The hotel is near to 丽江古城, just 10 min walking distance. The room is spacious, excellent for family. Although the room design is a bit old fashion, the cleanliness is acceptable. Breakfast is average, with limited selection. The downside is the bathing water pressure is not strong and occasionally may encounters bathing water become cold.

Went to Lijiang with my elderly parents. Selected this hotel based on its location, which is outside of the ancient city, but near enough to walk to. There is no need to lug suitcases on cobblestone road and there is a lift to every floor so it was elder-friendly. It is also not far from Heilongtan. We stayed here for 3 nights. Got complimentary room upgrade. Staff are friendly and helpful, all the way from from the main reception, to housekeepers, to cafe, to breakfast crew. When tired from walking around town, mahjong was also available. Cannot remember everyone by name, but would like to thank the whole team, 小娟，安娜 for a wonderful stay.

Super loved our stay at Intercontinental Lijiang. Hotel location is fantastic, the main entrance is along the road hence cars can enter and drop you off directly at the main lobby. The side gate of the hotel leads directly into the ancient town. There is no need to drag your luggage through the rocky roads of the ancient town. Buggy service to and fro the main lobby and rooms are available 24/7. Amenities are good, with an indoor pool and sauna as well as a in-house spa centre. The cafe in the lobby has a very beautiful view of the snow mountain, and is nice to have tea there to enjoy the view. They even have a dyson hair dryer in every room too. Highly recommend 👍🏼

Easy to find as is the tallest building in the town. The hotel has two parts to it- the International main building and a smaller 'local' style Which is where is stayed. Really lovely setting Just wasn't too impressed by the room Which had obviously seen better days. Pool on roof with a great view was a nice touch and breakfast had me set off for my journey in a good mood. Would come again, Just Hope for a better room. PS: Collins at reception speaks English Really well and has been working at the hotel since it was built twenty years ago and is a great Welcome host

The reception service staff is very good. The hotel is very convenient to travel. When I went to stay on the first day, I encountered loud noises all night and stayed on the top floor. But in the morning I came down to change to a new room and considered the service to be good.

來到這沒拍啥照片，就發一點客棧旁邊的照片吧！老闆真的人好好，幫忙接送，提行李，升級房型，又給我們安排早餐，貼心告訴我們怎麼玩，哪些要理性消費！對於消費者來說這家店的消費感受真的非常好，好的人你總願意與他多接觸！房間也是非常不錯的，唯一的遺憾是沒有接着續住，朋友想體驗不同風格環境……走了后老闆還給我們發關懷消息，長輩真的溫暖。第一次在外居然有了一種不舍的情感在裏面……感謝店家的款待！祝老闆熬過疫情，重啟一切美好！

This hotel resides inside the ancient town very close to the South Gate. The service I received was totally fantastic. All were friendly. They picked us at the gate, prepared some snacks and fruits for our late arrival, and when we left early next morning for the mountain they helped pack breakfast for us. The breakfast offered at the hotel was really good. The rice noodles were the best of all I had at the city. Though the hotel is inside the ancient town, and can hardly be as spacious as intercontinental, the room very large and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Staff were very friendly and proactive when we needed them. Room was comfy but decor old. Breakfast was poor, not a lot of choice and not good quality of what they did have. Our key card stopped working when we got back on our second night which was annoying as had to find a hotel staff member but once we did find someone the issue was resolved quickly.

Suitable for those who like to have a peaceful night 3km away from Lijiang ancient town but they have their own transport to drive to and from till 9pm. Very responsive to all your requests via WeChat. Staff are very helpful in booking all the attraction tickets as we do not have local numbers.

Staying in this hotel is really just for the view of the mountain. Service is so-so and hotel breakfast is quite underwhelming with staff needing reminder to replenish at around 930am. Me and my friend had to remind the staff for our omelette order, which arrived when we were done. At the Checkin counter, staff will tout you for star gazing trips as well as massage packages. It was a cloudy day yet the staff said we can see the stars, so we obviously didn’t take up the offer. Key positive is the photoshoot which allows 5 free photos + 15s video. The room is nice & spacious, with a nice living room space and balcony to enjoy the view of the mountain. However, the toilet door may lock if you close a tad too hard + bathroom has a damp tower smell. For a ~US$500 stay in this region, you’re paying for the view of the mountain + photoshoot (5 pic + 15s vid) + room (if your toilet is okay).

Fantastic hotel with equally fantastic service. Situated in the old town of Lijiang the hotel has one of the nicest design and ambience. Feel so at home and a great base to explore Lijiang. Breakfast is great with a wide spread. Best hotel we’ve stayed so far. So wonderful we stayed a total of 8 nights !

這是一家很有特色的名宿，酒店是藏族和納西族的風格，距離束河古鎮也不遠，飯後和家人朋友一起沿着小溪可以直通束河古鎮。房間打掃得很乾凈，晚上房間裏也很安靜，公共區域有書吧、茶室、唐卡中心，隨時可以看到小松鼠在房屋上跑來跑去，跟店長一起聊聊天喝喝茶，院子裏隨意閑逛讓人心情愉悦。店裡還有兩衹超級可愛的小狗，又乖又黏人。早餐非常豐富，除了自助早點還有現做的美食，還可以在酒店內用餐，氂牛肉火鍋超級推薦，家人吃了還想吃。店裡所有員工服務態度超級好，入住時還會幫忙拿行李，真正做到了有求必應，住在這裏像家一樣的感覺，下次有機會還會選阿若康巴慶雲莊園！！！

We booked two rooms for family . Two different style of room ,each room got very nice condition and everything is new . Nice view at 2nd floor and big room at level one room. 與長者一起出遊最主要的是住宿環境要好，青普文化行館充分做到了！房間選的203號聽松濤，更衣室、衞生間、淋浴間、洗漱台通通隔離開，緊湊但舒適，且還有一個對着窗的浴缸，加上陽台、大床、一張長島台，空間利用贊，動線流暢。隔音超讚，晚上庭院有篝火晚會，我都聽不見，衹聽到最後的煙火聲（想起就可惜，跨年當晚生病了，爬不起來沒參加篝火晚會）。講到篝火晚會，就得贊一下他家贈送的民俗活動了，我們衹參加了扎染，自己2小時動手製作一塊獨一無二的扎染布，體驗感十足，能帶回家，比任何紀念品都有意義。早晚餐都有，餐餐選擇豐富，兩人可以吃的飽飽且還有剩。設施：酒店裡空間很大，員工推薦的最佳日照金山觀景台，還不如201房邊上的觀景位，層次感十足，強烈推薦！有停車場。衞生：乾淨。環境：離白沙古鎮中心很近，走路10分鐘，吃飯、玩樂的去處很多。服務：超級贊！任何需求衹要提出，一定是比你想象的還要好，我因為生病了需要一杯薑茶，廚房花上至少半小時濃濃地煮上一大壺，超濃的薑茶是在家裡也不曾喝過的味道。另外，雪山歸來，因為長者表現出一點高反症狀，還沒提要求，主動送來一瓶氧氣罐。另外前台附近有民族服裝可以借來拍照用。
