Miraflores Park, A Belmond Hotel, Lima

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. As soon as we arrived we loved the professionalism and beautiful smile of Cristian, who lead us to the reception area. Lourdes helped us to a seamless and easy check-in, She is very knowledgeable and made us feel home. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt special for our special occasion. Fiorella was very generous, and made our anniversary an amazing one by arranging a reservation to an unbelievable dinner, plus amazing treats. We made use of the spa, and the entire team was lovely. Our massage was amazing, and very professional. I will definitely come back for another session, and recommend it to everyone I know. Overall our experience was AMAZING, all the hotel amenities are top notch. What makes this stay our favorite is the Staff, who made us feel very special, and home.

Excellent location with restaurants and parks within walking distance. Excellent staff and a breakfast buffet included. Could not ask for a better experience.

Miraflores Park exceeded our expectations at every level. If you are traveling to Lima this is the place to stay. The entire staff, starting with the General Manager, went out of their way to make sure that every detail of our stay was wonderful. Don't miss this hotel!!

I flew into Peru alone and joined my tour group in Lima on the 4th day. The Miraflores Park was my first introduction to Belmond Hotels. Belmond Hotels are a luxurious treat. I felt very fortunate to be staying at Miraflores Park for 3 nights. From the moment I stepped out of my car I was greeted warmly. I was ushered into the hotel and settled into the lobby with a welcome drink while I checked in. Then was escorted to my room. My room was large and comfortable with an ocean view. There was a written welcome note from the manager next to some sweet treats. I had options to make coffee and tea in my room. Several bottles of drinking water are always available in the room. I never ran out of water or needed to have more delivered. Since I had been traveling earlier in the day I opted to eat a light dinner in the bar. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I loved hearing the opera singer and pianist perform while I spent time in the bar. The food was flavorful and the portions generous. Breakfast was by the pool on one of the higher floors. There were several separate food stations or you could order off the menu. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Fresh passion fruit was one of my favorites! The neighborhood surrounding the Miraflores was very convenient for walking. The hotel is on a bluff overlooking the ocean. There is a pathway that goes along the top of the bluff passing several parks and even a mall along the way. This area reminded me so much of being in Santa Monica and walking along the bluff there. Lots of locals out walking their dogs, yoga classes in the park, children riding their bikes or attending birthday parties My stay at the Miraflores came to an end much too quickly. I have very fond memories of my stay at Miraflores Park and Belmond Hotels. This was the first of several Belmond properties I stayed in while I was in Peru. The customer service and attention to detail in the Belmond hotels were impeccable.

Excellent front desk staff especially Yazus, delicious food and drinks at Tragaluz, wonderful rooms with great views, Good location next to the Miraflores cliffs, great walking and exercising, would visit again happily if we return to Lima

This is a gorgeous hotel in the perfect area of Miraflores. From the moment you walk in, you are surrounded by excellent service and staff. The room was beautiful, as was the view. They have beautiful flowers everywhere. We enjoyed their bar the night we were there and were welcome to leave our bags the next day to tour the city. They even had a changing room for us before our flight out. This is luxury at its best!
