Clean and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, supportive and efficient staff, good location. 2 elevators are not enough

our stay was short but excellent. Room, bathroom and cleanliness exceptional

I was very excited to stay at this hotel . The room is nice had a king bed quite comfortable . At the reception they were nice I asked about the breakfast and she charged me as soon as I opened the door of the room a phone is ringing very loud in the bathroom , it was a call from The reception saying she charged me less money for the breakfast and she would need more money . Breakfast pretty expensive . Tv was not working . I was really missing a mini bar I’m the room when I was about to leave the room to check out I saw there was a hidden mini bar in the wardrobe , they never mentioned about it how I was supposed to know there was a mini bar there ? Only one lift working and it takes a long time to go down especially on check in and check out hours . Overall room was good but there were things that could be improved .

酒店設備新，好用，衞生好，近地鐵。每天早餐差不多，還行。相比同等星級的酒店價格很好。服務員看，有的很熱情，有的一般。

Diseño moderno ,limpio y funcional .Está alejado del centro pero cerca parada de metro .Habitación más bien pequeña .Se oía claramente la maquinaria del ascensor al punto de tener que cambiar de habitación para poder dormir .Establecimiento aceptable pero no acogedor .Precio alto para no incluir desayuno ni nada extra .Dudo que repita aunque no es mal hotel pero no atractivo ni por precio ni servicios ni ubicación

공항과 가깝고 근처에 마트 있습니다. 호텔 바로 옆에 중식당이 있는데 맛있어요. 조식 메뉴는 많이 없지만 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.

Era bom e ao mesmo tempo ruim O pequeno àlmoco tinha uma fila , o buffet não valia a pena , tudo uma bagunça e os hóspedes não tinham educação

Não muito agradável face expetativas e classificação do hotel. Em primeiro lugar, preciso de uma fatura em meu nome e com NIF e não sei como pedir à Trip.com. É URGENTE O ENVIO DESSE DOCUMENTO Queria reservar o alojamento com pequeno almoço incluído, por engano não fiz. Quando pedi intervenção nesse sentido, já não era possível dentro das mesmas condições. O quarto tinha pouca insonorização, o que ouvia todos os barulhos de um dos quartos contíguos. Estava virado para o lao da linha de comboio e isso incomodou o seu sucesso. Como consequência, dormi pessimamente. Provavelmente, foi uma experiência a não repetir.
