Pick up service is available at the high speed train station. We traveled from Shangarila. Check-in in the morning at 9:30 a.m. and get the room key to stay, no need to wait. And you can still eat breakfast that day. This is very satisfying. The room has 3 beds, 2 rooms, and 2 bathrooms. In the morning, you don't have to wait in line to use the bathroom with your children. The cleanliness of both the bathroom and bedroom is excellent. There is yogurt as well, souvenirs, lift and lotion. I really like it because it can be used right away because we come from Thailand, which is a hot weather area. The location is very good. Near the hotel there are many restaurants and both above ground and underground shopping. Walking to the ancient city of Lijiang is very close and very fun. Went to Lijiang with my elderly parents. Selected this hotel based on its location, which is outside of the ancient city, but near enough to walk to. There is no need to lug suitcases on cobblestone road and there is a lift to every floor so it was elder-friendly. It is also not far from Heilongtan. We stayed here for 3 nights. Got complimentary room upgrade. Staff are friendly and helpful, all the way from from the main reception, to housekeepers, to cafe, to breakfast crew. When tired from walking around town, mahjong was also available. Cannot remember everyone by name, but would like to thank the whole team, 小娟，安娜 for a wonderful stay.

這次麗江之行，選到這家酒店真的太舒適了！酒店位置絕佳，臨近熱鬧商圈與客運站，出行超方便。房間佈置有特色，設施完備且乾淨整潔，床品舒適讓我睡的很安心。服務人員熱情貼心，有求必應，熱情積極，還贈送酸奶零食。餐飲豐富可口，能品嚐到地道雲南風味。在這裏，我深切感受到家的温馨與舒適，強烈推薦給來麗江的朋友們！

This hotel was my best experience in my Sichuan - Northwest Yunnan trip. The price is more than fair for the service and the facilities they offer. Moreover, it’s the only place I stayed where they have staff fluent in English (even though I stayed in more expensive places that cater for foreigners in northwest Yunnan). Just beside the main attractions. Totally convenient 设施：they have everything you need in the room and it’s all top quality. 卫生：perfectly clean. 环境：the room is very comfortable and the common areas are so pleasant; not even counting the view you can have of Yulong-Shan on a clear day 服务：staff is very friendly and perfectly trained. Highest level service in China for me so far

The room was far smaller than expected with a very petite though functional bathroom (without any natural light). The two single beds were small and difficult to sleep in. The air conditioning was old and quite poor. It was difficult to bring the temperature down at night. There was one tiny wardrobe that could not hold much clothing at all. There was no tea, coffee or other benefits of an alleged 5 star hotel. The following day, the cleaners (who were fantastic and very nice) brought us a few biscuits and a plate with a few fruit items on it. Two bottles of water were provided each day. The breakfast had a good selection of possible dishes though the staff did not refill regularly so many items became unavailable during breakfast. The dishes were very Chinese orientated, which was not a problem given that we were the only foreigners in the hotel. The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and supportive.

1、地理位置很方便，去古城徒步就行，旁邊還有一個菜市場，有超市，有小吃還有麪包店；生活便利。 2、酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，出入有問好，整體還是十分舒適的。問什麼都有求必應，真是很感謝酒店的工作人員。 3、房間衞生很不錯，是我在麗江住過最乾淨的了，我們自帶的一次性床鋪都沒用，哈哈省錢！物品擺放整整齊齊，拿取很方便。 4、特別喜歡樓下的小花園，整個風格、裝修都很有特色。民族風愛了愛了。 5、價格超實惠，真是太划算了，推薦給中秋節來的朋友了。

優點：①房間寬敞床大，衞生狀況還可以②位置不錯，可步行到古城（怕費腿的打車為宜）③A樓座裝修新，部分房間可直接電梯到樓層（運氣不好要提箱上下台階）④掛式空調新，制熱效果好⑤停車場為公用，早到為宜（車挨車，易剮蹭）。 缺點：①用水高峯時洗澡水過小②早餐品種不少，但沒味（連鹹味都沒有）③瓶裝水嚴格限量（2瓶免費，補水自費）④洗澡間沒有護髮素⑤電梯空間非常狹小，設為前後開門，進轎廂小心為宜。⑥接團酒店，早6點開餐，就餐要避開高峯。

The reception service staff is very good. The hotel is very convenient to travel. When I went to stay on the first day, I encountered loud noises all night and stayed on the top floor. But in the morning I came down to change to a new room and considered the service to be good.

酒店整體入住感受特別滿意。交通很便利，離古城也不遠，停車場車位比較多，免費停車。前台提供服務專業，效率高。房間內乾淨整潔，床高低合適，空間大。房間內採光很好，電視屏幕大清晰度也高。房間窗户大，都是明窗，化粧鏡也是帶燈光的。前台還免費客人需要的各種小物品，比如創可貼，暖寶寶，橡皮筋，還有各種化粧用品，非常細心。五樓還有健身房和公共洗衣房，六樓餐廳環境非常棒，早餐品種很多，應有盡有，餐廳阿姨非常熱情，給我們介紹菜品，熱情的和我們聊天。總之就是很好，推薦大家到麗江旅遊就選這家！
