Spacious room, nice stay overall. The staff was extremely friendly. I had weird dust allergy during my stay but was happy in general

Amei o Hotel, o atendimento foi excelente e o quarto muito confortável. PECARAM NO CAFÉ DA MANHÃ, paguei por ele e não utilizei. Falaram que estaria disponível, ás 7am, estava lá pontualmente, pois eu tinha que está no aeroporto ás 8h, esperei 20 minutos o café permanecia fechado. Ou seja, viajei sem o café da manhã ( e paguei por ele).

Super accueil mais chambre plus petit que sur la photo. Petit déjeuner peu varié. Dans l’ensemble 7/10.

Hotel muito confortável, funcionários muito atenciosos, o Hotel muito organizado, quartos e wc amplos. Recomendo👌🏾👏🏾

Had a lovely stay, stayed in a triple room, basic but had everything we needed. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed every day. Breakfast was lovely and it was nice to have a lot of choices for the buffet. Staff we met were very friendly. Location is ideal, just outside the main city, but a very easy stroll into it, also close to metro and buses.

Stayed here for 3 days ,lovely room very clean, but no comfortable chair to sit on , not a lot of storage. About 20 minute walk to cafes, restuarants and tourists buses public transport passed by hotel.Staff very pleasant,friendly and helpful. Great selection for breakfast.Small bar which was nice to sit in and have a drink after being out all day ,very reasonabley priced wine and beer , bar man very chatty and cheerful Would stay here if we where in Lisbon again.

Lovely hotel, great position and central for either the front of the City or the shopping centre further up the road. Breakfast was very nice and the staff very accommodating. The room was spacious and extremely clean, bed was nice and firm and the pillows lovely. Buses stopped almost outside the hotel and ideal for those who are not quite as mobile as some. Would recommend and return

Great room the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever experienced. Friendly staff and great location. Breakfast good value plenty of choice and the staff kept replacing well before they had run out . Room spotlessly clean the only thing I would say is there was not a lot of storage.

We booked the top suite with jacuzzi and these were the things that were wrong with it: dirty bed sheets Inaccessible shower room - when it became accessible with housekeeping help the handles were broken Broken blinds 1 of 2 window lifts broken Fire alarm would go off at random times and guess what fixed it? Clicking the window lift’s buttons at random Tiny space! Does not correspond to the pictures portrayed Lax receptionists Dusty and unkempt room Wires everywhere The eight floor is an attic.. they made the attic an 8th floor 1/10.. waste of money and time! Mind you the cost of the room per night is 1/3-1/4 of the minimum wage in Lisbon, Portugal. Disgraceful to say the least The 1 point went to the housekeeping attendant (also known as a governanta) that was kind, sweet and honest. When the female receptionist was asked to get someone to fix the issues or give us another room, she lied to my face - about not having free rooms and saying that she’d send a technician and a housekeeper and 10 other things - later on as the housekeeper worked and heard me as I told her this she herself called reception for the female receptionist to unsay the lies and the housekeeper herself offered as much help as she could. An absolute sweetheart.

If you just need somewhere to sleep then this hotel is ideal. The room was very clean & the bed comfortable. The room was quite compact with a large pillar jutting out which you had to shimmy past to get to the bathroom. Generally quiet but you could easily hear the upstairs bathroom, to the point we thought we had left the tap in the sink running when it was the upstairs resident having a shower. The cleaning staff were constantly singing or shouting to each other, not a problem for us but a shame for people with do not disturb signs on the door. There was no restaurant or bar as advertised on the TUI website. The receptionist did apologise that they were currently undergoing some refurbishment. Disappointing we weren’t informed prior to booking as this was one of the reasons we picked the hotel. Reception staff were abrupt & not overly pleasant. Apart from one lady none of them really seemed bothered about giving information on where to go or how to get there. 2 members of staff looked mightily annoyed when I disturbed them watching a video on their phone. No information leaflets or boards in reception. Breakfast was ok, the hot food looked rather bland & looked like they had been under a hot lamp for too long (even when we were there when it opened). The cold food was ok. Overall an average stay but wouldn’t stay again.

A great choice! It is located half a dozen steps from Picoas metro station. Staff was very courteous and helpful while the room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a good choice of bread, hot food, fruits, cereals and sweets. Will definitely go back if visiting Lisbon again!
