Stayed for 4 nights for business, staying on the executive floor (thank you for the courtesy upgrade) we were able to enjoy all that was available on offer at the Hotel. The mornings usually started at the gym, where if there was any gripe it was that all the treadmills had some minor issue which meant I used the bike for my routine instead. Overall though the gym had plenty of equipment and space to perform my morning routines happily. Breakfast was usually downstairs in the main restaurant. The breakfast options were plenty and the staff was always attentive and friendly. As it was a short and hectic business visit we used the executive lounge and the restaurant extensively. The food options from the restaurant were plenty and we enjoyed this both for lunch and dinner on multiple occasions and each time the food was delicious. The staff at the executive lounge and concierge (Rodrigo/Jorge) were fabulous. The restaurant team was also wonderful especially Fabiola and Eduardo though the whole team deserve recognition for their attentive and welcoming styles. Enjoyed my stay. I had a quick stopover so went a budget friendly option and was happy. Good location, safe buzzing area, very Modern rooms, tad small but good. Given the price, with good breakfast, I’d stay again. Airport Express bus stop is 100m away (taxis cheap anyway but AE Bus is comfortable with wifi etc.).

This property was nice. It was very clean. It really only has the basics in the room. No fridge or microwave, 2 bath towels and a bath mat, minimal shampoo/soap. The breakfast was actually pretty good. However, there was no ”early bird” breakfast. Anything earlier than 6am was a box breakfast which was horrible. We experienced it twice. Fruit and a cheap ham and cheese sandwich on white bread. I think there was 1 piece of ham and 1 piece of cheese. For a nice hotel, they could have done much better than that!!

Fabulous. The staff could not be more helpful. We stayed here twice, booked by our travel agent, and would definitely stay here again as independent travellers. Rooms are clean and fairly spacious, the location is great with many eating options close by.

We arrived at 6:30am. The woman working the front desk wasn’t welcoming nor helpful. Luckily it was the end of her shift and she was replaced by the fantastic Samantha. Samantha made our stay awesome. She acknowledged my Marriott Bonvoy status, gave me my amenities options and proactively offered me my late checkout guaranteed benefit. Anyone with status knows that’s unfortunately rarely done now. You normally have to beg to get that “guaranteed” benefit so I’m really impressed with Samantha. I wished all front desk agents were as welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly as her. Since we arrived early and technically couldn’t check in yet, she gave us a fantastic breakfast recommendation as well. Our room was on the 12th floor, just below the rooftop bar/restaurant. They would have some music at night (stops at 1am on Friday). We didn’t mind as we were tired and slept, but it might be an issue for some light sleepers. Recommend something below 10 to avoid the noise. The room was spacious and clean. The location was across a nice park and also quiet. It’s not on the busier parts of Miraflores, so aside from the noise from the bar, it was quiet and peaceful. The gym is a decent size. We checked out and Samantha was at the front desk again. She remembered it was my husband’s birthday. Again, she’s amazing. She made our stay there memorable.
