Ulasan Hotel Vila Santa

The housekeeping mad mostly a very good job, the cleaning in my room was good. Shower was also quite good. They had also a massage chair in the lobby, which I really enjoyed. But sometimes they put to much cleanser (chemicals)on that device, so that my shirt and my neck smelled after using, very strong like chemicals. That was bad. Breakfast was tasty.

隔音實在太差了！旁邊房間咳嗽都聽的一清二楚。整面落地窗户對着一條大馬路，用的不是隔音玻璃，馬路上各種噪聲震耳欲聾，簡直是噩夢。這輩子住過最吵的酒店😭😭😭

房間面積不大，有窗户可以通風，用餐環境可以，早餐有熱水，不是自助餐，營養搭配還不錯，性價比比較高，適合出行。

很不錯，天台很漂亮

I had a wonderful experience here. Sweet and welcoming staff, extremely easy to set up transportation, hotel food was amazing. It’s not a busy or overcrowded places, nice and quiet, and easy to access town. I would definitely stay again. Also the rates are excellent compared to other places and very clean.

This hotel had received good reviews, but upon arrival, I found that the rooms were quite cold in the winter. The glass tables in both the rooms and the breakfast area were also uncomfortably cold during this season. Although the hotel is officially located in Miraflores, it is actually situated in a residential part of the area, requiring a 20-minute drive or bus ride to reach the city center on weekdays. On a positive note, I did not observe anything sketchy in the hotel. The room was clean, and there was generally hot water available, although it sometimes required a bit of a wait.

Rooms clean, neighborhood safe, and the service was perfect. Staff found a way to help me at every turn. They had a bike for me to use which was great..lots of good bike paths near the ocean. They had a metro card for me to use. They arranged taxis and exchanged money of They had enough. One thing to know is the hotel.is not actually in the active area so if you want to walk around you need to take a cab or micro. Micros are wonderful. They pass in front of the hotel every minute or 2 and only cost a sole. They almost all go to kennedy park- the centre of action, arriving at kenedy within about 5 minutes. Breakfast was good, but remember to press the button on the table for service otherwise they may nit notice you. It took me a couple days to figure that out. Button method works perfect.

Very grateful for the pleasant attention provided by the workers at the Vila Santa hotel. They helped me with everything I needed to take advantage of my trip to Lima, Peru. You can ask for their support with the coordination you need without problems

Very good value for money. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Free breakfast which includes Scrambled egg with bread, fruit, juice and cup of coffee. Hotel is located very close to a bus stop for easy access to centre of Miraflores. My room had a fan, but no air conditioning.

El servicio desde que pisas el hotel es de primera. El servicio, sus instalaciones y por sobre todo su personal son cálidos y te ayudan un montón en todo. Nos preparaban unos desayuno para llevar cuando realizamos tour temprano, y siempre nos facilitaban tazas y otro artículo si lo necesitábamos Agradecer enormemente a Cyntia y Jaime por sus datos, consejos y amabilidad siempre .

Hotel muito bonito, decoração linda e ambiente muito agradável. Funcionários amáveis e prestativos em diferentes setores do hotel. Como ficamos no Vila Santa por 2 semanas, um funcionário que cuida do café da manhã se preocupou em nos oferecer algumas opções diferentes para não nos entedíarmos. Gostamos muito do restaurante do hotel, com uma linda vista da cidade e ótimas opções de pratos. Adoramos o quarto com a cama bem grande e o banheiro. Aproveitamos também as cadeiras com massagens, perto da recepção. A única observação que fazemos é que o ruído dos encanamentos é um pouco alto, mas não chegou a prejudicar nossa estadia.
