PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe first two pics you'll see the incredible proximity between Hyperion and the train station and mall. I was exhausted that day so it was super good that the hotel is 1-minute walk from the station! If you want to go to the city center (shopping street or St. Thomas church), it's only a simple 10-15 min walk. A smiley and kind blonde lady checked me in, she was really helpful and genuine. As for the room, it was modern and clean. Highly recommend!

PPengguna TetamuWir waren mit verschieden Kollegen für einen Kongress in der Stadt, das Hotel ist ein sehr schönes Boutique. Hotel mit einer sehr angenehmen zentral gelegenen Bar, schöne Zimmer, leider war der Spabereich in Renovierung. Auch das Hotel Restaurant ist hervorragend, die Lage ist zentral. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

PPengguna TetamuNot a great experience overall. Location is not directly off any public transportation line so bear in mind lugging luggage on cobblestone can be very taxing. Service was slow at check-in. Only one staff was there in the evening, and a short queue formed to check-in while waiting for the staff to get off the phone. At check-in, room was automatically assigned via iPad, which was not a courtyard view as advertised on Trip.com, but rather a view of the garbage dump (from room 101). Went back down to ask for a change of room, and 45 frustrating minutes later, the front desk said it was because of the room category and “offered to upgrade” for 20 euros additional per night. After travelling for a long time, I didn’t want to waste any more time with a back and forth as to why Trip.com advertised a courtyard view, and the hotel gave me a garbage dump view instead, so I obliged. The new room however, was much better with a view of the Thomaskirche opposite, a lot more internal space, and a mini kitchenette.

RRPSMThe hotel is very well situated and fantastic bar upstairs we didn’t use the breakfast place, but it’s looked very good. The air-conditioning is very good. It’s one of the few hotels in fact the only hotel in Germany that we stayed at that had a good air conditioning. There’s a parking at the hotel but we use the one in the central Plaza and that cost €20 a night. Everything was comfortable it’s a hotel. I would recommend.

AAndrea MazWe were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel.
Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful!
We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable.
The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town.
Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received.
Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels.
Don’t hesitate….value for money!

PPengguna TetamuI really like the hotel. It was clean and the location is in the city center. It was my first day in Germany and I got good welcoming and good place to sleep after for a long transfer (over 20 hs flight) and before going to the registration at school on the next day.
Even though the price was quite high but it was worth it. Only one paintpoint was that taxi could not enter to the street, so it was difficult for me to drag my 2 big luggages out to the main street.
Overall was great!

Smelled of sewage in the bathroom. Weird interior design with huge glasswall between bed and bathroom is very unpractical at night with all the light going to wake others who are sleeping.
