Ulasan Lutecia Smart Design Hotel

Excellent hotel! I made sure before booking a hotel for short stay, I read all the reviews whether good or bad. This hotel has an excellent reviews and I did not make a mistake on my decision! Lutecia has an excellent service, very clean, food is fab and room is very nice, bed is very comfortable and staff are so friendly and  helpful. Everything is excellent on my point of view. Location is the best too and the place is easily accessible to shops and Metro! This hotel is highly recommended and if we will visit again Lisbon, Lutecia Hotel is my number one choice!

found a silverfish near the door. besides that it is ok. the food is very yummers

Clean and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, supportive and efficient staff, good location. 2 elevators are not enough

our stay was short but excellent. Room, bathroom and cleanliness exceptional

I was very excited to stay at this hotel . The room is nice had a king bed quite comfortable . At the reception they were nice I asked about the breakfast and she charged me as soon as I opened the door of the room a phone is ringing very loud in the bathroom , it was a call from The reception saying she charged me less money for the breakfast and she would need more money . Breakfast pretty expensive . Tv was not working . I was really missing a mini bar I’m the room when I was about to leave the room to check out I saw there was a hidden mini bar in the wardrobe , they never mentioned about it how I was supposed to know there was a mini bar there ? Only one lift working and it takes a long time to go down especially on check in and check out hours . Overall room was good but there were things that could be improved .

早餐有正宗的葡萄牙蛋撻專門有服務員會端給你品嚐，而且陽台看出去的景色也很優美。房間也很安靜，可以享受完美的睡眠。

酒店設備新，好用，衞生好，近地鐵。每天早餐差不多，還行。相比同等星級的酒店價格很好。服務員看，有的很熱情，有的一般。

Tout était parfait,l’emplacement a 150 m du métro Roma,est un avantage certain.L’hôtel et la chambre très propre,lit confortable et salle de bain avec tout se qu’il faut pour un séjour. Le petit déjeuner continental est très bon,avec un grand choix ,rien ne manque.Le personnel est serviable et très sympathique.Nous recommandons cet établissement,c’est le deuxième séjour que nous passons à l'hôtel.

Fui passar a noite com a minha companheira e gostámos bastante do hotel. Bem localizado, o atendimento e processo de check in foi bastante rápido e as condições do quarto eram muito boas também. Recomendo e irei certamente considerar voltar no futuro ;)

Diseño moderno ,limpio y funcional .Está alejado del centro pero cerca parada de metro .Habitación más bien pequeña .Se oía claramente la maquinaria del ascensor al punto de tener que cambiar de habitación para poder dormir .Establecimiento aceptable pero no acogedor .Precio alto para no incluir desayuno ni nada extra .Dudo que repita aunque no es mal hotel pero no atractivo ni por precio ni servicios ni ubicación

공항과 가깝고 근처에 마트 있습니다. 호텔 바로 옆에 중식당이 있는데 맛있어요. 조식 메뉴는 많이 없지만 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.
