酒店位置好，周圍很方便有小超市和相對大的超市，安靜，乾淨，前台服務也不錯，滿意。

酒店很乾凈，早餐很贊

離展館比較近，美中不足的是早餐品類太少，沒什麼吃的

周圍環境不錯，很安靜，服務也不錯，早餐有點單調

飯店採自助式，服務還可以，早餐似乎人手不足，房間很寬敞舒適

위치는 좋으나 시설은 3성급

Excellent place in the heart of Surco! This Hilton Garden Inn was outstanding in every way. From check-in to check out, the staff was available and attentive to any needs. Rooms were spotless, well kept and in great condition. Each of the team members, we encountered professional and very happy and attentive to our every need. An absolutely great place to stay! We wouldn’t not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit

The hotel is really not close to the tourist sites in Lima if that is what you are looking for. I knew this ahead of time, but the traffic is so overwhelming that it takes a long time to get anywhere. There is a large market 2 blocks away as well as laundry 2 blocks away. There are plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We really liked Panchita and Tamba. The hotel is above a ******. We were on the 10th floor and did not hear this. The room was a double queen. There is a gym and also a restaurant. We had free buffet breakfast the whole trip and only ate here once. I tried 2 different cereals and found the milk to be sour. We decided to not eat here again. We had multiple issues with our room. The shower is definitely hot. It would start out normal and then turn to scalding hot. I mean step out of the shower for a few seconds hot. You would have to plan washing. Right after the heat up I would rinse off. On the last day it ran cold water for about 5 minutes. I wasn’t sure it was ever going to get hot. Careful what you wish for I guess. The hardest thing to overcome was the a/c. It sounded like the toilet was running all night. When it would shut off the room was finally quiet. The room was too warm to not have it on. We even had one day where the toilet would not flush. The beds were fairly comfortable. I don’t think I would stay here again.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Surco from 1/3/2023 to 1/9/2023. The service of the hotel was great. My room was high-tech, spacious, and most importantly accessible. I especially value accessibility since I use a wheelchair. I also appreciate the kindness of the hotel staff. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Lima.

Thank you very much to the great staff of the Hilton Garden Inn for a wonderful experience. I had a brief 2 day stay in Lima between trips in Huaraz and Huacachina. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade me to a suite on the 9th floor based on my status and the room was better than most Garden Inn's in the United States. The hotel was within walking distance to a Wong's supermarket and a couple restaurants, so it was nice not needing to take a taxi for a couple days. The hotel had a decent breakfast and a good gym. But the best part was the comfort of the room. I had doubts staying in this neighborhood as most tourists stay in Miraflores, but I felt safe and appreciated the good deal with using points at this hotel. Overall - this was a great stay if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable brief stay in Lima.

La comida es algo agradable. Consumimos desayuno buffet. La atención de los mozos es atenta pero distraída, quizá porque al lado de nosotros había una mesa donde la señora media japonesa les llamaba la atención fuerte, sin importar la tranquilidad de los demás y los ponía nervisos, ellos atendían mas esa mesa que las demas. Se juntaba con un cocinero con la chaqueta sucia, deberian tener sus reuniones en otros momentos, ya que demoraban en colocar las frutas que queríamos. Además a pesar de colocar un cartel de NO a la discriminación en su establecimiento, esta señora miraba con desagrado a todos los demás, dando mal aspecto al restaurante e incomodando.

Agradecido por la hospitalidad y la comodidad del hotel, si vienes a Lima y quieres un hotel muy cómodo y con gente muy buena este lugar es el mejor!!! 100% recomendado !!! Especialmente si viajas con familia y amigos y quieres vivir la experiencia de algún concierto por la. Encanija este lugar es el mejor para quedarte

Mi esposo hizo una reserva para almorzar por el Dia de la Madre con la familia, le tomo la llamada Michael Castillo. Sin embargo, pazamos un mal rato y quedamos pésimo cuando al llegar el restaurante, éste no tenia atencion. En la puerta no nos dijeron nada, nos dejaron entrar al estacionamiento y al llegar al 4to piso... Sorpresa! Arruinaron por completo nuestro festejo. Muchas gracias! Siempre hamos tenido buena atención pero hoy se pasaron, ni siquiera salio algun administrador a dar explicaciones. Nunca volveremos.
