Good location near the town and tram stops. Rooms were very big. The staff were very helpful with advising on trams etc to visit the sights. The gym was good as well. Breakfast was nice with a wide selection

We stayed at Felix in June 10-13, 2023. We had never been to Europe before so we were unsure how to navigate Germany at first. We took a taxi from the airport, it worked well, but now we know we could have easily taken the S5 or S5X to get there. The apartment was lovely with a firm but comfortable bed. There was a large TV and we hooked up our firestick. There was a fabulous view of the university and we were directly across from the opera house. It was easy walking distance to the city center and Bachfest venues. There was an Edeka grocery store around the corner. It had many American snacks as well. We bought eggs and produce there. It was really convenient! There was a long bench under the window which was great for laying out all our things! The kitchenette had a small fridge, two burners, and a microwave. The bathroom had a bunch of shelves for all our stuff, which we used. The shampoo/body wash smelled so good. The shower has a hand held portion and was roomy for two. We used the communal laundry room while we were there. It was set up to use the WeWash App and we found it easy to use. Overall this property was perfect for our stay.

Das Arthotel grenzt direkt an Primark und man hat es nicht weit zum Brühl oder Bahnhof oder Markt. Es ist, wie der Name schon vermuten lässt, modern eingerichtet. Gut, dass sich dies auch in einem Blechspind statt Schrank äußert, gefällt nicht jedem. Unser Zimmer war nach Straße ausgerichtet und hatte eine riesige Glasfront. Das Bad war sehr sauber, hatte eine ebenerdige Dusche und schöne große Ablagen an denen sonst in Hotelbäder eher gespart wird. Der Empfang wahr freundlich und hat uns auch schon vor der Zeit ein Zimmer gegeben. Bedenken hatte ich wegen des Frühstücks - offensichtlich ein Dauerthema bei den Bewertungen. Entweder hat sich zwischenzeitlich etwas getan oder die Ansprüche sind unterschiedlich. Ich würde es als etwas über dem Durchschnitt klassifizieren. Für die Betreuung beim Frühstück sind zwei Servicekräfte zuständig. Ob das Geschirr zwischendurch abgeräumt und auch mal was weg gewischt wird, hängt davon ab, wer Dienst hat. Heute (11.04) war ein guter Tag…😀 Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Kaffeemaschinen den Gästen ganztags zur Verfügung stehen. Die Anreise mit Auto ist etwas schwierig. Empfehlenswert ist, aufgrund Entfernung und Preis, das Parkhaus an der Westseite des Bahnhofs.

Schöne Zimmer mit einfacher Ausstattung aber groß und sauber. Frühstück minimalistisch aber für den Preis ausreichend. Gibt wenig zu meckern. Der Fernseher müsste sich mit dem Internet verbinden daher nur 2 Sender denn Verbindung hat nicht geklappt. Sehr Laut im Haus, da Jugendhostel. Maskenpflicht wird nicht umgesetzt, dass hat uns massiv gestört.

Location is excellent, near both the railway station and the city center. Nothing that you need for a night or two is missing, but the styling and furnishing is really ”spartan”. And definitely ugly! If you can stand it, it must be considered as very affordable accommodation in the Leipzig city. The rooms are very simple in furnishing, but beds are ok (although rather small), well cleaned and there is even AC! Breakfast is cheap and with a surprisingly large selection. Very good! If you only need a place to sleep for a couple of nights, then this hotel is certainly an option!

Malangnya kolam renang rosak. Memandangkan tiada perkhidmatan pengiklanan, aduan dan permintaan tempahan semula telah diluluskan. Kami terlupa apa yang ada di hotel dan mereka tidak menghubungi pun walaupun tarikh yang ditetapkan. Lokasinya sempurna. Biliknya bagus. Kecuali lampu pada pembakar roti dan tudung julat rosak.

This very sad hotel stuck in the 90’s was very disappointing . The hotel staff were friendly, but one couldn’t tell the staff from guests apart, because they didn’t wear a uniform or have name badges on. The room was very dark. Dark old rug, very dark wooden closets that were way to large for the room. That dark furniture had seen better days and the bed wasn’t comfortable. The bathroom a nightmare. The shower was old and dingy, black spots of mold between the grout. The soap dispenser was over 1 meter away from the sink. Very nerve racking. The breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing. There was almost everything available, but the long lines at the 1 coffee maker wasn’t an ideal situation. After 1 week , I was happy to leave.

My stay at the Westin Leipzig was okay. They did a half-renovation, but it leaves the hotel feeling dated still. What do I mean? I used Marriott Suite Night Awards to upgrade to the Executive Suite. For some strange reason they did not renovate the foyer area of the room, which had some ugly granite that contrasted starkly with the nicely renovated bedroom, bathroom and separate living area. None of the door hardware was updated, so they’re brass while bathroom hardware is chrome. There was a random frame in the foyer with nothing in the frame. They replaced the carpet in the hallways, but the wall treatment looked like someone wiped their greasy hands all over - likely something that was a trendy look in the 90s. The fitness/spa area is in serious need of an updated, felt like a warp back in time to the 70s. Lines were long at check-in even with the front desk fully staffed, seems like their was a conference so that is understandable. However, the agent assisting the Elite line that I was in just walked away with saying anything, so we had to merge with another line and wait even longer. There was no in-room coffee at a 4-star hotel and my first morning I went down to the breakfast area to get a coffee to-go. One bottle of 4.5€ water available in the room - I got two free bottles when I stayed at the Moxy in Dresden. Bed was quite firm and was two twin mattresses pushed together. Bed at the the Moxy was way more comfortable. Blackout curtains didn’t overlap, so woke up every morning at 5am as soon as the sun came up. It looked like the rug in the living area hadn’t been vacuumed as you could see shoe prints all over from the previous guest. There’s a nice Bose stereo in the room but the wireless remote had a dead battery rendering the stereo useless. The neighboring room obviously has an option to be adjoining but the door provided minimal soundproofing and your neighbors might as well have been in the same room. Breakfast was standard fare, nothing to be excited about. The first morning no one stopped by to ask for my room number so I just left. As a Bonvoy Elite member you do have the option to get a free drink in the bar, the guy at the bar was easily the friendliest staff member I encountered.

Buchung kurzfristig problemlos, musste ein paar Minuten warten, bis die Buchung auch beim Hotel sichtbar war. Leider kein Mineralwasser oder Tee auf dem Zimmer und im Hotel war gegen 23 Uhr nichts mehr zu bekommen. Die Zimmer sind OK und sauber, aber kein für einen Laptop wirklich geeigneter Tisch. Fernseher ließ sich nicht spontan anschalten. WC empfand ich eher klein. Positiv ist für mich die Lage am Hauptbahnhof.

Wir waren bereits das zweite mal innerhalb kürzester Zeit Gäste in diesem komfortablen und modern gestalteten Hotel, weil es uns so gut gefiel und wir uns rundum wohl fühlten. Hier fehlt es dem Gast wirklich an nichts! Das gesamte Personal ist durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Mädels am Empfang begrüßen die Gäste herzlich mit einem Lächeln und überzeugen zu jeder Zeit mit ihrer Geduld und Kompetenz. Hier fühlt man sich wirklich willkommen. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat: jeden Tag setzen sich alle Mitarbeiter*innen aus allen Abteilungen wie z.B. Küche, Rezeption, Service, usw. zur kurzen Frühstückspause zusammen und sprechen miteinander. So funktioniert die Kommunikation auch über den eigenen Bereich hinaus, stärkt das Gemeinschaftsgefühl und erleichtert die Zusammenarbeit - was letztendlich den Gästen zu Gute kommt. Hier funzt das Miteinander, bitte weiter so! Das Frühstücksbuffett ist schön angerichtet und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Cocktails an der Bar sind echt lecker und die Pizza schmeckt auch gut. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet, mit großen, schallschluckenden Fensterfronten. Ich leide unter extremen Rückenproblemen, dennoch konnte ich in den bequemen Betten sehr gut schlafen. Auch das Bad ist ebenso modern und schick, mit großem Spiegel und eckigen Waschbecken sowie ausreichenden Ablageflächen. Hier ist nichts abgenutzt und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Aus Anlass meines runden Geburtstages erhielten wir bei unserem zweiten Besuch ein Zimmer-Upgrade zu einer tollen Suite. Diese war spürbar größer, verfügte zusätzlich über einen Schrank, Bad und WC -Raum sind hier getrennt. Sehr angenehm, vor allem wenn man zu zweit ist. An dieser Stelle noch einmal meinen aufrichtigen Dank für dieses wundervolle Geschenk!!! (Nur gut dass niemand sah wie wir uns vor Freude an den Händen fassten und wie Kinder herum hüpften). Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, ich freue mich schon darauf 😘
