Ulasan Lijianggucheng·Shan Shui Aisi Huayuan Hotel

I booked this hotel for my trip to Lijiang with my friends. The hotel location is inside Lijiang Gucheng (old town) but near the entrance which makes it easy for customers to navigate. The receptionist and other workers are very welcoming, polite and warm to us. We stayed for 3 nights, the cleanliness of the room is tip top and our things remain protected. The room service included with afternoon tea set, very impressive. The worker also diligently helped us carry our luggages. Overall my friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. If I were to come to Lijiang, I will definitely stay here again.

- Excellent service - Our host was very responsive in his communication in person and also on WeChat. Very friendly and attentive to our needs. We were in communication with him before we even arrived. Payment was flexible - we paid part of our fees in person. Because we were staying for at least 2 days, the hotel called someone to help bring our luggage from the entrance. When the plumbing wasn’t working in one of our rooms, our host upgraded our room without additional cost. He also helped us connect with a tour company for our trip to Da Li and helped us ship a package from the hotel. The hotel staff made us tea daily and gave us free water whenever we asked. - Courteous and friendly staff. They make a big effort to be available, accommodating, and flexible. - Clean — there is often a staff member cleaning the hotel area. The staff would clean our rooms and give us new towels every day. We also used their laundry machine for free. - Location - 5-10 minutes walk from multiple entrances and easy walk to/from the center of the town (4 square) - Friendly to foreigners - many hotels in LiJiang don’t accept foreigners, but this one did - Beautiful environment — the architecture of the hotel building and the trees. - We stayed here for 5 nights. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this hotel to our family and friends. -出色的服务-我们的接待人和我们沟通和微信上都非常积极 非常友好，对我们的需求非常关心。我们在到达之前就和他保持着联系。付款方式很灵活——我们用现金支付了部分费用。我们住了两天以上 所以有接机还有免费帮我们把行李从古城门口拖过来的服务。当我们其中一个房间的水管坏了，我们的接待人免费升级了我们的房间。他还帮我们联系了一家旅游公司安排旅行行程, 并帮我们从酒店邮寄了一个包裹。酒店工作人员每天给我们泡茶，并且只要我们要求，就给我们免费的矿泉水。 -礼貌友好的员工。他们很随和, 乐于助人、灵活变通。 -清洁-通常有一名员工清洁酒店区域。工作人员每天会打扫我们的房间，给我们新毛巾。我们还免费使用了他们的洗衣机。 -位置-从多个入口步行5-10分钟，方便步行到镇中心(4广场) -对外国人友好-丽江的许多酒店不接受外国人，但这家酒店接受 -美丽的环境-酒店建筑和树木的建筑。 -我们在这里住了5晚。我们在这里过得很愉快 下次还会再来 并且推荐给大家

Actual room size was smaller than advertised. What made up for this was the excellent service provided by 小楊姑娘 (long hair girl in case there are 2 of same name). Very friendly and helpful. Showed us how to use washing machine and helped us dried clothes. We had an early flight requiring a 4am departure from the ancient town. 小楊姑娘 went above and beyond helping us organise for luggage transfer to gucheng gate and transport to airport. As we were foreigners with no local phone number, 小楊姑娘 volunteered to liaise for us. Waiting for phone call at 4am (Inn business hour started 8am) to show the luggage porter to our room to take luggages from floor 2 to ground. Excellent service by 小楊姑娘.

Good Hotel with good location.

Thank you for the hotel management . They really helped us in most of the things . The hotel staff arrange all the trip for us in reasonable price . The room look very spacious and very clean . Always reply to our message in the we chat .

Very kind hosts, went above and beyond. Met at town entrance escorted to hotel. Made sure i was comfortable throughout stay. Offered suggestions for where to go. Very patient despite me not being able to speak chinese.

Very nice hotel resort, the staff is friendly and helpful. Location is convenient for visiting old town and for going out taking taxi.

Staff Xiaoyang is very friendly and helpful. She helped to arrange with pick up and sent us to the train station. She also helped to arrange our trip to the snow mountain, Lugu Lake and watching the Show. We are very satisfied with our stay. We would like to thank her for her kindness in helping us. The room we stay in has a balcony with a river view where we can have tea and relax. We are quite happy with it.

The hotel is gorgeous. It looks fascinating. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very nice and sanitary is very clean. Its also equipped with heater under the floor. So, you can walk barefoot in winter at the hotel. I will definitely stay here again next time.

第一次入住，看到網上評價還不錯，就打算來體驗一下，果然沒讓我失望，本人住過很多客棧但很少寫評論，這間客棧老闆也沒有讓好評，但是我覺得這家客棧真的值得推薦！👍🏻房間非常乾淨，客棧風格古色古香，管家小輝輝真的很貼心，提前聯繫接我們，走的時候也提前安排了送機。值得五星⭐好評！👍🏻👍🏻麗江的風景真的絕！

最近一個月和家人在各地旅行，住過不少民宿，這是我目前體驗感最好的一家啦，客棧種了很多綠植和鮮花，家裡的長者特別喜歡這樣自然古樸的住宿環境，進門就是自然的香味😍😍，客棧的管家小輝輝服務特別貼心細緻，主動幫我們推薦了很多周邊當地人認可的美食，避免踩坑，也會建議景點路線和交通方式，想的特別周到，😌😌下次一定還會再回來長住一段時間。實在太愛這間客棧啦！😆😆👍🏻👍🏻

這次在客棧住了三晚，超級滿意，去各個景點步行都很方便。 管家服務必須打個滿分💯，又熱情又細心，推薦的米線店、鮮花餅都不踩雷，價格公道。 雖然客棧不含早，但是隔壁不遠就是小吃店和便利店，完全不擔心早餐問題。 還根據我的行程規劃推薦遊玩順序，下次來麗江還會選這裏
