This should not be listed as a hotel as it’s more of a hostel. We arrived on the first of May late in the night. We got our keys from reception and when we got to the room it was filthy. The “clean” bedsheets had black stains on them, the curtains were hanging off, the bathroom was dirty and the mattresses were covered in unidentifiable stains. We felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that we didn’t even unpack and we went out to reception with our bags to hand back the keys. The women on the desk asked to see the room and after showing her the filthy room so said “ I can get new sheets”, we asked her if she would stay in a room like this and she answered no. If the room was clean before arrival then why would we need to change the bedsheets again? After speaking with the women on the desk she said she couldn’t refund us and there were no other rooms available for the night. We spoke to her colleague (jimmy) on the phone who also said he couldn’t help us other than to give a email to contact regarding a refund. We were left on our first night in Stockholm without accommodation and no help from the staff at this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It cost us a lot of money to book somewhere else and not to mention it being after midnight by the time we got accommodation sorted. I have emailed the email given to me by reception and 6 days later, I still haven’t received a response. It’s disgraceful and so unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs

Good place in a beautiful area of Stockholm. Reasonably priced - good value for the money. The essential of the rooms was of good quality. I would only recommend the staff to improve a few things and keep it a bit tidier... the piles of unclean towels were exposed in open areas of the corridor (those could be in hidden service areas)..

One of the worst hotels I have been to, very filthy and images are nothing like what it looks like. Half-finished works are mixed with very old builds, and half broken furniture.

To start, I would consider this more a hostel rather than a hotel, the room was very basic and didn't feel particularly comfortable. I was with two other colleagues and none of our rooms were represented in the photos on TripAdvisor, the outside shows it is an industrial building that has been modified for its current use. Breakfast was almost non-existent, we stayed for the first night and then left we were supposed to be there for 11 nights, but decided against it.

Room smelled like there is mold in the building. Bad pillows and very worn beds.

The Wifi didn’t work. The room was dirty, it wasn’t cleaned properly, we found a lot of dirt around in the room. It was mould in the shower. It’s bad air quality. There was no curtains. And we could hear snoring trough the wall from the neighbour room at night. Also the fridge were not plugged in. And the window couldn’t be closed properly. But the staff were nice
