From the beginning, it was terrible, While at Check Inn - we lost 25 minit and argued on following
Your voucher clearly said that I have to pay only 18% tax amount which is 13.97 USD
they said our deal with DESPERGAR and the price is 61 USD per night plus tax.
I said I booked with TRIP.COM and they send me an email and said that please pay 18% at the hotel so I am following that.
I try to explain to them that please see the email and see the voucher but they were on their stand and insist I pay 18+10 = 28% Tax.
I was feeling horrible in that situation in front of my couple. I lost 25 Minit in this and there was luckily no other client for check inn so it was my luck otherwise they may think a negative about me that I am there with my couple and how stupidly arguing with the hotel check inn staff. it is not about money it is about the promise and services that was promise and need to be delivered that is all.
I booked a Junior Suite
A 4star hotel generally keeps 2 water bottles with respect.
there were no water bottles and I ask for water it is not covered in charges when they realised they send the water.
While booking it was clearly indicated by your web portal that - TOILETRY are provided,
as the standard of junior suite bath gown and room sleeper suppose to be in the bathroom.
but when I check in the room and enter the room firstly the MINIBAR WAS TOTALLY EMPTY.
When I demand they gave only toiletry for one person and finally I purchase from outside my couple.
The coffee maker was not functioning well it was leaking the water you can see in the photos.
While I highlighted all the issues they load the minibar,
but the coffee maker was the same while next day till I checkout.
they kept the coffee for one person as they were knowing that there are 2 people in that room.
I will never book this hotel and I am surprised that why you promote that
I suppose to ask for a refund of my money from you as I booked through you and trust all the services what was promised.
