The experience was really good. The room is quiet, so I get to sleep well every day. There is common spaces for socializing and working. People there are very friendly and nice. This is why I like this kind of accommodation when it comes to solo traveling. On the check out day, the staff at the counter even gave me an Indian dessertđ„čđ„°âš

A comfortable stay with quality sleep. The staff is very friendly courteous and helpful. Its location is very convenient. Only drawback is that it doesnât have a restaurant and only a coffee shop. This results in a very restricted menu. The food however is tasty and with reasonable prices.

Booked with payment made completely online. But the hotel didn't receive the payment it seems. But they allowed me once I showed them the payment message.The room with queen size bed is very small as you can see in pictures.

âwe had an exceptional stay at the president hotel in bangalore! from the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to our every need. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we required. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including the restaurant, which served delicious food. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast spread, which had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. What really made our stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. GGuest UserI would only recommend this hotel for short staysâdefinitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but werenât. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didnât have a master key or a proper way to reset the safeâitâs basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. Itâs quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. Itâs not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15â30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, thereâs a McDonaldâs and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafeâespecially since the receptionist isnât always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, itâs a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for itâeven though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didnât charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this placeâespecially for longer stays.

GGuest UserThe location isn't far from the MG Road MRT station, and there are many bars nearby, but the road outside the hotel and the surrounding area are under construction, which detracts from the overall experience.
The room is right next to the reception desk, which is quite strange; it feels like a converted staff rest area. While the interior decor is relatively modern, the soundproofing is poor, hot water needs to be turned on at the reception, and there's no doorbell... These are just some of the issues that could be improved.

GGuest UserStay at athulya was great. It was a property which was very hygienic, clean. The room had a good ac. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. Hot water was available. Was located in a very silent area. A bit far off from continuous city buzz. Had a great evening walk. Though shopping was 600 meter away from main road, was a quite silent stay.

I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service by Sameer, he accomodated our requests.
Even their security guard Zaheerul was so polite and helpful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Hubby loved the shower and their toiletteries. Kiddo the kitchenette. Their chicken sandwich was tasty and fresh.
Only wish they had a bigger size bed. Rest everything was perfect, spacious cupboards and we don't travel light.
Being a relatively new hotel there was worth it as it has access to all the amazing locations within walking distance. Thoms bakery, Stella Studios, K.C. Das. Icecream parlors and eating joints ahead.
Down side no views from our room balconette. But in a space starved city that can be overlookedđ Also if their signboard could state Hotel, that would be great. Out of towners like us might not be aware.

GGuest UserMany things need improvement during the stay. The AC is not working properly, making the room uncomfortable. The flush in the bathroom is also not functioning well, causing inconvenience. Additionally, the breakfast menu is very limited with hardly any variety, which is disappointing for guests expecting a better start to the day. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations due to these issues. Immediate attention is needed to fix these problems and enhance guest comfort. Improving basic facilities and offering a more diverse breakfast menu would greatly improve the overall guest experience and satisfaction.

KKrish4444Overall Iâm happy with the service except for few snags ***** the way. They are as follows:
1) The room we received wasnât cleaned or serviced by the cleaning staff. And they blamed the communication on each other. Required me to go back to reception and immediatey got another room.
2)Room service was good but I specifically asked for non spicy fried rice for my 3 yr old. 40 mins later the staff walked in with an extremely spicy dish and asked us to taste it and suggested if itâs too spicy he will make another dish. Since it was a long wait time We ended up feeding our son the bread as he dint want to wait any longer
