. The front desk staff were so helpful assisting us throughout our stay, looking up museum times and tram routes and schedules for us. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were friendly, helpful, and very professional. The price was surprisingly affordable, given the location and the quality of hotel, and the surrounding area was quiet at night. We loved being wakened by the Thomaskirche bells in the morning. The one minor inconvenience is the lack of on-site parking—not surprising given the unique location—but they offer a convenient unloading and loading area for luggage, and we found easy parking adjacent to Thomaskirche a two-minute walk from the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent boutique hotel to anyone visiting the city center, and if you're in Leipzig on a Bach pilgrimage and need a great place to stay, look no further.

Visited Christmas markets and stayed one night. Arrived early and was given an upgraded room on the 6th floor. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and after about 10pm could no longer hear street noise. Next morning went to breakfast buffet. Enough variety of selection for me, the coffee was good, and plenty of seating at 7:00am. Both check in and check out were easy. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Leipzig.

PPengguna TetamuDas Arthotel grenzt direkt an Primark und man hat es nicht weit zum Brühl oder Bahnhof oder Markt. Es ist, wie der Name schon vermuten lässt, modern eingerichtet. Gut, dass sich dies auch in einem Blechspind statt Schrank äußert, gefällt nicht jedem. Unser Zimmer war nach Straße ausgerichtet und hatte eine riesige Glasfront. Das Bad war sehr sauber, hatte eine ebenerdige Dusche und schöne große Ablagen an denen sonst in Hotelbäder eher gespart wird. Der Empfang wahr freundlich und hat uns auch schon vor der Zeit ein Zimmer gegeben. Bedenken hatte ich wegen des Frühstücks - offensichtlich ein Dauerthema bei den Bewertungen. Entweder hat sich zwischenzeitlich etwas getan oder die Ansprüche sind unterschiedlich. Ich würde es als etwas über dem Durchschnitt klassifizieren. Für die Betreuung beim Frühstück sind zwei Servicekräfte zuständig. Ob das Geschirr zwischendurch abgeräumt und auch mal was weg gewischt wird, hängt davon ab, wer Dienst hat. Heute (11.04) war ein guter Tag…😀 Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Kaffeemaschinen den Gästen ganztags zur Verfügung stehen. Die Anreise mit Auto ist etwas schwierig. Empfehlenswert ist, aufgrund Entfernung und Preis, das Parkhaus an der Westseite des Bahnhofs.

We booked 2 rooms Suite from 23/06-25/06 , because of long ride to the hotel and long time spending on the border we came to the hotel 24/05 at 19:00. The lady on reception named Stefani was very rood and ill-mannered, she told us that hotel resale our rooms for other clients because we did not come 23/06 (and did not call to her and told that we will be late, we never did it before in any situation, and each time our rooms, if it was paid , was waiting for us) . According to hotel rules and world rules of check in its not normal. We fully paid for 2 rooms in advance, and in voucher there is information that we can check in from 3:00 pm 23/06 till anytime. It's not the first time that we come not in time to the hotels due to some problems, and every time our rooms was waiting for us, if we paid for it in advance. It does not matter at what time we will come if we paid for it. Its not a hostel or apartment, its 4* hotel, and with no understanding no service and rood talks like with prisoner. We paid for it full price , and why our rooms was resold we did not understand. Second thing is that the lady on reception Stefani was non-polite to us, she did not even tried to find some other hotel for us, we were with kids, she decided BY HER OWN opinion to not refund for us any money (I am not talking about full price, ok, as it was 24/06 and we COME to hotel, and our rooms was resoled, than the hotel should be polite and make a refund of one night from 24/06-25/06) As it is on website of the hotel : ” Will my credit card be charged if I don't cancel and don't show up? Yes, reservations are automatically guaranteed to your credit card. You will be charged for the first nights stay only.” So Ms. Stefani first told me that they did not get any money because they resale rooms, than today on phone talk (I have it recorded) she told me that SHE decide by her own made a 100% fees and she can get money back to us for one night, but she DONT WANT do it, because she did not like how we spoke to her yesterday on reception. So is it normal when some Ms. on reception just make a decision as she want? Not normal for us, we paid money in advance and arrived to hotel one day later (but still had 2 rooms booked and confirmed for one more night). We travel a lot around the world, always book good hotels, and first time have a situation like that! I really hope that I will have an answer for hotel and hope this situation will be fixed. If its not,it will be our last time in each wyndham hotels in the world.

RRuthmarthaFreundliches Personal an der Rezeption des Motel One Augustusplatz; man zahlt beim Einchecken, gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, nach hinten gelegen, dadurch absolut ruhig. Das Standardzimmer ist relativ klein, aber praktisch eingerichtet mit offenem Regal, Kleiderstange zum Aufhängen von Kleidung, Duschbad, alles sehr sauber. Das zweite Zimmer war größer mit einer zusätzlichen Couch und großem Kleiderschrank, bequemen relativ festen Matratzen. In dem Zimmer könnte man sich gut auch länger aufhalten. Gutes Frühstück, für mich hätte das Käseangebot größer sein können (mit Käse am Stück, nicht nur Scheibenkäse). Der Frühstücksraum ist ab 9 Uhr schnell überfüllt, so dass man Wartezeit einplanen muss, bis man einen Tisch bekommt; umsichtiges Frühstücks-Personal. Keine Kaffeemaschine in den Zimmern, aber in der Bar des Motel One (gesonderter Eingang) kann man sich nachmittags eine Tasse Kaffee/Tee kaufen. Man kann das Hotel nicht direkt mit dem Auto anfahren, aber etwa 50m entfernt in der Ritterstraße anhalten und das Gepäck ausladen, die Mitfahrenden können es dann zum Hotel bringen, während man das Auto in die Tiefgarage Q-Park am Augustusplatz fährt (Sondertarif für Hotelgäste). Sehr günstige Lage des Hotels hinter der Nikolaikirche - Markt, Thomaskirche, Oper, Gewandhaus ist alles fußläufig erreichbar, dazu die Straßenbahnen am nahe gelegenen Augustusplatz.

PPengguna TetamuIm Rahmen eines Konzertbesuchs haben wir eine Nacht hier übernachten dürfen. Check Inn lief unkompliziert und schnell. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, gut gepflegt. Betten waren bequem und im Bad keine Spur vom Vorgänger. Die Lautstärke vom Flur war nur leicht zu hören. Das Frühstück war für den Preis sehr gut, toll angeordnet, reichhaltig und der Service sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in allem eine gute Option. Das Hotel an sich und die Räumlichkeiten sind etwas in die Jahr gekommen tun der Nacht aber keinen Abriss. Zu den Ladestationen im Parkhaus sei noch zu sagen das sie Anmeldung über die App nicht funktioniert hat. Die App erkannte die QR-Codes nicht. Allerdings haben die Ladesäulen einen RFID Leser so das gängige Karten erkannt wurden. Wenn man Glück hat und kein Verbrenner dort parkt könnte man also über Nacht auch sein Auto laden. Leider ist dies nicht klar ausgeschildert.

TtorinessThis property is in a great location in central Leipzig. An easy 10 minute walk from the central train station. Apartment was massive, modern, secure and very clean. No air conditioning though and we stayed in middle of summer - the room was very hot even with the plug in fan provided we were a little too warm. Also getting the access to the room is a little complicated but once we managed to get the information about how to check in (is all online), it was good. I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.

A kind soul, happen to be unit neighbour helps us out. Manage to contact them and realise that they DIDN'T email us the necessary documents and password inorder to gain access into the unit.
Imagine what what if this happened on a late night. Very nervous and bad experience despite all the pros about this unit.
