Located in a renovated historic building from the 19th century, for three generations the family has managed hotel hospitality and a beautiful restaurant by the sea. In 2024 the hotel has begun important renovation work on the rooms. Ho Soggiornato in questo hotel 5 giorni e 4 notti nel mese di agosto 2022. L'hotel si trova in posizione eccellente, praticamente sul mare. Dalle camere che si affacciano sul mare il panorama è stupendo. Inoltre, è a due passi dalla stazione e dai mezzi pubblici con cui raggiungere La Spezia o imbarcarsi con il traghetto per fare il giro delle isole (Palmaria, etc.). Pochi parcheggi interni per cui si consiglia vivamente di prenotarli per telefono. In alternativa c'è il grande parcheggio pubblico esterno (7€ il ticket giornaliero, fornito dall'hotel ma a pagamento) a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La colazione era abbondante con la possibilità di scelta tra dolce e salato. Stanze comode e pulite per la famiglia di 3 persone più un gatto. Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno. Sicuramente struttura molto consigliata.

Great location ! The parking is up the street but they gave us a voucher to pay the cost. Great breakfast and comfortable room.

It was great, thank you! I just wish the sauna and the massage worked while the weather was bad, that would have helped, for the rest, it was an amazing stay.

Hotel was in a TOP Location,direkt on water front.The view from our balcony was fantastic to wake up to in the mornings. Parking is a bit of an issue but is ok. The reception staff are extremely friendly&very helpful. There are plenty of restaurants close by to have dinner at night👍 The breakfast buffet is ok but nothing special. Unfortunately there are renovations at this moment but we were lucky being there on a Saturday&Sunday so there wasn’t any work being done. The only negative to our stay was on the Saturday night there was an 18th birthday party in hotel&the young people stayed on the street outside the hotel till the early hours making much noise which was not good👎👎
