What a wonderful stay! Everything from the check in process, breakfast buffet, service and cleanliness was amazing. However, what made our experience a fantastic one was the people. Vania at the reception desk and Oscar at the 18th floor club were beyond awesome! They were very attentive, anticipated our needs and wants, provided great suggestions and followed thru on all requests. It was because of them that we decided to come back for our final stay in Lima. Would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Lima!

We stayed here as a family for 2 nights. We decided on this hotel as I have family a few blocks away we wanted to visit without having to hop onto an Uber. The hotel is very clean, the furnishings were in great condition and the bed was super comfortable with quality linens and pillows. Breakfast was ample and they even kindly made us our breakfast to go on our last morning as we headed out to the airport at 4:30 AM. Kind people working at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel in San Borja for visitors that need to be in the area.

Excellent variety of peruvian and international food. Lots of options at the buffet lunch. Even healthy food: Vegetables, Menestrone, Chicken Soup.Dedicated careful attention, in both languages: spanish and english as well. Charming peruvian amenities.Peruvian Dancers at weekend lunches. Great facilities at the Delphos Bistrot or even if you wish to organize a business or personal event, Summit Los Delfines, has the best meeting rooms or business conferences' facilities in Lima. All passengers rooms enjoy one of the best breathtaking views of the city: in front of the Lima Golf Club, one of the main Golf courts in Lima.Full of nature view, with eventual tour facilities to close Incan Kings Temples, at nearby district. The worst hotel we stayed at Lima, the front desk people did not know what they were doing and also did not help at all, I had to go back 3 times because my door key did not work and the lady say “I will send someone to help, you don’t know how to used it” at the end the guy who she send took me that the key was not program right. I ask for where can I get some dinner and they toll me that they did not know. The next night we walk to the hotel bar, a guy a the door didn’t let us in because they had a private party. We seat at a mini lounge area to get some drinks - or it was what we wanted but we waited over 45 minutes and ask the waiter if we could order and he tolled us “my shift is ending but I will send someone else” we waited 30 minutes more and no one showed up. We ask the front desk if there was a place where we can go and get some drinks to what they told us that we could take a taxi to Washington Park.

This was my second trip to Peru and I am so happy that I decided to treat myself to the JW Marriott in Lima. The facilities are BEAUTIFUL- especially the gym and sauna. All of the staff are also wonderful, but I was really impressed with Andrea at the front desk and Jose in the restaurant. These two were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond to provide the best service possible and help make my stay comfortable and perfect. Thank you JW, I will be back!

This is a very good choice for anyone spending a couple of days in Lima. Smart place, well kept and good staff. We had a huge room with lounge here and very comfortable beds indeed. Excellent value. Pool area was empty whilst we were there but looked inviting. The hotel organised reliable, smart taxis to and from the airport for us. These are a premium price to what you may be able to organise yourself at the airport but we felt the price was worth it knowing it was sorted and having a good driver with smart vehicle. Hotel also organised an excellent city guide for us at a time, and price we wanted. Centrally located in the business district with a couple of restaurants across the road. Would stay here again when coming to Lima.

I stayed at NM Lima for only two days before my trip back home. I rolled my ankle in Cusco and needed wheelchair accommodation to get into the hotel. The hotel arranged for a car service from the airport to the hotel and provided a wheelchair when I got to the hotel. The staff was very patient, kind and understanding. The hotel has a wheelchair accessibility which was a bonus. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel seems to be situated in a great location. I wish I had more time to explore the area; maybe next time.

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Most of the food tastes great, I've only really tried the seafood so I can vouch for that. The juice and fruits are amazing. Housekeeping is quite effective. The location is really nice, Starbucks right next door, a few really nice restaurants nearby. On the other hand, the AC didn't work. The room had an unpleasant smell in one particular area. The view was okay but it wasn't what we were shown while booking the room online, that was a big disappointment. They hosted two parties while we were there, for two special occasions. It didn't really bother us so if you like parties well you'll like it.

After a week or more trekking around Machu Picchu and the Amazon, this swanky hotel stay was exceptionally luxurious. The beds are so comfortable, and on our floor, there is a a display of real fruit by the elevator for patrons to help themselves to at any time of the day. The complimentary breakfast is not your usual buffet of dry cereal and basics. You get a vest selection of plated dishes, hot drinks of any kind and fresh juices Guillermo and Armando were our servers in the morning and even with a few cultural different differences in language, they were attentive and generous. The front desk staff, and even the house cleaning Staff went out of their way to ensure our Stay was comfortable. Franco was our house cleaner and he offered us extra water as Our foreign guts cannot handle the tapwater well.
