This is not a 5 star hotel experience. Clearly the rooms need some modernisation. There is for example only fans and no temperature control air con. Our bedroom only had one bedside table. When we changed rooms things didn’t work and we had to get them fixed. However staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized wardrobe and shower. We had lounge access which was a much smaller area than we are used to and served a very limited food and beverage selection, however Oscar was a great host and did everything possible to make our experience better. We went to the gym but a lot of the equipment was faulty. It is limited but one treadmill out of the three had a non functioning ramp. All of the cross trainers were not working properly. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was average but again friendly staff. Thank you also to Clara who realised our experience had not been great.

Stayed for Easter with my bf, loved everything about Lima and this hotel. Location was optimal with the cutest shops street on the back, food was also great with diet friendly options for breakfast. I found this hotel to be very fun as every corner of this place contains tons of design details, the room was very comfortable with an amazing mattress and a much appreciated steamer, really enjoyed the rooftop pool. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and would love to come back here anytime!

The hotel itself is not 7 stars, but it is the people who work there who makes it such a nice place. Didn’t have a bad experience here, my wife and I happened to be in Peru for a funeral and I had a health issue due to the emotional stress. Santiago from the reception was prompt to call the ambulance and they could fix the situation. Also when friends and family came to visit, I befriended waiter Carlos Abanto, very good guy, he deserves all the compliments, super professional. Because of people like them I plan to come back. Also Zarai Chileno (waitress) was nice and Jose the guy who used to clean my room. With this staff and location I assure you a lot of returning business and many good years to come. We wanted a hotel super close to the airport and this hotel was the perfectly located for that. At barely 5 minutes away from the airport, it was super easy to get to. They even run an airport drop-off shuttle every 15 minutes. The breakfast is great and the rooms are clean and appropriately set up. The only concern I had was that it took close to 15 minutes before we could be checked-in at about midnight because there was only one person running the front desk when all these travelers were coming in.

Nos gustó muchísimo el hotel, la habitación espectacular (recibimos un upgrade por la categoría en Hilton Honors que fue espectacular). La cama, almohadas y lencería comodísimas. Todo el personal del hotel muy amable, cercano y tanto el check in como el check out muy rápidos y con todos los protocolos. Los omelettes del desayuno muy bien hechos y ubicado cerca de restaurantes a los que se puede llegar caminando.

Pleasant Staff. Quick check in, it helps that I speak Spanish, Due to my Hilton honors status I asked for possibility of upgrade, I was immediately offered a two room master senior suite, complete with sun room lounge area, living room that included desk area, sofa area, wet bar, full bathroom with whirlpool and dry sauna, and half bathroom. Plenty of room for me to wake up early and work while my wife slept! The view is to a street, I don’t think any room has a nice view, but do request one in the back due to city noise. I was also issued coupons for complimentary breakfast and drink tickets to use in bar during happy hour on second level. From here we had a panoramic aerial view of the nightly dinner folklore live shows with dancers from the Peruvian coast and the Andean regions (that is what they announced). This is a great show to watch, first because it is very good and not too long, second you get to experience culture and folklore, and third it is free. This truly adds to the cultural immersion. The hotel is in a commercial area, we walked to nearby cathedral, central park and then to miraflores, larcomar area, were we had dinner, walked in the park, etc. So overall a lot is within walking distance. I felt safe in this area, but I always kept an eye out. Upon checkout, we requested late checkout and then we hired one of the taxis that service the hotel to give us a night tour, 2 hours, before taking us to the airport. Got to see city attractions that were on route to airport, plus it was a reasonable fee. Breakfast was in restaurant area, very good, a lot of choices, I was more than satisfied. Overall a pleasant stay, nice room, the hotel has updated lobby and restaurants, friendly staff and good city location. Would recommend.

After a week or more trekking around Machu Picchu and the Amazon, this swanky hotel stay was exceptionally luxurious. The beds are so comfortable, and on our floor, there is a a display of real fruit by the elevator for patrons to help themselves to at any time of the day. The complimentary breakfast is not your usual buffet of dry cereal and basics. You get a vest selection of plated dishes, hot drinks of any kind and fresh juices Guillermo and Armando were our servers in the morning and even with a few cultural different differences in language, they were attentive and generous. The front desk staff, and even the house cleaning Staff went out of their way to ensure our Stay was comfortable. This was my second trip to Peru and I am so happy that I decided to treat myself to the JW Marriott in Lima. The facilities are BEAUTIFUL- especially the gym and sauna. All of the staff are also wonderful, but I was really impressed with Andrea at the front desk and Jose in the restaurant. These two were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond to provide the best service possible and help make my stay comfortable and perfect. Thank you JW, I will be back!

PPengguna TetamuMy only complaint was that due to a transportation work stoppage we had to adjust our reservation. We were charged for our Monday return basically twice because we arrived early. The room was available and we were scheduled to stay that day. Staff could of been more flexible due to what was occurring. We stayed there for almost two weeks. This was our second trip to Ibis.

PPengguna TetamuService was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

PPengguna TetamuI am currently staying at the hotel and it has been a great experience so far. I have a neck/back issue and as requested for differenr pillow, they promptly offered me so many options. Also, when I inquired about some techniaclities in the room, never did I get someone from maintenance so fast as I did here, someone immediately came to support me. Moreover, the breakfast is fantastic, the staff is so friendly and the room is really modern and functional, nothing like depicted by previous reviews. As a Platinum IHG member I am used to having great experiences and they offered the same high level of service.

Given the price, with good breakfast, I’d stay again. Airport Express bus stop is 100m away (taxis cheap anyway but AE Bus is comfortable with wifi etc.).

Rooms clean, neighborhood safe, and the service was perfect. Staff found a way to help me at every turn. They had a bike for me to use which was great..lots of good bike paths near the ocean. They had a metro card for me to use. They arranged taxis and exchanged money of They had enough. One thing to know is the hotel.is not actually in the active area so if you want to walk around you need to take a cab or micro. Micros are wonderful. They pass in front of the hotel every minute or 2 and only cost a sole. They almost all go to kennedy park- the centre of action, arriving at kenedy within about 5 minutes. Breakfast was good, but remember to press the button on the table for service otherwise they may nit notice you. It took me a couple days to figure that out. Button method works perfect.

PPengguna TetamuWe arrived in Lima at 1:30 AM and needed to stay at a hotel near the airport as we were planning to fly to Cusco within 12 hours upon arrival. The hotel provided us a shuttle that picked us up from the airport to the hotel. Cost was only 30 soles (less than $10 USD). The room was spacious and had the essentials that we need in a hotel. I did wake up at 6 in the morning hearing a rooster. I'll be honest, the hotel is in Callao, which is not the nicest area of Lima. In the morning when we checked out, we wanted to uber to Plaza de Armas de Lima area. Our hotel front office ambassador was so kind - she waited outside the hotel with us to make sure we were protected and constantly checked my phone to ensure we were getting into the correct Uber. Unfortunately, I don't speak Spanish but I understood her gestures when she was saying that my phone could be snatched. I wish I got her name. When we got back to the hotel to go to the airport, our hotel manager held our luggage in a locked room and yet again stayed with us outside for our uber to the airport. For an affordable hotel near the airport, Padama Hotel was definitely a great pick for us.
