The location is away from the main city, which I love it. The staffs were friendly and polite. There are nice restaurants nearby too, local food, Italian food, etc. I love the neighborhood, so quiet and peaceful!

Stayed here with my family while waiting for our apartment to get ready. Great experience! Breakfast and 24/7 coffee are amazing. Would come back in a heartbeat

I stayed at this hotel for two night prior to a business event. I arrived after an eight-hour international flight and they had a room ready for me which was a bonus. It was a short rail ride to get into the city (13 minutes). The Eschborn South station is a ten minute walk from the hotel. I suggest a day transit pass which allows you to use the various systems for the entire day. Tickets can be purchased on the station platform. Very modern, clean, and had everything you would need. The included breakfast was very well stocked with both hot and cold items. If you want a fried egg, the staff will gladly make it for you when asked. All in all it was a great experience!!!

The Hyatt House Eschborn hugely exceeded my already high expectations. (I always have good experiences at Hyatts, so my expectations start high.) Outstanding breakfast buffet with a lot of variety and freshly prepared food; spacious, well-appointed, comfortable room; windows that open when you want some fresh air (very important to me, particularly during the cold and flu season); full kitchen facilities (including microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cook top, glasses, plates, cooking utensils, flatware, you name it); well-maintained and clean; great location in a tranquil part of town; short walk to the S3/S4 train line, and close to the Frankfurt Messe Convention Center; some excellent restaurants plus a fully stocked REWE grocery store within walking distance; and a truly outstanding staff whose members are friendly, helpful and just plain nice. The rooms are really more like small apartments, but they also come with a full set of hotel services, so it's the best of two worlds. Going into it, I thought the stay would be fine, but it turned out that I really loved this hotel. It's always fun when an experience is way better than what you were expecting.

I suggest the hotel might consider providing catering service not only for breakfast. After all, the surrounding area is quite remote and not too many choices for food. Other than that, everything else is perfect.

A very good hotel with all the necessary comforts. The rooms offer space and also the possibility to warm up something small for dinner. In general, the rooms are very spacious. The bed was excellent to sleep in. The street noise is not audible when the window is closed. The WLAN is very strong. Breakfast is okay, nothing is missing. The sports room is very good, an enrichment when traveling: Treadmill, cross trainer, rowing machines, weights, etc. really well equipped.

Super staff! Arrived on an overseas flight in the early AM. Was able to check in early and eat breakfast. Short walk to the the train station, free parking on the road. There is a Rewe within walking distance.

Very clean and nice place. Friendly staff and rooms are great. Cleaning service is also amazing. The staff attends very promptly for all minor issues reported. Breakfast is amazing. I spend at least a week every month on business trips and I highly recommend this place.

Really good hotel located a short ride outside of the main city/tourist areas of Frankfurt. Eschborn is a developing area with a lot of commercial offices and this is an ideal business hotel for those doing business there. It may not be the best for those coming to see sights in Frankfurt but for me it was perfect.

The Hyatt House is a very good choice as a base for a business visitor to Eschborn. The home rooms are very good although some of the general hotel decor does need refreshing. This did not impact on my stay though.
